"Can I take them off now?" August questioned, staring at his bandaged arms. It had been 2 whole weeks since August's fight, and he was beginning to get worried that he was believed dead by the Revolutionary Army.

He thought about how devastated Sabo and Koala would be, and he wanted nothing more than to just teleport to Baltigo and tell them he was ok. He didn't have his Den Den Mushi, so there was no way of communicating with them.

He recalled Dragon's insistence about bringing as little as possible, so he stupidly didnt bring his only way of communication which was something he would be reprimanding himself for a long time.

Some part of him knew that Dragon and his friends were certain he was alive, he just hoped they would hold onto that belief until he came home.

Chiyo nodded at August's question, "Yes, but just remember although your body is fully healed, it was practically a miracle, and with most other doctors you would be left permanently injured. Don't overdo yourself next time." She reprimanded.

August thanked her, already knowing about Chiyo's true capabilities. She ate the Kiss-Kiss fruit, which allowed the user to produce various effects when kissing someone. She mainly used it for her nursing work, which accelerated someone's healing when they were injured at the cost of their stamina.

He turned his attention back to his bandages, eyeing them intently before starting to wrap them off. As he slowly undone the surplus amount of bandages, he began to notice the thin tracing of scars littered across his arms.

'Thanks Lucci.' He would never look at Leopard's the same again.

A similar situation happened with his stomach, which had a scar spanning 4 inches across his abs. In his opinion it looked quite cool, but he certainly wouldn't voice that opinion in front of Chiyo. He couldn't win that battle, even when fully healed.

"Damn Youngsters…" She complained, collecting the worn bandages and dumping them into the bin. Chiyo nodded towards him, and August got up from his bed that had been his home for the past couple of weeks and began to start some stretches.

"Ahhh…That hits the spot…" He sighed as he cracked his back that had been stiff from all the lying down. He regarded Granny Chiyo the next moment, turning to her and giving her one more sincere full thanks.

She took the thanks with open arms, smiling up at him before beginning to speak:

"I thought about your offer…" Chiyo said, catching August's attention immediately. Suspension hung on her lips and August felt it had been an hour before Granny Chiyo gave her answer.

"I accept." August let out a breath he didn't know he had been holding and hugged granny Chiyo.

"I promise that you won't regret this." August vowed. He had just boosted the Army's strength significantly with Chiyo's medical skills and Liam's current skills and potential. They were one step closer to finally destroying the Government, and August couldn't be happier.

(1 week later)

"So you were tasked with bringing back a devil fruit…and let me get this straight, you got the dark king to help you?" Dragon questioned with a confused look.

A nod.

"And you got the devil fruit?"

Another nod.

"And you beat the Cipher Pol agent that was trailing you?"

Another nod with a hint of a smug smile.

"And you got an entire island to join our cause?"

Another nod with a smile of satisfaction.

"You've surpassed my expectations in every way possible, well done." Dragon praised, but when he saw the scars on August's arms he wanted nothing more than to teach him a lesson, but he did the right thing by killing his trail and making sure Baltigo wasn't found. Baltigo was the headquarters of the army, and its location being found would be a huge detriment, especially when he put so many deterrents around the island to avoid being found.

August bathed in the praise, but still managed to stay professional as he nodded to Dragon professionally.

"Good job. We will send some ships over to Gintoki Island to pick up those who wish to come to the main base, while we send some members there to occupy and protect the Island." Dragon explained to August.

"Also, next week we will be liberating the Gleam Kingdom. The King has been using his own citizens as slaves to extract materials from a recent gold mine found in one of the surrounding mountains. According to my reports, many of the people there are appalled with his behavior and protesting for a newer King, but the King has been using part of his funds to hire some muscle that would make the possibility of a rebellion impossible. It's up to us to do something." Dragon read the information off a sheet of paper next to him.

"Do they pose any threat?"

Dragon shook his head, "No, it should be a quick job. We will go to the gold mines, kill the guards and then overthrow the King. I will then give a speech that should rally them all to our side."

"So…The usual?" August japed.

"The usual." Dragon nodded.

"Also, you're coming" Dragon abruptly said, surprising August. Seeing his shocked expression, Dragon decided to elaborate.

"You're strong enough now, and it's about time you start joining the main group. Gaining support is one of the most crucial steps, especially with Kingdoms. Even if we win, without enough support many kingdoms would question our authority and would try to defy us at every turn. We can't rule anything if our power is protested for every action we make. Ruling is sadly just one big game of politics, and without allies we will fall victim to its sharp claws."

"You and Sabo will be some of the key members of the Revolutionary Army in the future, so you need to gain support and trust. Just being there will do that, and you will gain support with your fellow members of the army. Again, a leader who his subordinates don't trust or respect isn't a leader, and is bound to collapse."

August nodded, but he couldn't help but mention something he picked up on, "Leader? I'm just a normal member."

Dragon cursed himself for the mess up, but stilled his facial expression, "You get what I mean."

"Yeah, I understand. Trust cant be given, it has to be earned, and since doing stuff like this is most beneficial for the Revolutionary Army and people in need, it will gain me the most support."

"Precisely…Now go tell Sabo, he will be joining you as well. You also have a lot of catching up to do."

August bowed, making Dragon shake his head. Despite his presence in the room being gone, Dragon couldn't help but think about August and the recent events that transpired. Never in a million years did Dragon expect August to fight a trained world government assassin at this age, and without haki and win.

He knew August was a prodigy like no other but to beat a world government agent at 16 was almost unheard of, and from what August told him the agent knew Rokugan, meaning he was a very skilled agent and probably among the better ones across cipher pol. Even at 16 years old with his devil fruit couldn't accomplish that, and he was also considered a prodigy like no other according to his father.

He also learnt how Liam had beaten a cipher pol agent and how his grandma nursed August back to health in record time. Both of them would be valuable assets to assist his goal, especially Chiyo who was practically a wonder nurse. With Chiyo's help they could save more lives with each mission and finally have a proper nurse to help injured members .

On the other hand Liam was a swordsman who he believed to be a prodigy on the level of Sabo. What are the chances!? He was truly blessed to find not 1, not 2, but 3 prodigies who were in his organisation! Sometimes he felt that there was some sort of divine intervention at play and something was secretly helping him out.

He shook his head, it was no use to think about these things. He quickly went into his desk, grabbing the white transponder snail that encrypted calls. He needed to make a call, it was time for the Gintoki Island to become a part of the movement. He was slowly picking up speed, and before they knew it they would become an unstoppable force that would tear the foundations of the gods down.
