Namike

Last time on RaSD, nothing eventful happened except for the first meal of Namike.

Namike woke up and felt a sense of Deja vu as a pesky tail kept trying to tickle him. He decided to go into the river to take a bath without waking up Goku or Gohan. Once he arrived, he decided to see how many dragon points he could get for some fish.

As Namike floated over to the pond, he lowered himself into the water and submerged his body. He found out he was able to breathe underwater, which was handy as he didn't trust his amateur fishing skills. Under the pond, he saw a whole new world that was very blurry. His eyes took a while to adapt until he realised the pond was deeper than what he saw above and not a new world with just some dirt and coral at the bottom.

Although unshaken like he thought he would be, he decided to swim around and see where the fish's hiding places are to find a pattern. It didn't take him long to find some patches of dirt near some coral that seemed a bit hollow. Instead of diving down to see them closer, Namike swam around more to see the monster fishes that are seen at the start of Dragon Ball.

While swimming happily in the water, a sudden encounter with a big fish occurs. (Insert Ocean Pokémon encounter music) The fish seemed to wait for Namike to move first, which he happily obliged. Namike used Dragon Scratch and it was ineffective. The fish dodged out of the way before using its sharp teeth to go for Namike's neck. Namike foresaw this as everyone, for some reason, goes after the neck. He slithered out of the way in the water and decided to use a new move. He chose bite, and it was able to land because the fish was too close to Namike. Namike ripped a section of the fish's gills and decided to hug it.

The fish sensed its impending doom and tried to take the little blue dragon with it, but it seemed that the small claws were enhanced underwater to allow more grip. The fish rubbed its body against the coral, but the dragon's scales seem to be impenetrable, while the fish just harmed the exposed gills more. After some struggle, the fish died due to not being able to breathe with water and coral in its breathing system.

From a certain point of view, all animals in the Dragon Ball universe are rare and exotic. The corpse of the fish is too damaged to be used. Namike got enlightened when he thought of this. It seems he can't take the easy way out by making the fish kill themselves. Namike decided to store the fish in his mind, and some water with the fish disappeared, causing a small, bright explosion underwater. Namike pushed away as he tried to balance himself. The system chime floated along with Namike's vision.

[Shenron missed out on mentioning the mind realm becoming a type of spatial storage bag for dragons. The host thought of storing fish in the surrounding water in a bubble form. This created a vacuum bubble in the water causing the situation now.]

"Thanks for the reminder system," Namike says climbing out of the water and spitting some water he swallowed. He looks around and sees how he is back at the shore, and the house is not that far away. It seems the noise didn't reach the surface due to the many layers of water. Although Namike felt like fishing again, he decided to catch fish every morning as he still needed to help Grandpa Gohan with the chores.

Namike flies back to the hut while trying to make as little noise as possible. He didn't realise a certain old master was wide awake as he heard the explosion despite the distance. He wanted to check if the 2 kids were alright but saw Namike flying back so ti seemed nothing happened.

Namike lay down next to Goku while he accessed his mind realm to see the changes. He saw a small bubble with a big fish that died. The bubble is mixed with the blood, which seems to be trying to stain the yellow clouds, but a strange force has kept the clouds fluffy and soft no matter the situation.

Namike quickly goes towards the fish and makes some equipment with the clouds now that he has more control. Next to Namike's feet, some tools pop up from the clouds, which seem to be in the package deal he got before. However, he wondered why he wasn't notified but just shook it off. The bubble seemed to burst as fish fell onto a table he made before hand.

He decided to fully utilise the skill he got from the system and put it into practice so he could try selling the fish for more points. The tools look like typical steel but seem to possess invulnerability due to being products of the dream world. Namike's previous shaking disposition in the real world is unseen, as his human hands seem to be like snakes slithering through all the meat and separating the organs skilfully. Midway through his performance, he seemed to realise something.

He is in human form. He is shocked, but he also realises he met Shenron in human form. He tries to think about turning to his current baby dragon form and finds himself growing weaker and smaller. The tools seem to decrease in size as well, with their handles becoming more dragon-friendly. He found himself falling flat on his face due to the weight of the tools in his hand which he wasn't used to.

He decided to use more force and finish the dissection before retracting his conscious from the mind realm.

He lay on his bed, tired from overexerting his mental energy. He took a nap for 3 hours until he noticed that Grandpa Gohan had gone to pick up some fruits.

He got up sneakily before deciding to smack Goku on the head. He quickly escaped before the monkey was able to find the culprit. Namike flew quickly into the forest and decided to help Gohan with fruit picking.

This schedule repeated for 10 days until...
