"Doctor! Doctor, come here quick!"

The nurse shouted in joy in the orphanage. Before the aura was gloomy, but now joy has spread inside the building. A man in a medical outfit ran into the room from the nurse's shouts before seeing that the nurse was standing over the crib with the baby, who was declared to pass away.

"The baby! The baby is alive!"

Just seconds before, they declared it dead from the nine-tailed chakra poisoning, but they could clearly see the baby is moving. The doctor had tears running down his face, in fact, he never dealt with such a tragic event before in his life. Ever since the nine-tailed attack, he lost so many friends and family.

To see a baby who he declared passed away to be alive and healthy brought him tears. While those two were going over such emotional highs, Ray was doing the same, but for a different reason.

"Ah!~ I am a baby! Screw you IWS why couldn't you let me go! I only said some mean stuff, but that shouldn't be enough to reincarnate me in another world because of what I said!"

"..." Ray was tearing up, crying along with the doctor and nurse.

"You didn't hear me. I said come back soon!" Ray said with tears coming out of her face in embarrassment.

{Heh.}

"Hah~ I guess this is my life now." Ray sat in the crib surrounded by two weirdos who were crying next to the crib. Staring up in the room of this building, it looks like wood. "Wait! I haven't asked him what world he sent me to!"

It has been several weeks since Ray has been reincarnated as a baby in Naruto. Why could she tell if it was Naruto was simple. It was given straight away when a medical ninja walked inside saying how my chakra was clean and no signs of chakra poisoning. If there was a single question that Ray wanted to be answered, it was.

"WHY DID YOU REINCARNATE ME AS A BABY!"

Shouting that deep inside her felt satisfying, Ray decided if she felt annoyed in the slightest that she would shout at this system. Looking around, Ray was in a room sitting down, filled with other babies. They just sat around making garble voices, grabbing things and dropping them.

"I feel like my IQ will drop if I here any longer, but that looks like fun!" Crawling toward a baby, she got to the blocks that were in front of it. Grabbing them, Ray was happily stacking them.

"What?!" In shock, Ray dropped the piece, tumbling the entire tower she just built. "Did I just gain a point in DEX? Wait, didn't that infuriating system say that I had access to a system?"

{Took you long enough. I didn't know that, by reincarnating you into a baby, that your IQ would drop as well.}

"Why are you here!?"

{It's boring watching you.}

"Maybe you shouldn't have reincarnated me as a baby then!"

{Then how would you learn to speak the language or write?}

"Don't they just have it given to the main character as its memory?"
