The Show Must Continue: Team Vs Team Finals!

The disappearance from The Order Team in the Team vs Team segment created a strong impact and waves and waves of confusion, indeed. But it was swiftly let go of by the viewership and crowds, who in return were completely overtaken by the sudden lost of most Founding Clan teams and other elite teams who were being cruelly thrown off the Global Tournament by some other such 'random' teams.

One of such was the Quintessential Team that was composed of 2 people that Yun Beishang and Diana knew about a little bit, Zbey and Bloptl! But naturally, though they were only 8 in comparison to all other teams having its 10 total quotas fulfilled, one of them was even a Legendary Hidden Class, a Suicidal Vanguard on his third stage of Lifeless.

Even then, they cleared up all the way up to the 16th placements by defeating the team from the Xie Founding Clan who, although lost, was also a challenge for the Quintessential Team. Naturally, this one Team didn't made quite a shocking news when it came to the winners of the 32nd placements as the ruling out of the Cold Dictator was enough to amaze the crowds already.

Shortly after, the remaining 32 Teams then found themselves fighting it off once again against each other, vying for the continuation of their team and for the next goal, 8th placements!

In the 16th placements, the Dark Immortal Team was defeated easily and fast by the very well venerated Gold-Silver Team led by none other than the Lunatic Archmage. They didn't last lone and in fact, only about less than 2 minutes for around that of 1 minute and 25 seconds, the reason? Naturally because of the Lunatic Archmage who used a storm of lightning bolts which were summoned directly from above the Dark Immortal Team's side of their arena as soon as the battles commenced.

It was also obvious and pretty alright to assume that from here on forth, the consequent battles would be much more quicker to follow up one after the other as there were only about 32 teams left in the Team vs Team segment; then 16 teams left, then 8 teams left and so on. From the 16th placements and forth, all the battles would be seen at once, which was the reason of why the crowds and viewership went even more 'insane' than last time as there was much more skill and ability between teams as well as much more expectation and anxiety from the winning results as there were only so little of them.

Guerilla this time was the one to also become quite the spotlight-robber, for as they added themselves to be one of the Teams being capable of achieving the defeat of a Founding Clan's defeat! With a thorough barrage of them, the Ross Founding Clan's Iron Will Sect's Iron Will Team, Baston led the charge through the killing, deflecting and even intimidating of the very well acclaimed to be the most fearless warriors and even more so from when it came to melee properties.

Even then, the Guerilla, made even their ranged class top player to go melee and bash many incoming enemy team players away or into a disadvantaged position so that the rest of her teammates could deal with said Iron Will Team members. Bellar was once again showing an incredible powerful side to the already known-to-be not so very 'leaned' towards the speedy or agile side as a Life-taking Eye or like now, a Killing Vow player. Such a class that required for one to simply not move and shoot enemies to death efficiently and cleanly was rather seen around the battlefield moving almost as good than as those Iron Will Team members who were undoubtedly of the best melee players that there could ever be.

And while the Guerilla Team could be said to be amazing, as always when coming from the Guerilla Guild; the KOR, or the House of the Knights of Raoundozia were similarly on the spotlight as they also shared the similarity with the Guerilla Team at bathing their hands with the 'blood' of a Founding Clan's foundations!

The Exposition Team, from the Sol Clan, was repelled and put down by the incredible players of the KOR Team. Raoundozia was an incredible leader that, like Baston, led his people to the battle and brought them to the center of the arena in less than a minute with just some ordinary buffs that were used by him and his colleagues in a way never seen before by the playerbase of Rising Essence.

Though it was nowhere as even remotely impressive as the monstrosity that The Order Team had caused before, it was an eye opener without any qualm and in any sentiment. Because it went from having a small speed boost to the very, very nearby players to oneself as a Seven Sins Knight, with the aid of the rest of his teammates that were 2 other Seven Sins Knights, a Hard-Dying Vanguard that was HOB, an Explosive Marksman that was Loyal Player and even the incredible Slaughter Dao Phetsia; among other 2 Keeper of Light class players, 1 Dimensional Architect class player and an extra Hard-Dying Vanguard; they managed to create an incredible formation to boost their Movement Speed temporarily and hence created an even stronger mixed charge skill among the use of a ton of other charging skills at the same time and with synchronization, even the healer class had one.

With that charge alone and with the fact that almost half of the Sol Clan's Exposition Team were ultra-light-clothed players and classes with their DPS all being even ranged and magical classes, the KOR Team easily made a fast-as-fuck engage and managed to take care of the slippery Entwining Dragons one after the other, swiftly ending the combat with a fabulous and elegant performance as well as decisiveness and quick train of thought from part of the team leader; Raoundozia.

The only reason of why the Sol Clan's Team could afford so much distance in the Team vs Team segment was, that the distance one was 'forced' to go through from the beginning to fight the opponent was pretty much the main point of any Team's main advantage and or disadvantage. Some were slow, and the enemy team had already taken them out by the use of some ranged or magical classes, some others were too tanky and could afford to survive such teams and either die at the end of it all with a shining star on their foreheads that said 'almost' or actually level out the entire enemy team and get for themselves quite the popularity.

And in this case of KOR Team vs Exposition Team, with the KOR Team using a never-before-seen formation and strategy without the use of buffers and with only the use of ordinary, basic skills; they naturally were of the latter and with even better prospects as they only lose 2 of their teammates, the extra Hard-Dying Vanguard and 1 of the Seven Sins Knight accompanying Raoundozia.

Even then, as the 'unique' formation and synergy was broken, with seemingly the still strong leadership of Raoundozia, the team could still move faster than possible and though not as fast as before, still enough to win them their match without suffering any more than those 2 losses from the not-weak-at-all Founding Clan Team.

Finally, from all the incredible-'okay' level of fights and battles on the remaining 32 teams and 16 arenas, another team that caught the hearts and hopes of the crowd was the team led by those 2 people that both Diana and Yun Beishang have some little knowledge of; namely, the Quintessential Team!

And as if it really wasn't enough, the team that they defeated and gained from such a victory towards the 8th placements was... none other than another Founding Clan, the Asami House's Asami Team!

Though Can't Catch Me was speedy, she wasn't ethereal and hence, with Bloptl enhancing the Core Elements and Elements surrounding Zbey and the Suicidal Vanguard, while the rest of the buffers, tank and healers treated the Suicidal Vanguard and Zbey as gods to worship, they actually killed off first Can't Catch Me which, unfortunately was revived soon after by their Dimensional Architect.

Unlike the KOR Team who also had a Dimensional Architect, the Asami Team had all the time they needed to resurrect their little princess even as soon as she died, as if the Asami Team already had that possibility in mind.

The battle then became one of attrition with the Suicidal Vanguard ending up dying and resurrecting 3 times almost in a row-like manner, Bloptl never had to be resurrected while Zbey even died once, however, not because of Can't Catch Me but because of another girl. In truth, the Asami Team hadn't all of its members participating on the Team vs Team segment of the first ever held Global Tournament; and instead, only had two seemingly strongest and capable enough people to do that while the rest of the Asami Team didn't even had tanks nor other melees.

With them being mostly healers and buffers, there wasn't even a single Grand Shaman among the 8 back-liners from the Asami Clan; almost as if it was a challenge, a test, implemented by the Asami Founding Clan's elders or something. This could be easily guessed by anyone, let alone for the sharp-minded fellows such as Bloptl and Zbey, the leaders of the team that then managed to defeat such an incredible enemy team.

This other player was obviously a woman, with the ID of 'Hidden Daggers' and being a Myriad Daggers herself, also wearing tight black robes that this time outlined her huge and worship-material bosom like there was no other need for anything else to exist. Or so were the thoughts of many dudes and gals that salivated at the sight of her melons.

In any case, all beautiful and with womanly charm that she is and has, for the 3 people who had to constantly perma-deal with her, it was the whole contrary.

After the initial charming effect on them after seeing the masked beauty, it ended up mostly like this; Suicidal Vanguard ended up being even intimidated by her, while Zbey was very cautious. As for Bloptl, he was saved so much and so many times by Zbey that the only reason Zbey died was due to a carelessness he made when protecting both Bloptl and the Suicidal Vanguard at the same time, crazy, no?

And by the time that they suffered such losses of 3 resurrections for the Suicidal Vanguard, 1 for Zbey and much stress for poor Bloptl who had his plans and strategies all crumbled by that one sole woman; the Asami Team naturally had loses too. With only their other available target being Can't Catch Me, a guerrilla tactic battle of attrition developed, and with their tails being constantly stepped on by Hidden Daggers, Can't Catch Me finally died the 4th time while the Quintessential members finally got rid of one of the Asami Team's enemy players that had the resurrection skill.

With a gruesome battle, Bloptl died 2 times instead of letting either the Suicidal Vanguard nor Zbey suffer another death before she was finally killing, and after getting rid of Hidden Daggers, the rest of the Asami Team immediately after gave up and noiselessly disappeared from everyone's eyes.

Not the fastest, somewhat the flashiest; of battles but- it definitely stole so much limelight that even other teams were engrossed on their battle of Quintessential Team vs Asami Team. Pretty neat.

Even Diana watched it a little while Yun Beishang took out Miriam to meet Sylda and she and the rest of the women had a girls' afternoon all naked on the Living Room and waiting to be ravaged by the obviously still not satiated Yun Beishang once he came back home.

The 16th placements went away like this at last, this battle took the most of time needed for ending the battle as even any other team was spectating it once theirs was finished, which, of course, could have already had created quite the disadvantage of information for the Quintessential Team by the time they won their hard-earned battle.

Even then, what if the Hidden Daggers they struggled so much against wasn't as 'fresh' as she was during their battle? Because though she didn't seem to be improving hella crazily on their battling of attrition, she indeed seemed to become harder and harder to battle against, let alone to kill. Only good thing was that Can't Catch Me couldn't run endlessly forever without needing rest, rest which was provided by some auxiliary classes that still needed to be in range for her to recuperate her SP and MP.

And now, at the 8th placements, there was nothing to see; really. Because the 'drawing lots' for the 8th placements were dull and boring, it was the weakest 4 teams against the strongest 4 teams, it ended up being really just boring and annoying. But fortunately, however, it was also pretty fast considering that though the other 4 'weak' teams were not really weak at all, they were still one grade or so below those of the 4 'stronger' ones side.

On the 4th placements, now, that was where the real fun was. Why? Well, it's too obvious and simple; because the 4th placements were basically a 1v1 of the 4 strongest Teams ever, where from the 2 winners, they would fight each other to define the winning Team of the Team vs Team segment of the first ever held Global Tournament!

While the losers from the 2 battles would be vying for the 3rd place; sadly. As for 4th place, only 3rd mattered for this matter, not just from the rewards but reputation more than anything else, and being 3rd was nowhere as good as being 1st, but it was even worse so to be in 4th place.

The 4th placements were 'drawn' by the system like this, but to be honest, any decision on this matter would've been as suspenseful and thrilling no matter how they ended up.

Gold-Silver Team VS Guerilla Team.

KOR Team VS Quintessential Team.

There was good and bad news though, because if Guerilla Team won, and KOR Team won, they would face each other once again! Vendetta! Or maybe even proper payback? However, if KOR Team lost, or if KOR won but Guerilla Team lost, they would never face each other, unless both either won or lost; obviously.

Towards such an outcome, of course there were people worried of not seeing the hearts of the playerbase of Rising Essence meeting again in this so important Global Tournament, but there was also those who fawned the flames and 'merely' wanted to see the world burn with a tragic, villain-origin-story and bloody ending. Basically, from the well expected fight to not occur, then rubbing their wounds with so much salt it could be even dangerous for their health.

Anyways, the Gold-Silver Team ruthlessly destroyed the Guerilla Team. All what was needed were a few trap-spells nearby the Lunatic Archmage and a willing Lunatic Archmage to die while the rest of his teammates made the Team win. It sounded simple, really. And it was, but it would actually be so if it wasn't because of the fact that the Gold-Silver Team leader was an Universal Hidden Class.

With the mastery of a Hidden Class, one could be said to be above any top of ordinary class-players; such was the Lunatic Archmage which, without even using skills or unique passives, enhanced the effect of the trap-spells around him and even... inside of him! With a clear and unexpected self-detonation as the Lunatic Archmage, with the ID nickname of 'Gold Shoulder', he died from the damage of over 20 different magical 'detonations' from inside and around his body, while the enemies that wanted him death were also incinerated to disintegration at once, not leaving any chance for comeback to the only Baston, Delette and Bellar to mourn their felled comrades.

After being quickly swiped up by the remaining alive teammates of the Gold-Silver Team, only being able to kill off 7 of them before the 3 from the Guerilla Team died tragically at the end, but without hateful nor unnecessarily somber feelings. Naturally, the other battle vying for the battle for the 1st place wasn't just boring or as explosive as this ones. Because even as there were about big mushrooms of brown, black and red-brown colors, it was still nothing compared to what The Order made before, and only slightly 'less' than what the KOR Team did.

The KOR Team vs the Quintessential Team was, however, unexpectedly completely different than any other battle taken before on the Team vs Team segment. Well, maybe at the beginning, there could've been some edgy and chuunis around doing duels and whatnot. What the battle of the KOR Team and Quintessential Team consisted of, was simply a dueling system were it would be a simple 1v1 dueling where the loser side died and the winner side was forced to remain at the 'arena' and fight until losing; hence dying.

Now, the Quintessential Team was obviously at a disadvantage and there was no way they could've just accepted it... in normal terms. Because, in truth, it was the Quintessential Team the one that proposed it.

And things were definitely not simply accepted by the KOR Team or even the crowd itself like nothing, obviously! There was an undergoing 'thing' that was arranged and agreed upon by both parties, once again proposed initially by the Quintessential Team team leaders. One, was a system's contract while the other one was a clear show of respect from Zbey towards Raoundozia as he even bowed and almost knelt in front of the man. Pure respect and even... honor?
