On the day of the duel… 

'Today finally is the day…' yuno inwardly said this in his mind as he couldn't help but be nervous because right now he was not at his usual home but at the place where his duel would take place

During this week he has done nothing other than going to Loki Familia for training and playing with Beli at night

But he gained a lot in this following week which also affected his status resulting in him gaining huge template progress:

Not only that but he also had a deeper understanding of magic than before as well and his swordsmanship had also been refined much more than a week ago

So he is not that nervous compared to Hestia but the problem lies in the audience, today yuno gonna be the centre of attention for most gods and goddesses in Orario

Feeling so many grazes, he doesn't feel good not to mention most of the grazes here make him wanna escape

His match is fixed in a training ground presented in Amphitheatron the stadium used by the Ganesha Familia for Monster Feria, but today Freya using it just for his fight

*sigh* 

"Money really can buy anything…" yuno murmured as he scanned the whole Amphitheatron or in simple words 'stadium' which can be considered a place easily enough for 5000 people

Luckily stadium is mostly empty since his match is mostly observed by gods and goddesses, so most of them only bring one adventurer with them maybe because they want evaluation of yuno from their best children as well

This is good for him since he doesn't wanna be the attention of a massive number of people which will only mess up his senses and make him more unnecessarily nervous

But that's also the reason why Lili doesn't come with them since one God or goddess only can bring one child also apply on Hestia, not to mention lili is not even an official member of Hestia's family yet, so lili could only wish yuno 'good luck' before he departure from church and pray for his success from there with Beli

Yuno right is fully ready finally wearing the coat prepared by the Hephaestus as his defensive gear which he finds very comfortable to wear and carrying his cane which is his best and only weapon

"don't be nervous, yuno?" Hestia asked this with a little shuttering in his voice as she tugged his coat and looked around like she was checking the surroundings

Yuno couldn't help but chuckle a little because he could clearly feel Hestia was in a more nervous mood than him but still she was trying to comfort him

"I am fine" yuno replied with a confident tone in order to make Hestia ease as he gave a confident smile

Fortunately, his efforts were effective because of the confident smile on his handsome face giving the vibe of a sunshine boy making Hestia unconsciously at ease

"Ara ~ Yuno dear~ are you feeling nervous?~" Unfortunately this atmosphere was broken by the seductive voice of Freya as she asked this and walked towards them while looking at yuno, completely ignoring Hestia beside him meanwhile her child ottar followed Freya quietly with his stoic expression on his face

To her question, yuno shook his head as he opened his mouth and spoke "Don't worry Freya-sama, I am very confident in my strength "

Hearing his confident tone, Freya couldn't help but have a big smile on her face giving a creepy yet Seductive feeling because of her unparalleled beauty but soon she realised her cover was blown up as she instantly changed her facial expression to her normal small smile

If she is alone with him then maybe she won't need a cover her facial expressions because Yuno is blind but unfortunately for her right now she is not alone with yuno, there is a third person present between them-

"Freya, my child is already under the pressure for this game, can you please leave him alone with me?" Hestia asked with a somewhat angry tone because she didn't like the fact that she ignored her like she didn't exist at all as well and she absolutely hated the way Freya addressed yuno

"Oh~ if that's the case then I will excuse myself~", Freya said this Looking at Hestia who seemed to be on the verge of an outburst and then at yuno, so she agreed to Hestia because she didn't want to hurt her image in yuno's mind because of Hestia otherwise it will be only bad for her plans

But before going to make an exit for herself, she locked at yuno and continued to speak "Be sure to give your best otherwise it will be very wasteful and good luck, yuno dear~"

she went away from them towards the other way as her loyal child who didn't speak even a single word the entire time, followed her goddess obediently and silently

*Sigh*

With that she finally left, Hestia finally released a sigh of relief as she calmed down her anger she turned to yuno and spoke with a wary tone "yuno be sure to not push yourself too much, and please not to put yourself in danger"

Sensing Hestia's concerned mood, he nodded his head as he opened his mouth and replied "Don't worry, I won't"

Yuno reassured her as he tapped Hestia's shoulder and pointed behind as he sensed someone familiar near them

Hestia turned around with a puzzled expression as she looked in the direction where yuno was pointed and saw Hephaestus with Tsubaki 

"You looked more handsome wearing that," Hephaestus said as she saw yuno wearing that armour she made herself while she and Tsubaki walked towards them

Tsubaki wanted to rush and get a hug but she soon stopped as she saw a chilling graze of Hestia like she was telling her to not come near mainly because Hestia knew Tsubaki's intentions and she clearly didn't like those intentions

After all her mood already got off by Freya, now she doesn't want her mood to get worse than it was before by anyone

Tsubaki got confused because she didn't remember offending Hestia in any way, but she got the feeling that Hestia didn't want her to get close to her, so she could only observe both of them behind her goddess

"Be sure to not get beaten, cutie!" Tsubaki said this in out loud tone in order to encourage yuno from behind the back of Hephaestus since she can't hug him due to Hestia

To her reply, yuno nodded his head as he turned towards Tsubaki because he felt grateful for her support even though she is from another different familia

"Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?" Hephaestus asked this as she looked at yuno up and down as she tried to scan her creation adjusting with yuno's body

"This is perfect Hephaestus-sama, even though this is so light in weight but still it's still very durable compared to regular armour" yuno replied as he moved around for Hephaestus to see for herself since she was the one who created this masterpiece

As she heard this, Hephaestus's face formed a small smile because she knew yuno gave these compliments from his heart and as the creator she was glad to hear that yuno liked her creation for him 

"Good to hear but durable is not that armour's strongest point" She said this with a smile on her face as she continued "This amour is very resistant to any magical attacks"

"It-its awesome!" yuno tried to reply in an excited tone but sadly he shuttered a little because he already knew all the details regarding this amour through his system since he didn't wanna expose the system, he tried to act like he was listening for the first time

but it seems there is someone else who is more genuinely surprised by this than him as Hestia stands up from place excitedly and comes near her best friend

"Really!?! You are the best!" Hestia excitedly said this as she hugged her because she knew how Stupidly expensive magic resistance items cost and her best friend gave it for free 

*sigh*

Tsubaki finally released a sigh of relief seeing the usual childish Hestia back as she smiled at this scene which brought back memories for her

While yuno also enjoys this feeling where his goddess is back to her cheerful self instead of being stressed 

But unfortunately, this atmosphere didn't last long since his match was about to start….
