Chapter 4:"The Hunt for the Mysterious Thief."
Makari realizes that the food he bought was damaged during the fight.
He gets even more upset and says:
"Ugh, damn you, you thief!
Because of you, my food is gone!
I will find you right now!"
He starts searching for the thief all around the city.
As he is trying to find the thief, people are acting cautious and scared, so Makari thinks:
"Damn, why are these people so cautious right now?"
Is this the area where that thief is?"
After an hour of constant searching passes, Makari says:
"Dammit, I still can't find him!
Sure, people were looking at me confused, but there was nothing about that thief!
Maybe the monsters made that up as an excuse to fight!
Why am I even upset about this?
I should just go home."
As he is going home, he sees some news on one TV that say:
"Last few months we had cases of a mysterious cloaked person who 'steals' from other people."
Makari immediately thinks:
"No way!
That guy is actually real!
Few months have passed and I still haven't found out about him!"
News continue saying:
"Just ten minutes ago, one person reported that the same thief stole his wallet that contained 150 dollars."
Makari thinks:
Oh my god, he is insane!
I must continue searching!
Sorry Shuro, I guess you will have to wait a little longer."
Suddenly, he hears somebody saying;
"Somebody catch that thief!
He stole my money!"
He (Makari) gets immediately alerted and sees the exact same thief that those monsters and the news were talking about, running away.
He immediately starts chasing after the thief, yelling:
"Hey, stop right there!"
Thief remains silent and continues to run.
As Makari is trying to catch the criminal, he climbs onto a building, so Makari thinks:
"Wait, can he climb the building that easily?!
Is that the reason why monsters mixed me up with him?!"
This guy is no joke!
I must catch him"
Makari jumps on the building too, still trying to catch him as he just said.
At one point, the thief thinks that he can escape Makari by hiding between two buildings.
Instead, he got fooled.
He sees that Makari is still following him, so he jumps down, but as he jumps down, he realizes that the only thing in front of him is a high wall, difficult to climb.
The thief anyways decides to climb up the wall by using his 'claws'.
Right at that time, Makari jumps and takes him by his leg and throws him onto the ground.
Then he (Makari) says:
"Now you have nowhere to run, reveal yourself, now!"
The thief still says nothing, so Makari gets closer and unmasks him.
Strangely, that thief appears to be a 'leopard'."
Makari gets really confused and thinks:
"A leopard!"
Then he says:
"You are a leopard?!
Huh,
Now tell me, what is your problem?!
Because of you, some random monsters almost killed me!"
Why are you stealing?!
I am a tiger, you are a leopard!
I can just break your neck if you don't answer me!"
Thief leopard gets disturbed by the fact he is a tiger, so he starts crawling away.
Makari hits the thief's his neck, knocking him out."
