CHAPTER 37: TOTEM ORIGINATOR

Five minutes had already passed.

Mo Fan finally calmed down, as he staggered to his feet while taking the support of the door. He finally noticed the hundred or so Talismans on the double door. 

The Dark Talismans were the size of his palm. But the energy they Contained this time had obviously increased from the previous ones. Each Talisman contained the energy of a Commander Class Soul Essence! 

Mo Fan was not even able to touch the Talismans. There was an invisible barrier blocking him from touching them. 

“Little Loach, it’s your turn. Work your magic.” Mo Fan said to the Greenish Azure Pendant dangling on his chest. 

Multiple thread like rays were emitted from the Little Loach as they pierced all the hundred or talismans at once. 

The azure threads immediately glowed as the glow slowly entered Little Loach! 

The scene seemed like little loach was drinking some delicious juice from hundred or so straws all at once.

Mo Fan was dumbfounded watching the new tricks of Little Loach every time it tried to eat something.

“Seeing you drinking the energy so delightfully, is making me hungry.” Mo Fan said.

He removed a packet of chips from his space ring as he munched on them while Little Loach was still eating the energy slowly.

It took little loach five whole minutes to finish eating everything.

“I’m kinda surprised that you didn’t gulped down everything all at once like you usually do. I guess there are times when even you will want to enjoy the food given to you huh.” Mo Fan said as he understood that savouring delicious food was indeed important.

“Whelp~ let’s get going then~” Mo Fan got up and removed all the Talismans after their energy was consumed by Little Loach and stored them inside his Space ring.

He pushed the double door and opened them. The moment he opened the doors he was dumbstruck by the scene.

The room was ten times larger (200sqm) than the previous one. It was beautiful room with much better interior than anything he had ever seen before. 

There were beautiful carvings on the walls. He quickly removed his phone as he Clicked a lot of photos. 

On the other side of the wall there were approximately Hundred Mannequins with Complete set of Magic Equipments on them. They were all made from Commander Class Monsters! 

“My God! These things are blinding my eyes! Look at the full set equipments. There are even so many death strike weapons on them! Hehe~ I’m so rich” Mo Fan had literal dollar signs inside his eyes as he watched the Complete set of Equipments. 

After all a single Commander Class equipments were sold for five hundred million to one billion RMB. If he had full sets of equipment then he will really become a billionaire at this rate! 

He quickly stored all the Magic Equipments inside his space ring.

Now his attention turned towards the exquisite Glass Box. Little Loach was extremely excited as it vibrating non stop.

They were Galaxy nurturing tools. They even had Magic Acceleration tools which were used for connecting the stars.

There were Hundred or so,  Cultivation/Meditation/Elemental tools of different grades. 

Little Loach didn’t stand on the ceremony as he quickly started to absorb everything. 

This time Mo Fan didn’t reprimand Little Loach as he knew there was no point in doing so! Instead he looked behind to notice the door which he had come from. 

But it was not there anymore. The door was gone just like before. He can only go forward, there was no going backward. He was just like a trapped rat.

“Hah haha.... What’s the use of the treasure if I can’t sell it...” Mo Fan laughed wryly and was kinda depressed. 

If he couldn’t find a way out of here. He would die. After all there was not enough food or water with him and the space was also not permanent. It would crumble away in less than half a day.

He also could not celebrate too early. He will only celebrate once he had gone out of this place.

Little Loach absorbed all the energy of the tools as they disintegrated into dust again. But this time it even Absorbed the energy of Magic Acceleration tools and also gained it’s function.

“So it can even do that huh... Haha... Well at this point nothing would surprise me anymore...” Mo Fan said while observing his pendant.

Little Loach was glowing again. It was going to Evolve again pretty soon. It needed a catalyst to trigger his evolution again. 

Mo Fan knew what was going to happen that’s why before the main dish he quickly put all the remaining things inside his space ring and then quickly secured the exit.

But it had not appeared yet. 

The exit will only appear after he had absorbed the soul inside the glass container behind him.

“So be it. Little Loach, please don’t evolve just after absorbing the soul essence. Please let me run away from this place first and then evolve.” Mo Fan pleaded his loach.

Little Loach vibrated as if telling Mo Fan that it was not possible, but Mo Fan took it as if it said yes.

Mo Fan went towards the Soul Essence. He noticed the writings on the bottom of the Soul Container.

“Small Monarch Class Soul Essence!” Mo Fan read the words. He had no idea what a Monarch Class monster was but when he felt a pair of eyes staring at him from inside the container. 

Mo Fan’s body stiffened, he wanted to run but the overwhelming presence made him crash down onto the floor.

Little Loach immediately protected Mo Fan as it covered him in his glow.

He felt his body becoming a little lighter as he noticed the glow he was covered in. He saw Little Loach staring down the Monarch Class Soul Essence and immediately emitted Glowing ropes as he pulled the soul from it’s container. 

The soul essence was just like a small fist sized ball of light when it was bound by the glowing ropes but it’s presence was extremely dangerous. 

Mo Fan looked at the small ball of light in fear. The thought of this kind of creature being alive in this world, was enough to bring despair to him! 

The Soul slowly floated towards little loach as it got absorbed inside it. 

Ba Dump!! 

Mo Fan felt his heart Skipping a beat.

Just as the soul was absorbed the ground split open again! The stairs connecting the next door were revealed. Mo Fan immediately bolted towards it.

Little Loach suddenly emitted another bright glow which covered the whole surroundings. It had began its evolution again.

“Shit! This lying piece of junk!” Mo Fan immediately cursed little loach as watched the glow.

His body became heavy and another wave of sleepiness hit him. But this time his will was firm.

He bit his lips to keep him awake as he ran to the stairs, warm scarlet liquid immediately poured ou from his lips and even went inside his mouth, the taste of iron was disgusting but he didn’t stop. But just as he tried to jump inside the hole. 

His body was repelled away from the underground stairs.

There was a rule which Mo Fan didn’t know existed and that was unless Little Loach had evolved or met the condition to Evolve according to the floor, his owner will not be able to use the stairs to the next floor.

“Damn it! Why was I repelled.... From... th...” just as Mo Fan was about to curse, he fell asleep again.

Crack!!

A small crack appeared at a corner of the room.

Little Loach who was evolving noticed this. It was terrified beyond belief. Because once the Dark Void sucked Mo Fan. They both would be destroyed into pieces. 

It didn’t matter even if little loach was one of the Sacred Totem beasts. After All not even their originator the Celestial Dragon God would survive there.

The only being capable of surviving the Void is the Void God Phoenix. A being which was originated from the Plane of Dimensions. Which is one of Phoenixes, completing the being known as Rainbow Phoenix. The only Medium Emperor being among the Sacred Totem Beasts.
