CHAPTER 35: DON’T SLEEP MO FAN!

Summer Vacations have arrived! All the students were going home. But unfortunately Mo Fan didn’t have a home anymore.

He could easily buy it back, but he didn’t want it anymore.

Mo Fan had decided to do something this summer. That was to find clues about his double soul condition! The only place he will find any answers to that question is the cottage on the mountain, behind his Middle School.

“But before that, I have to level up my basic spells to peak!”

“My Cultivation is very close to reaching the peak soon, hmm give or take in just a month I can reach the third level in both elements. And I will need another month to consolidate my realm and perfect my spells!”

“Sigh... My precious youth is being wasted on stupid Cultivation... Forget it, let’s just finish this already!” Mo Fan said to himself while lamenting about his precious youth.

One and half month passed by~

Only fifteen days remain until school starts!

Mo Fan diligently cultivated and reached the peak of Basic Level! Right now he could cast fifteen Lv3 Basic Spells of both elements continuously!

He was totally surprised at the power of the spell, he literally annihilated 20 Colossal Eyed Ape Rats in just one spell!

He had also perfected both of spells to the perfection! He was now ready! He had done all types of preparation and was absolutely ready. He bought all kinds of potions 10 Healing potions, 10 MP Recovery potions, 5 Poison removal potions, and 3 Corrosion removal potions.

They cost him almost all his fortune! He grudgingly and unwillingly bought them.

“Hello Xinxia. Hey um I won’t be back for a while. There’s something I need to do, so um.. anyway have stay healthy ok, take care of yourself and Auntie as well. Bye I gotta go now!”

Mo Fan called Ye Xinxia but she didn’t pick up so it turned into a voice message.

Mo Fan was standing in front of where it all began! Old Man Ying’s cottage.

He had not been in here for a whole year. In fact nobody was here. It was really dusty and worn down. He had a complicated look on his face.

“This was where it all started... Ugh, I won’t go back to my original world if I slept here again right?”

This was the thought which had troubled Mo Fan the most! Just the thought of him going back to his world scares him to death!

He quickly went inside the cottage and peeled the mat of the floor. He found the basement door.

He opened it and went down the stairs. Sure enough, there were still the sealing Talismans on the door.

“Yup, this world and that world are indeed different. The fact that the Talismans are still here are proof of it.” Mo Fan had removed the Talismans and went inside the door in his previous world. But in this world they were still intact.

The little loach glowed again and this time Mo Fan was able to see the blue mist going inside his pendant!

Little Loach was absorbing the energy inside them. Each one contain as much energy as a servant class soul essence. There were around fifty of them.

After it absorbed the energy, Mo Fan removed the Talismans and opened the door! The same scene appeared before his eyes again. The room that was not that huge, it was in fact quite small only the size 4 tatami mats. There was nothing in the room apart from a Glass Case which was kept on the stool, with some writings on the foot of the case.

“The Soul Essence of Warrior Class Monster!”

Just as little loach saw the soul essence he started Vibrating as if he wanted to eat that thing!

A strange illusory green light emitted from the little loach and pierced the glass case as it forcefully dragged the soul essence inside it. The soul essence this time was just like a ball of light, it quickly went inside Little loach.

Burp~

Seeing it burping Mo Fan didn’t knew whether to laugh or cry.

“As I thought so, it wants to feed on warrior class soul essences now!” Mo Fan said while observing his little partner.

But is this it? He didn’t find anything inside the room just like before.

He went near the glass case and just as he picked it up from the stool to inspect what it was, the ground on his right side shifted aside as stairs leading downstairs appeared.

Mo Fan was startled, he heard the noise of Gears moving and then suddenly the floor split open! He placed the glass case down as he went inside the split floor heading downstairs.

Somehow Mo Fan felt that this was not in the same space as above. It felt like he had arrived somewhere else instead.

That was indeed right! Mo Fan was now in a subspace created by Old man Ying. It was basically a different dimension, Mo Fan had already left his world!

He soon arrived at another door which was similarly sealed. But this door was sealed with fifty Talismans which contained energy of fifty Warrior Class Soul Essences!

Little Loach was overjoyed right now! He was getting free food why would he complain over it. Mo Fan also noticed the change as he was not able to remove even a single talisman from the door!

But after Little Loach absorbed their energy, they came off surprisingly easily! He collected them and put them in his bag!

The door this time was of a nice quality than the one from above. He opened it and went inside. He noticed that the space inside the room was five times larger (20Sqm huge) than the previous room (4Sqm huge).

Not only that but it was a well lit room and there were Multiple things placed inside a glass box which was five metres long and one metre wide. There were Magic Tools! Cultivation, Meditation and Elemental Tools for improving Nebula (Intermediate Mages) of different Grades!

This room was a paradise for Intermediate Mages. Each of this thing could cost well over 30 million and Mo Fan got this all for free!

“Holy Shit! This room is so cool, there are at least around sixty Magic Tools in total here!” Mo Fan exclaimed.

If he could sell all of these then he will really be a Billionaire!

But things don’t always go as they’re planned. As soon as Mo Fan opened the glass box, Little Loach literally went ham on the magic tools as he started absorbing their energy.

“Wha?! What are you doing! Stop! They’re mine not yours stop eating them you fool!” Mo Fan was startled and furious but he couldn’t do anything but watch as his treasure was being eaten in front of him.

“Noooo! Please stop Little Loach! I’ll give you anything you want so please don’t eat them!” Mo Fan was begging him to stop but it completely ignored Mo Fan’s plea.

Soon enough all the tools lost their lustre at once and they disintegrated into dust right in front of him.

Little Loach was quite satisfied with the harvest!

“Sigh.... well what’s done is done... We can’t undo it now. Let’s see if there’s anything useful here.” Mo Fan sighed as he started searching.

The Glass box indeed contained a lot more items besides the magic tools which little loach ate.

There were Magic Equipment made from Warrior class Monsters! Shield, Boots, Armour, Death Strike, Helmet, Wings, Gauntlets, He was overjoyed again but he soon cast a glance at little loach fearing that the notorious pendant might eat them as well!

But it was not interested in it. Mo Fan sighed in relief.

Mo Fan wanted to bring it all with him but of course he couldn’t fit everything in his bag, after all there were Five Sets of each equipment. He was looking for a wing magic equipment for his Xinxia as she was not able to walk. But even a single one of it costs around hundred million and more. Now however he had five of them! He was beyond ecstatic.

While he was laughing like an idiot, the little loach glowed again! But this time it was trying to tell Mo Fan about something.

Mo Fan Noticed Little Loach was floating towards a direction. He quickly headed in that direction and soon found a ring equipment. It was particularly placed in some fancy case. It was really eye catching!

He opened the glass case it was placed inside and read the information inside.

The Ring of Space, made by Level 9 Mental Strength. Has 10,000 square metres space inside! Can keep anything inside it besides living thing.

Mo Fan was dumbstruck reading the description of the ring. He needed this equipment the most. A space ring! And the space it contained was around 10sqkm. It was simply mind-blowing!

“Whew~ what a harvest! So glad Little Loach is not interested in things like these, otherwise I would’ve really fought against it for this~” Mo Fan said while feeling satisfied this time.

He quickly formed a soul connection with the Space ring and equipped it. It was now his item!

He put all the Equipment there were inside the space ring!

“Now it was finally time for the main dish to be served!” He said as he glanced towards the so called Main dish.

It was a soccer ball sized Glass Orb which contained the Soul Essence of a Commander Class Monster!

Mo Fan had only read about commander class monsters in the books. They were especially dangerous and even Advanced Mages would die to them!

They had control over Platoons of warrior class Monster’s under them! They themselves were a calamity where even a small scale city would die to them!

Mo Fan could feel his heart beating violently, just like Little Loach was also vibrating non stop. He stood in front of the orb, he was on high alert all the time. No matter even if it was a Soul Essence, the presence it was giving was enough to suffocate Mo Fan to death!

Little Loach Glowed! His glow enveloped the Glass Orb! The Commander Class Soul Essence was dragged from it’s dwelling forcefully.

The moment it appeared out, Mo Fan felt his body stiffening. But little loach was not one to be messed with either, it quickly dragged the soul essence inside it with more power as it sensed it’s master was in danger.

Little Loach was on the verge of evolving, it had already absorbed 52 warrior class soul essences and 60 Nebula nourishing tools of various grades. It needed just the catalyst to perform a breakthrough. Fortunately the Commander Class Soul Essence had arrived right in time!

Soon enough It glowed ferociously and even enveloped Mo Fan inside it’s glow!

Mo Fan for some reason felt his eye lids becoming heavy as a wave of sleepiness hit him pretty hard!

He had already experienced this feeling when he was going to be teleported.

“Oh shit! No way not again. Don’t Sleep Mo Fan! If you sleep it will all end!” Mo Fan was terrified by this process. He did all he could do to stay awake but his body gave up in the middle!

He crashed down on the floor and went into deep sleep.

Mo Fan who was in deep sleep didn’t noticed the ceiling of the room! There was a carving of five mystical creatures on it.

A huge thousand km Azure Dragon soaring through clouds, it looked extremely majestic, with its glowing scales!

A Bird with Rainbow coloured feathers, it’s feathers were constantly glowing with multiple colours. It looked extremely beautiful and mesmerizing! As it was constantly emitting a Rainbow dust every time it flapped it’s wings!

An Elegant but Ferocious Tiger with Snow white Fur, it’s snow white body had glowing Fluorescent Yellow coloured runic stripes across it. It looked extremely Awe-inspiring!

A Huge Black Turtle with Blue Runes on its shell and a huge poisonous Black Snake with fluorescent green runes on its body coiling around the Turtle. Despite its structure It looked extremely dignified!

Also a creature which had the body of a Dragon and horns of deer. It Draconic body Glowed golden while it’s Reindeer Horns had a rainbow coloured glow to them! This Mysterious Hybridic Dragon Deer type beast looked extremely Exalted!

The Five beasts were the Sacred Totem Beasts of this world! The Five Low-Medium Emperor Level beasts originating from Kunlun who had died a long time ago.

The Sacred Azure Dragon, The Sacred Black Tortoise, The Mystical Rainbow Phoenix, The Sacred White Tiger and The Sacred Rainbow Gold Qilin.
