{(Annoyed) What, nya? I was just in the middle of a nap, nya.}(Master)

The one I ended up connecting with was surprisingly Master.

(Confused) Master?

{(Annoyed) What, nya?}(Master)

I ended up voicing out my confusion as I didn't think I would connect with anyone.

(Surprised) Uh just making sure I heard things right.

{(Irritated) Did you call me just to piss me off, nya?}(Master)

I realized that if I continued not getting to the point, Master might just come and bet my ass.

(Frantic) *Shacks head* No, no, no, I didn't even mean to call you! The system is the one that connected me!

{(Suspicious) And why would it do that, nya?}(Master)

I could practically hear the glare in his tone, and I could feel a cold sweat start to form.

(Nervous) Wweeellllll, Iaskedaboutwhatcreationmagicwasandhowtouseit. ¹ I asked about what creation magic was and how to use it.

{(Cold) Rina, how did you learn about creation magic, nya.}(Master)

I could tell by the tone of his voice that this was not a question but an order. I was so nervous that I started playing with my fingers like a kid.

(Nervous) W-Well, you see, I-I was kind of upset and wanted to take m-my mind off of it. S-So, I-I thought about how mana and aura were similar. I then checked it out and tried sorting them, which surprisingly worked! I then tried to sort it all out until this horrible pain took hold around the point I was 5% complete. And well, after I woke up after finishing whatever I did, my everything hurt like hell, and I had formed something called a neutral core and got creation magic.

{(Enraged) YOU WHAT, NYA!!!??!!!}(Master)

I couldn't help but wince and fold my ears back at that as, unlike Master's usually cold and aloof anger. This one was real anger mixed with worry.

(Terrified) I-

{(Enraged) I NOW WHAT YOU DID, NYA!!! I WAS BING SARCASTIC, NYA!!! I- Dammit, nya! You're lucky something just came up, nya! Otherwise, I would have come over and ripped you a new one, nya!}(Master)

*Sigh*

I ended up letting out a sigh of relief at the notion of not being beaten by Master.

{(Pissed) Oh, don't sound so relieved just yet, nya! It's time for a lllooonnnggg lecture on what the hell you just did, nya!}(Master)

When he said that, the thought of just hanging up crossed my mind.

{(Pissed) And don't you DARE hang up, nya! Or I'll actually go over there, and you WON'T like it if I did that, nya!}(Master)

I then felt a cold shiver run down my spine when he said that.

(Meek) okay.

I was so terrified that it barely came out as a whisper over the link.

{(Cold) Now, first things first, nya. Do you even understand the dangers of what you did, young lady, nya?}(Master)

(Meek) death?

{(Pissed) Wrong, nya!! Death is the least of your worries, nya! Let me guess; your body hurts even though it's fully healed, right, nya?}(Master)

My jaw dropped at the fact that Master was right.

(Stunned) y-yes.

{(Pissed) That just proves how fucking close to SHATTERING you were, nya!!}(Master)

I could tell that shattering was dangerous, but I wasn't sure what it meant.

(Scared) w-what does that mean?

I then realized that I was trembling.

{(Pissed) It means that your very BEING would break, and you'd stop existing, no second chances and no reincarnation, nya. Your soul would shatter and fuse with other soul fragments and form a new soul, nya.}(Master)

I then started trembling harder at the question that popped into my head.

(Terrified) A-And w-what would happen t-to t-the others?

{(Flat) The same as yours, nya. They are part of you, after all, nya. They're probably the only reason you survived, nya. Though thanks to this, they should have been able to establish themselves as separate souls now, making you four soul sisters, nya.}(Master)

After he said they'd die, I stopped listening, and my body started trembling uncontrollably while I began to spiral. Breathing became hard, and it felt like everything was collapsing in on me. I wrapped my arms around my legs and started rocking back and forth. While the scenes of my past and what could have happened flashed before me. 

"*hic* I-I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. *hic* I-I am a bad kid. *Sniffle*I-I didn't mean to. *hic* I'm sorry, I'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorry. *Sniffle* I-I won't do it again. I'm sorry, p-please don't leave! *hic* I-I was wrong! Please! Please, don't leave me! *hic* I-I'm a bad girl, so, please! *Sniffle* Hail, Snow, Izz, please don't leave me! *hic* I'm sorry, I-I'm so so sorry! *hic hic* I-I can't live without you guys! *hic* Please stay!

*hic* You're all I have left in this world.*hic hic* I-I'm so scared. *hic* Please, don't... lea...ve."(Rina)

I could feel my consciousness slipping and could hear Master's voice, but nothing was getting through until I blacked out.

(5 minutes earlier)

(Snow Pov)

As I was having a pleasant dream, someone started shaking me, sending pain through my body.

"(Groggy) Mmm, go away."(Snow)

"(Panicked) Rina's missing!"(Ella)

The person I saw when I opened my eyes was Ella looking panicked.

"(Annoyed) So? She goes out all the time."(Snow)

"(Frantic) She's a patient! What if she aggravates the wounds!?"(Ella)

"(Annoyed) The mana burn's probably gone, and she probably healed herself."(Snow)

"(Panicked) Still! Help me find her!"(Ella)

She then started pulling my arm until Hail and Izz suddenly shot up, feeling the sudden spike in her emotions.

Due to our quadruplet skill, we could tell the emotional state of each other, and Rina suddenly had a massive spike in negative emotions such as anger, guilt, self-hatred, sadness, loneliness, and, most overwhelmingly, terror.

Ella ended up letting go and falling on her butt, from them suddenly getting up like that, but we just ignored her. I then looked over at them with a serious face.

"We need to find her right now!"(Snow)

We then spread our senses finding her almost instantly as her aura was rampaging on the northeastern tower. I then tried to teleport to her, but there was a barrier around the roof, so I had to teleport in front of the trapdoor. I then tried opening it, but it was frozen shut. I then made way for Hail.

*Bang Bang Boom!*

It took three punches for Hail to send the door flying, and what awaited us was the entire roof was frozen and Rina shivering and unconscious. I then felt a telepathic link that was cut.

"(Cold) Hail, Izz, take her back to the room."(Snow)

*Nod*x2

They didn't ask questions and picked her up. I then latched onto the link and traced it back to the source forming a connection.

{(Releaved) Finally, nya! I-}(Master)

(Cold) Master.

{You're... not Rina, nya. (Worried) What happened to her, nya?}(Master)

(Pissed) That's what I want to know. What did you tell her that left her shivering on the ground passed out?

I could feel my own anger rise as the scene of her terrified in a fetal position, shivering from pure terror, played in my head.

{I told her just how reckless she was and how much danger she put herself and you 3 in, nya.}(Master)

I then felt my killing intent explode, crashing down on every being within a 3-kilometer radius.

*Bang!*

I then punched the stone guard in front of me, destroying it in an attempt to let off steam. I felt that at that moment, if I could, I would have ripped him to shreds; any attachment I had, be damned. The image of my happy, somewhat mischievous, and playful older sister sobbing in pure terror making my heart hurt and my anger skyrocket. Not as the embodiment of patience or an alter ego but as a sister who loves her dearly. I felt that even if she hated me for it, I had to preserve her happiness.

(Cold) Never come here, or I'll tear you apart myself.

I then cut the connection and rained in my killing intent, opting to check up on Rina rather than listen to him. I also made sure to clean up the mess before heading back.
