After reading for 30 minutes Mo Fan finally finished the book. He really didn’t have any Knowledge about this world.
The Hunter’s Union was indeed a wonderful organization organised by the previous generation hunters!
Not only there was not any scarcity in quests, but they also had huge rewards to them!
Even the lowest D-rank Quests could go up to fifty thousand to three hundred thousand RMB!
He was in a desperate need of money right now, his talent of Dual Elements might be supreme since Little Loach was helping and supporting him. It was basically spoon feeding Mo Fan but once he reaches higher levels like Intermediate Level or Advanced Level his cultivation won’t progress so quickly as it is now.
He needed an insurance other than little loach. Not only that but he also needed battle experience. He knew he couldn’t deal with creatures who aren’t bottom feeders for now. So he decided to take quests with only those difficulty level.
No matter what every fighting experience can help him grow a lot! It didn’t matter where or how his starting point was, what mattered the most was where will his hard work take him from now on!
Mo Fan walked up to the pretty receptionist again and returned her the book.
“I’m a complete noob but I want battle experience, so please recommend me a quest which will suit me” Mo Fan said honestly as he politely bowed his head.
“Ok. Let’s see some quests that are suitable for you right now!” She replied to Mo Fan’s sincerity.
She took out her Tablet and flipped through a few PDF’s and showed him quests according to his requests.
There were three rank-less quests of Hunting Colossal Eyed Ape Rats near the south, west and northwest side of the city’s sewer. There was no time limit and the reward for killing one Colossal Eyed Ape Rat was Thousand RMB.
_Thousand RMB for one Colossal Eyed Ape Rat?! This is too good to be true!_
That Means unless all the Rats were cleared off from the sewers, they will keep paying him thousand RMB for each kill.
Mo Fan accepted the quest. He had to bring back the heart of the rat monsters as proof. He quickly travelled to the south area of the city. He went to a library and got a map of the sewage system of the whole Bo City.
“Ok let’s see now... I’m here right now and this is the whole south area’s sewage system. So I have to start from here to all the way here... Sigh... Let’s just clean (kill) it for this semester only. The next semester I’ll chose some different quests.” Mo Fan sighed when he saw the amount of work he needed to put in and since this is the city side the Colossal Eyed Ape Rat might not appear as frequently as he thought.
Mo Fan opened up the Manhole and poked his head down, his face contorted as the warm stench of sewage got into his nose, but he will have to get used to this smell. He quickly jumped down and brought out his torch which worked by using a magic stone of Light Element.
He moved forward slowly but on alert as he didn’t knew what will attack him. He always glanced at all four directions from time to time.
_Front Check! Back Check! Up Check! Down Check!_ He was walking on the side ways while the middle was flowing all the dirty water from the city’s waste.
He walked around and always confirmed his location after every ten minutes so as to not get lost. But even after walking for 50 minutes he did not stumble upon a single rat monster...
“This is a problem... I could’ve used this time to cultivate but instead just wasted it...” Mo Fan Complained as he didn’t find anything other than being covered with a disgusting stench.
What was the point of even coming here at this rate? His time was wasted and not a single rat was found.
There was nothing..... No wait!
Mo Fan realised something.
“Tunnels! I need to find Tunnels! The Black Vatican might’ve used the rats for digging, so if the request specified to search this area specifically then that means, they must’ve found a sightings!” Mo Fan quickly arrived at his conclusion. This time he didn’t take things slowly as it was still noon, the timid creatures would never come out in the morning. So he just needed to find out their tunnels.
Soon enough after running around he quickly arrived at the One of the tunnels.
“Sure enough, there really is a tunnel connecting the outside of the safe zone. Let’s see Map-sensei don’t fail me now! Aha! Here is the location of this place. Ok Marked! Now the next one!” He marked the location of it on the map and moved again to find out as many as he can.

There was beautiful face lying down on the desk while she had nothing to do. It was already 9pm and she had not seen his figure yet.
Her Name was Wang Xiulin, She was transferred here temporarily for 2 years just recently from the Hunter’s Union of Shanghai! She was a lot important than a puny receptionist as she was a 3 Star Hunter Mistress. The Hunters Union found out the Black Vatican was constantly acting around this small city and even Salan visited here. She was sent here to investigate by a Senior Hunter but she didn’t find anything strange at all in this one month, other than the collapse of the Mingwen Girls Middle School’s Cafeteria building.
She investigated the site herself the next night but because of the rubbles, she couldn’t find anyone or anything!
To be honest everyone in the Hunters Union knew she was someone important. So they clearly avoided her as she used to threaten them if they gave her work. So all the Hunters also at some point avoided her.
Then came a Kid who wore Black Mask and red wig, who was obviously someone suspicious but then he sincerely asked her questions about the union. She was quite interested to see his true appearance rather than a disguise.
“Wonder if that kid found even one of the Rat beasts...” the Three Star Hunter Mistress Wang Xiulin said while lazing around and eating potato chips inside a cabin.
Wang Xiulin was almost 20 years old this summer. She was tall beautiful and had waist length Black Hair with a tinge of blue in it. Her features were sharp and Pretty. She looked just like a top grade model. Her beauty was on par with Tang Yue’s and Ye Xinxia’s. But currently she had to hide her true self because of the mission so she used the aging ointment and some makeup to make her look at least 32-33 years old.
She was an Advanced Mage in one Element. Her Water Element was the main element and Shadow, Lightning the secondary and tertiary. Her father was the Senior hunter who had sent her on a mission. With her capabilities he was not worried about her in the slightest.
The title of Three Star Hunter Mistress had the same level of difficulty as the Three Star Hunter Master. So he knew his Daughter was Capable! That’s why he sent her here. She also have a God like existence (Sea Dragon Totem – Invincible Ruler) protecting her.
Pretty soon, a disgusting stench pervaded the building. She quickly pinched her nose in displeasure as she looked around to find the source of the smell. Her eyes fell on a person who had red hair and was wearing a black mask with a wet bloody bag in his hand.
He quickly arrived at the reception counter and said “Hi” with a smiling face.
She looked at him like she was looking at some retarded beggar.
“Augh~ what is wrong with you! Why didn’t you showered before coming here? Don’t tell me you came all the way here just like that?!” Wang Xiulin asked while pinching her nose. The higher the level of cultivation the stronger their senses were.
“Yeah, I came right from the sewers, anyway I found two rat this evening and here I brought their hearts.” Mo Fan said excitedly and innocently as he placed the wet bloody bag on the reception desk.
“What are you doing?!” She was triggered!

“Sigh.... Leave it there... Go take a shower first and throw your Wig and mask in the dustbin.” She sighed in Exasperation as she looked at the frightened Fan Mo and told him to go take a shower first.
“But what about my Money?” Mo Fan asked.
The receptionist quickly placed 20 notes of 100 Yuan on the table.
“Here now hurry up and get home!” Wang Xiulin shouted at him.
He took the money and slowly counted one note at a time purposely in front of her, to annoy her.
The receptionist was annoyed and angry at him. She quickly released her aura.

Mo Fan was not angry at the receptionist as she only want to drive him out of there. She did released her aura but it didn’t bring him any harm. It just made her look like Titan.
“Hehe~ I found a pretty nice Toy (Wang Xiulin) to pass time. Anyways~ leaving that aside, I found a total of ten tunnels, I will of course share the information to the Union but first I will make my pockets full~” Mo Fan merrily went to his dorm to get changed!
