"Ah, I don't know where to start!" Lena shouted out in her mind. "There are so many things that I need to accomplish, but it's hard to decide what is important. With a world so large and so little information, I have no idea what to do first."

< Then, would you like to purchase an advisor? >

"Huh?"

< An advisor can be purchased using System Points. >

"An advisor?" Maybe this might be helpful, after all my only experience on kingdom building is for fighting other players not to spread the system. "How many points would it be to purchase an advisor?"

< To purchase the System Advisor, it will take 50 points. >

"50 Points hm..." Taking a look at my status, I only have around 38 points. "I can save up for that amount." To be honest, I think this will be extremely helpful. Meanwhile, I should actually write down a plan or a map of what to do.

Let's see, I want to create cool, unique equipment. Upgrade the system. Unlock many new features and create some myself. Get more users. Make the system somewhat automated, it's hard for me to think what the 11 users needs are or what I should do as a System Administrator.

Possibly get strong enough to survive, although I don't really understand the danger or how much stronger I need to become.

"System, I have always wondered, but can you answer me this? What is your purpose of spreading systems to other worlds?"

< It's for an opportunity. >

"Opportunity?"

< It is to give the living beings an opportunity to give them a chance they before couldn't have. It is to make what was impossible, possible. We have tried to spread the system without an administrator overseeing it, but the results showed failing to achieve our goal. Soon we began to implement overseer's, but you have heard about how it turned out. >

< We do have rules to enforce so that the administrators cannot abuse their power, harming the users. Many overseers have failed to do their job, only focusing on a certain group or preference. There have been successful cases of great administrators yet when we use their system to implement in another world it would fail with 100% certainty now. >

< Having learned from our failures now System Administrators are sent into the new worlds with nothing but the basic tools. To grow and adapt in their world while completing our goal. To give all forms of life an opportunity. This is how we implement systems to other worlds. >

"I don't get it? If you are extremely powerful, can't you just give every living being the system? Why have such a roundabout way to grow a system for each world?"

< No, it does not work that way. You are misunderstanding us, we do not force ourselves on others, and we will never give the system to one who does not want it. Our goal is harmony to allow the user a choice, an opportunity to change their lives through us. >

"Why?"

< Because of our founder. The founder of the system wishes for the living beings to be given an opportunity. To be able to change their lives as long as they work hard enough. The system is on the basis of no limits, that you can grow to any heights as long as you work hard enough. This is following our founder's wish. >

< Our founder understands you may not like it, that is why we give System Administrators the chance to become their own versions while completing our goal. This is why we allow you the chance to become any type of system you wish to be once you complete the main goal. For example, some predecessors have become systems like 'Show-Off System', 'Bluffing System', 'Dating System'. >

< Just to name a few. >

"Why Earth then?"

< That is a simple question. It is because our founder was an Earthling. Our founder wasn't given an opportunity, but had to survive to the whims of other beings. After gaining power and becoming a Universal Great God, Earth is under the founder's protection, giving all humans reincarnation if they wish for it judging based on their karma. >

"Isn't that unfair, wouldn't some just die then?"

< No, it is completely fair and just. They will just have a more difficult time and be put through more events to offset that karma they have built up. >

"I see."

< Any other questions while we are at it? >

"Well... why email me the chance to become a System Administrator?"

< You were randomly selected from a pool of low karma human beings that are within the range of (-10 to +10) on the karma status. >

"Karma?"

< Karma is the scale to test whether you have done "good deeds" or "evil deeds" you have a karma point of negative three. In fact, that number is so insignificant that it holds little value. >

"Why have a karma rating? Won't it just hurt you?"

< Karma is a good thing to have, while it can be looked at the bad and good things that you have done. To us, we see it as another way. Are you selfish? 'Negative Karma' or are you altruistic? 'Positive Karma'. We do not wish for people who are mediocre or in either extremes, that is why we select the people who are in those 'Neutral' section. >

< It also helps in selecting people who do not have much bias. Able to understand those who come from the good and the bad. You Lena are one of those people able to understand the evil people without taking away their chances to live because of their evilness, same with the good. You don't reward good people for their actions. >

< We need people who aren't biased nor who isn't selfish or selfless. Those who are fit to serve the role as a System Administrator. Once you have completed our task, you are rewarded the power of your own system, able to do whatever you wish with that system of yours. >

"I see... thank you for answering my question system."

< Is that all? >

"Yes. I have no further questions."

I can't believe it, I feel like this system isn't such an almighty, mysterious being. So the founder is an earthling? "What do I want to do?"
