Sorry about the fake-out. Chapter 13 is likely over halfway written.
That said, I’m facing some indecision over a certain character. I already have two wives planned for Lily, but I’m unsure about whether or not she ends up with a husband as well, so I wanted my readers’ opinions.
Should Lily get a husband?

Truthfully you should just do whatever you want.
As you specifically asked due to 'indecision', I would say
1) What is your target audience? - Some people read gender bender stories because the put themselves in the MC's place. Some just like stories like that. There are many reasons, it's a spectrum just like gender and sexualaity.
2) What was the premise of your story, how do you see it ending? - I didn't see any Poly or harem tags. Obviously you already stated two wives, that could be poly OR harem. So depending on which you pick, the premise (the over all feel) of your story could be different.
3) What's the MC's relationship with their wives/husbands/significant others? - *They will refer to everyone in the relationship, not just the MC* Sexuality and Romanticaly don't have to be tied together. They could be Asexual, and Bi-romantic. They could be bisexual and aromantic. In other words what's they dynamics of the relationship between the MC and their significan others.
4) Lastly, in your 'world/universe' the MC lives in, do you intend for children to be born (not necessarily in the story). Like to allow for sequel or related stories? If so, will a husband be needed or will there be alternate means for two females to have children with each other?
I think if you think about these things and where you want your story to go, it'll help you decide and keep the story on track for your desired outcome or intent.

It depends of what route you wish to give to your story exactly
If you have decided your MC JUST like the girls, it has non sense
If you aim to do your MC bisexual, it is a possibility
