Hi all my readers.

Thank you for reading Book 1 and 2 of Poison City.

The main part of the story is a wrap for now, I will take a break before moving onto my next serial. Please stay tuned!

For the next story, I would like to still go with the theme of exorcism, fighting ghosts and paranormal investigation. But I would like the story to be more upbeat and relatively slower in pace. I would like to showcase the normal life of the characters more, and not have a disaster looming over them all the time.

It will also feature some LitRPG elements in it, and I intend to make it more action packed, more folklore rich. Hope you’ll like it!

The name of the next story will be “Ghost Hunting in Haoliwood.” It will be a story centered around Hollywood in an alternate universe, where Chinese capital and corporations have not only taken root in Hollywood, but basically occupied more than half the industries there and become powerful enough to change the name of the city into “Haoliwood”. It’s going to be a lot of fun and satiric.

Aside from the next serial, I have some upcoming independently published novels coming up as well. The next one coming out will be a “rules horror” story (you can imagine it to be a LitRPG survival horror comedy). Ideally it can come out before the next Halloween.

Now, you may ask: will there be another book to the Poison City series? The answer is undecided but probably. One thing that’s in the serious planning/ideation phase is the companion story of The Legend of the One Armed Knight and the Burnt Queen, it’s probably going to be an unconventional novella. And if there’s another book in the main storyline I will definitely let you know.
