CHAPTER 50: DYING FROM HEART ATTACK OR BECOMING GROUND MEAT?

ORIGINAL Author: Chaos

SPINOFF Author: Vester

“S-Sitting here and thinking will do nothing about this anxiety... I’ll have to check what’s happening here.” Zhang Xiaohou mumbled as he looked at the mountain in fear.

His back was filled with Cold sweat, as well as his forehead.

He exited his room and headed towards the mountain where the ‘incident’ happened.

.....

Zoom~

Swoosh~~

Mo Fan had entered the space connecting the portal.

The moment he stepped on the other side, the portal behind him disappeared.

He was keeping his eyes closed, he slowly opened one of his eye and noticed that he was not outside. He was still stuck in some place.

“Sigh... As expected it’s not so easy to get out of here... But still what is this place. It’s huge but it’s also so freaking Cold, like I’m inside a freezer or something. Shit it’s foggy as well...” Mo Fan said as he rubbed his hands together to produce frictional warmth.

The room was huge like seriously huge, he was not able to see the ceiling at all not only that but he was also not able to see the other side of the room.

He started walking in a direction aimlessly for ten minutes, when suddenly little loach started Vibrating and glowing.

“Huh? Is there something that interests you? Dude seriously, you already look like an authentic Dragon even though you’re just a pendant.

I even thought that you have reached your final stage of evolution, since you didn’t absorbed a single thing at the treasure room from before. Even though it was full of food which you’ll prefer to eat.

But now you suddenly show a reaction, just how Valuable is the treasure ahead.” Mo Fan said as he flicked his little pendant.

The pendant was restless and didn’t wanted to hear Mo Fan’s babble, it suddenly started floating towards the direction it wanted to go as it pulled Mo Fan with him.

“Ah! Sheesh, I get it. Let’s go” Mo Fan replied seeing his pendant getting restless.

It was seriously a disobedient pendent. Ever since it had evolved previously, Mo Fan was able sense some kind of emotions from it. Whether it be Disinterest, Mocking or excitement.

The feelings it was feeling right now was ‘Longing’.

.....

Even though Mo Fan was saying nonsense stuff he was on guard, he cautiously kept walking when suddenly he hit a huge hard wall.

Thud!

“Agh! Damn it, there was a wall here... This fog is really getting thicker and the chill is also getting stronger. I don’t want to go any further...” Mo Fan said as he glanced at his pendant which was still floating in that direction.

As if it had sensed Mo Fan’s feeling of cowardice, it emitted an Azure Glow and rapped it around Mo Fan’s body.

“Eh?! Hey what are you doing?! WHOA!!” Mo Fan exclaimed in surprise as he suddenly started floating in the air.

Little Loach had reached it’s peak Evolution, so it had an astronomical energy inside. It was capable of powering a large scale city for at least Ten Thousand Years.

Not to mention once it reincarnates into it’s true form, this energy which he now contains will itself be negligible to the amount he will hold. So lifting Mo Fan in the air was nothing but as easy as breathing for it right now...

“Ahhh!! Put me down! It’s too freaking high!! Little Loach stop, I’m sorry I won’t be impudent~~” Mo Fan started screaming like a child when noticed that he was at a height where he could literally no longer see the ground.

Mo Fan was a normal human until just recently and had never been this high up before in his whole life of 17 years. At most he had only seen the scenery from 10 storey building' terrace before when he visited his father’s friend.

But the height which Mo Fan was at now was 10,000metres in the air. If Little Loach retracts his glow, Mo Fan will first die from heart attack and then he will really die again by becoming ground meat.

Little Loach ignored Mo Fan’s request as he started to vibrate on Mo Fan’s chest as if to show him something.

BRRR~~ BBRRRRR!!

“Wh-What is wrong with you! Just hurry up and put me down alread.... W-Wh-Wha-WHAT IN THE NINE HEAVENS IS THAT!!!” Mo Fan was shouting at Little Loach when he suddenly turned to look down behind him & noticed that a super massively huge and long Statue was down there clouded in the mist.

Mo Fan was shocked and utterly stupefied. He himself was on a height where no human would be visible from here above, no matter how hard you try to see them.

Everything was nothing but ants from this height, but the huge... statue?... which Mo Fan was staring at right now was still abnormally huge. Even from this height it still seemed that it was extremely near him.

The statue was so Large that it was still extending even further ahead. There was just no end to it. The length of the statue was still unknown to him but the breadth of this thing was actually as wide as Twenty Kilometres and the height of it was around 500metres.

“What is this... Is it alive? No, no way it’s possible for something like this to exist in this world.” Mo Fan was staring at it with wide eyes. He was still struggling to realise that it could be a living thing. He just thought of it as a statue.

The body figure had resemblance to that of snake, since it was so long. But he still had trouble identifying it because of the mist covering it, but somehow he could see Azure Glow permeating through the mist from time to time.

“Little Loach, is this what you wanted me to see?” Mo Fan asked Little Loach while staring at the snake like huge statue.

BRRR~~

Little Loach vibrated as if it was nodding his head.

“Is this something... related to you?” Mo Fan asked again.

BRRR!!!!

Little Loach vibrated again with more energy as if Mo Fan had guessed correctly.

“Just what are you?” Mo Fan asked while gently grabbing the intricate Draconic Azure Pendant in his hand.

Ming~

Little Loach suddenly produced a sound as if it was smirking at Mo Fan’s question.

It immediately released a huge wave of Azure energy which quickly spread in the surroundings and then it furiously rammed into the mist covering up the statue, like a Ray of Sunlight piercing through the clouds.

The Mist suddenly started to dissipate, and soon enough it vanished revealing to Mo Fan what the thing he considered as statue truly was.
