With each 'parameter' getting forcefully added to the world, reality itself shook as a consequence, buzzing and quaking causing all those who are able to feel it to freeze in fright.

The biggest of the 'quakes' was of course caused by the merger of the 'Nightmare' realm with reality and truly turning it into a 'true side' of the world instead of just 'a layer' on top of it.

This not only solved most if not all of the potential dangers but also improved and optimised the conversion between negative energy born by negative emotions and dream/nightmare energy pushing it to a whole new level.

However, none of the people around the world cared about this right now as they had much bigger issues to deal with.

"Does he have a problem with his brain?"

"So this is what he has been planning all along, However, how will he achieve it..."

Mostly focusing on personal problems and the perceived consequences of what's to come, the reaction by normal people was quite varied with some being ecstatic, some trembling in fear and anxiety, while others were in complete denial.

It's just that different from the self-centered vision most people had, the leaders, politicians, and big businessmen had a much more uniform reaction as their faces turned pale in fright.

"DAMN IT!! GUARDS COME HERE!!!" Yelled the man sitting in the presidential chair in Washington, D.C.

Having just survived a world-severing attack by pure luck, his emotions were quite unstable, and now with this frightening news being added, his state was getting closer and closer to the brink of collapse.

Hearing the call, the presidential secret service at the door quickly entered and began scanning the place.

However, by doing so, all they saw were the frightened faces of these politicians and no signs of danger.

"Sir..."

However, before the guard could finish asking for instructions, he was swiftly interrupted by the president who yelled.

"Use your gun and shoot at the wall!"

"Huh?"

Confused, the guard hesitated for a moment not knowing if he should listen to this order, however, this hesitation only lasted for a fraction of a second before swiftly getting overwhelmed by his sense of duty.

Pulling the trigger a couple of times, the man looked confused seeing that no bullet came out.

However, before he could try again, the president roared once more ordering another to try instead.

Getting the same result, the president couldn't help but take a deep breath of cold air through his gritted teeth realizing the severity of the situation.

Moreover, to add insult to injury, a military-looking leader suddenly barged in and said as quickly as he could.

"Sir, after the disappearance of the weird broadcasting screen our technology is finally back to normal."

Hearing this, the president couldn't help but feel a slight hint of hope, however, it was quickly extinguished by the next phrase uttered by the man.

"However, it seems that all our weapon systems are malfunctioning alongside all other types of weapons; We weren't able to ignite even normal dynamite."

Taking a deep breath, the man looked very confused and afraid at the same time as he continued speaking.

"The weird thing is that when used with intent other than being a weapon such as mining, the dynamite ignites, but when used as a weapon it doesn't, moreover, it seems that this is also the case for our nuclear arsenal as all nuclear weapons become obsolete but nuclear energy seems to function normally."

Hearing this, everyone fell silent as they finally understood that Lorien's words and the rules he set weren't just normal breakable laws, instead, they became part of the natural way that the world functions.

Fully realizing this, the president finally fell back to his chair, his face full of despair as he recognized how bad their situation was.

'Damn it, without the weapons our advantage has fully disappeared, all our enemies will probably take advantage of this to retaliate.'

Thinking about the more than 100 wars they caused around the globe and the number of countries that hate them, a rush of blood suddenly soared into the president's brain causing him to collapse unconscious.
