One of the fruit is Marco's Phoenix form, the flame of regeneration, which has the healing properties, and heal himself as well as other peoples, but Marco already ate this fruit, so there is no chance for this fruit.

Second fruit that can heal is, Chiyu Chiyu no Mi (Heal Heal fruit), which has the strong healing properties, but there is no attack power, this Devil Fruit was eaten by Mansherry from Tontata Kingdom.

The third is Ope Ope No mi, this is the perfect Devil Fruit for Doctors, this fruit also have the space ability and the immortality operation, this Devil Fruit is the most wanted Devil fruit on the sea.

After looking at the timeline Koch knew there was still time left before law eat the fruit, law ate the Devil Fruit when he was 13 years old, and law should be still 12 years old now.

Koch want Belo Betty to eat the Ope Ope No mi, a doctor and ope ope devil fruit are the perfect combination, and with Belo Betty talent, she can become powerful in the future.

Kobu Kobu no mi is actually not bad, but this fruit is useless for Koch crew, this fruit ability is to encourage the people and awaken their latent potential to fight and also increase their strength, but that only work for normal people, it can't increased the strenght of stronger people like Koch ar Gion and this Devil Fruit location is unknown, and Belo Betty is the Ships's doctor right now, so he want to gave Ope Ope no mi to Belo Betty instead of Kobu Kobu no mi.
