"This is a house?", she questioned.

"Of course, it is a house and one built by my own hands."

'This looks like a mansion, not a house, and it's pretty huge.' 

And he built this massive one within seconds.

He then snapped his fingers without notice and somehow both of them were inside teleported inside the 'house'.

'This guy is very efficient when required but couldn't you inform me beforehand.'

"Haah", a heavy sigh escaped her mouth.

"Holy shit", she exclaimed in awe at the magnificent interior of the 'house'.

This 'house' is way more splendid and resplendent than the palace where I reside.

'This is the highest peak of wealth i have ever seen in the span of my 2 lives'

"What does that mean?"

His curious gaze was stinging her face so replied almost instantly.

"It means that I revere the beauty of this house and also highly respect the hands of the one who built this house"

Hearing it out made Drakona stock out his chest in pride.

'Of course, you should. Very few can witness my prowess and skills.'

His smug expression annoyed her enough to roll her eyes.

'Look at this guy, His nose is growing too much that it is going to crash the roof.' 

But there is an even more important at hand for her.

"So how long am I gonna be floating like this?"

"Just a second."

"You don't plan on making me drifting me away forever, do you?"

"What do you mean hum-...I mean Angeline, I do not have any reason to do so."

She was seated on a chair even before she could finish speaking.

And suprisingly this chair fit her body precisely.

'Whoa, there are even cushions installed in it.'

"Do you feel comfortable?"

"Yes, it is comfortable..."

"Well then let us sta-"

"Excuse me, Drakona."

'Stop cutting in when I am talking human.'

He then looked at her in exasperation and asked,

"What is it, Angeline?"

"Please do stop this chair from hovering, I feel nauseous."

'What the hell is wrong with this guy, does he have some levitating philia¹ or something?'

"I will make the chair's legs a little higher so that you can watch me without difficulties."

"I might as well add some belts for extra security since our guest is frail."

'I will surely puch your face when I grow up, you doofus.'

'What a great timing.'

'I guess the food got digested much faster than I had anticipated.'

"Then I will also serve some refreshments for our little guest."

'Be happy that you can enjoy these services of mine human.'

Angeline was served some warm milk and bite-sized cookies and her chair was fixed as promised.

She was seated facing him with a huge round table between them.

"Now then I will have you ask you some things first."

"Very well then."

"You are really not a year old soul, right?"

She replied without hesitation at his question.

"Of course, I am not, what did you expect when a year-old baby is speaking to you clearly "

He didn't expect her to answer his question so upfront.

"I was imprisoned by someone for reasons I cannot tell you now and was sealed in a book"

"Aren't you powerful enough to manipulate time and space, who can imprison you?", She questioned in doubt.

"As expected, you are smarter enough to catch on quicky"

"But you do not have enough experience in these sort of things"

"Alright", she replied with a dejected tone.

'It seems I am way too lacking according to this world's standards.'
