Team CHSE are sitting in the stands of Amity, they're waiting for the next match
Ecru:"I'm the best. I'm the best."
Ecru is boasting about her skills.
Henry face palms and shakes his head.
Henry:"Why did you chose her to be in the final match?"
Copper shrugs his shoulders.
Copper:"Even though she's an idiot-"
Ecru:"Hey!"
Copper:"She is the strongest on our team."
Ecru:"Thank you."
Sam:"He has a good point, Henry.
Henry:"I'm not saying he's wrong, it's just... she's an idiot."
Ecru butts head with Henry/
Ecru:"You wanna say that again ice princess!"
Henry:"Oh, You wanna go flame for brains."
Copper pushes them apart.
Copper:"Can we not fight in public."
Henry and Ecru cross their arms and look away from each other.
Port:*P.A.* "Now, for the moment you've all been waiting for: The one of one finals!"
The crowd cheers.
Ecru:"Yes! Let's go!"
Henry points down to the stage where all the finalists are.
Herny:"Aren't you supposed to be down there!"
Ecru thinks for a few seconds.
Ecru:"Shit!"
Ecru runs down and onto the stage.
Henry:"Idiot."
Sam claps in excitement.
Copper chuckles.
Port:*P.A.* "Bary, why don't you explain the rules?"
Oobleck:*P.A.* "Uhhm it's quite simple Peter. Instead of a bracket system, each round of the finals will be random;y determined immediately before the match takes place."
Port:*P.A.* "Much like any good hunt, there will be zero time to prepare."
Oobleck:*P.A.* "Ahh, yes yes. Now let's see who our first match will be!"
The randomizer picks Yang and Mercury.
Port:*P.A.*"Yang Xiao Long and Mercury Black!"
Copper:"You can do it, Yang!"
Henry:"Yeah! Break a leg or something."
Port:*P.A.* "Would all other combatants please leave the stage."
Ecru walks up to Yang and they high five. Ecru then runs back to her teammates.
The stage sets up and Yang and Mercury get ready to fight.
Port:*P.A.* "Three! Two! One! Fight!"
Yang breaks Mercury's leg.
Sam puts a hand over his mouth. Ecru stops cheering and she just stands there shocked. Henry is confused and Copper rubs his eyes.
Copper:"¡Dioses míos!"
Oobleck:*P.A.* "My word!"
Port:*P.A.* "Cut the cameras!"
Ecru:"What- What just happened?"
Mercury:"Ah! My leg! My leg!"
Atlas robots and soldiers surround Yang,
Yang:"That's what you get you little- huh?"
Atlas Soldier:"Yang Xiao Long, stand down!"
Yang looks around confused.
Yang:"What?! Why?!"
Emerald runs onto stage and she runs over to Mercury!
Emerald:"Mercury!"
Emerald crouches down to Mercury.
Mercury:"Why'd she do that?! Why'd she attack me?!"
Emerald glares at Yang. Yang looks up to the review board and it replays Yang breaking Mercury's leg.
Yang looks over to her team and they are confused and scared.
Copper:"What just happened?"
