I was about to point out to him that he waited that long to say that, but I figured that this was a good way to escape from this dreadful scenario that we're having!

...And that's how my one way ticket to get out of this mess, suddenly vanished into nothingness!

I was about to reach for the luxury looking lunch box that she had prepare for me, when suddenly...

I quickly looked at her in reflex

"...Hoshizawa...you made lunch for him...?"

It was also then, that Hoshizawa suddenly realized about it

Ryu and Hoshizawa's friends just kept silent, as they watch us on how this conversation would go...
"Um...There's a reason for this Aikawa senpai..."

Aikawa senpai looked at the lunch box, then at Hoshizawa, then finally to me, as she said the following words
"...I won't gonna lose to Hoshizawa..."

She said as she stared right to Hoshizawa
"I-I'm not gonna lose either!"

"Amagasa kun loves my cooking! He said so!"
I'm pretty sure I didn't said something exactly like that...
"...Same here...He said to me that he wants to eat mine everyday..."
Now that, I'm pretty sure I didn't say that...
"Mine is better!"

"Amagasa kun!"
"Y-Yes?!"
I spoke politely, out of response
"Which do you like more, Her cooking, or mine?!"
"Uh..."

Whichever I choose here...is definitely gonna make the other person sad...

I really can't talk my way outta this?!

"...I believe that every people has their own style of cooking, that's why I think that, Hoshizawa san's cooking is good because its her own style of cooking. The same goes for Aikawa senpai's cooking too"

...It looked like Hoshizawa was about to press me further, but eventually changed her mind from doing so
"You're too nice, Amagasa kun, but I don't dislike it, *Chuckles*"
"Ahaha..."
"...So you do like my cooking...?"

She turned her back on us, as she quietly reached out for something from her handbag...

"...I figured that we can share and eat it together..."
"Oh, thanks, Aikawa senpai"
I took the other slice of her pie
"Not fair Amagasa kun!"

"Why did you took her food first before mine?!"

"...Looks like I won..."

Hoshizawa then opened the lunch box, took a piece of food, and then tries the one thing that couples do
"Here, Amagasa kun!"

Aikawa senpai joined in and took a piece from my slice of pie
Whats with these two all of a sudden?! And did Hoshizawa forgot that Aikawa senpai doesn't know our relationship?!

I didn't hesitate any further, and ate both of their food at once

I wasn't lying though, their foods are great! I just had to do it that way to save myself from the inevitable thing that might happen...
It was then that one of Hoshizawa's friends started speaking

Risa pointed out Ryu, who was silently eating the lunch box that Hoshizawa had prepared for me...

...While Ryu was pleading for his life, Aikawa senpai suddenly started talking

At this point, I didn't know which direction was Aikawa senpai intending to go off to

Hoshizawa said, as if she's about to have a meltdown

That last statement was like an arrow that shot straight through to Hoshizawa. She slowly became lifeless the moment she heard those words...
"Aikawacchi senpai! Even if you are our senpai, I won't gonna allow you to hurt Miucchi any longer!"
"Aikawa senpai, don't you think its a bit rude to say something that you don't completely know the whole story?"
"Mi didn't do anything wrong"
Hoshizawa's friends back her up as they themselves could no longer stand by and watch...

"...You yourselves claim as Hoshizawa's friend, yet you couldn't even stop your own friend from hurting my friend!"

"Amagasa's suffering too you know! My friend is suffering too!"
I was quite taken aback from Aikawa senpai's sudden outburst, it almost as if, she was no longer the Aikawa senpai that I knew...

The lifeless Hoshizawa, seemingly reacted to that line that Aikawa senpai had just spouted...
"...If you can't do something as simple as that...then I guess Amagasa wasn't that special to you..."

I was about to shift my attention to Hoshizawa's friends, who was blocking my view from seeing Hoshizawa...
