His momentarily weakened left side would be unfortunate, but it can be overcome because of what Dio was just about to buy. It would change his fate in JoJo and be his greatest purchase from the shop by far!

The advantage Dio wanted to buy was to unlock the stand Dio Brando possessed after taking Joseph's body. Now that he had the head of Dio and the body of Jonathan, there would be no real reason that he would be rejected of Jonathan's abilities to use his vine stand, The Passion!

After a final look, he purchased the Stand ability. It would add a stand that is closely related to the user's character. Since Dio Brando gained the Passion, there was now a certainty that he would also get it.

Dio was feeling much better now, almost like a weight was lifted off his shoulders. Now he knew even if he did not know the canon of JoJo, it wouldn't matter. His new stand would use fortune-telling of canon even better than Dio himself for many reasons.
His first thoughts were that if his memories were erased of the original parts, would it even matter if the world he was sent to was even the same JoJo's Bizarre Adventure? If he was sent to a world where there was no Dio Brando or even Joestar family, then it would be better to gain a Stand that can tell the future.
Dio Brando's canon knowledge would be useless, and his Stand would be able to help guide him instead of towards the best path. Of course, certain Stand users in the series would be harder to beat, but he trusted himself that he could solve it even without knowing beforehand how to beat them.
Dio was feeling ready, he already felt the excitement of being sent to the world and almost forgot that he still had many points leftover.

He still had many points to spend and couldn't decide which ability to buy. His biggest weakness was the future, but that was just solved. The only weakness he could think about was the parameters of the Stands.
[There are parameters to a stand's abilities. The stand parameters range from A-E with A being the best and E being the worst. There are also stands with infinite in one category (infinite Range for example). Certain parameters can be increased through the use of purchases in the Shop.]
[Speed: How fast the Stand or its abilities go into effect.]
[Destructive Power: How much damage a Stand can cause.]
[Precision: How accurate a Stand and their ability is.]
[Persistence: How long/far the Stand's ability is in effect.]
[Range: The distance the Stands ability and the stand itself can reach.]
[Potential: The Stand's potential to evolve or gain a new ability. Measures the Stand's possible functions, utilization of its abilities and powers, and capacity to improve its overall capabilities. It decreases in rank as the user masters their Stand. (can not be upgraded through the Shop).]
[Upgrading a parameter from E to D will cost 100. The letters after will cost 2x the previous cost for each jump of a parameter. For example, 100P 200P 400P 800P respectively to D, C, B, and A. There is nothing above A which can be achieved through the Shop.]

[The World: Base parameters
A Power- Possesses phenomenal strength, enough to very easily kill a human covered in full battle armor within a single punch while half asleep. Can also destroy large artificial diamonds within seconds.
A Speed- Incredible speed which makes certain people wonder if The World's time stop is just its highspeed bluffing the ability to stop time. Able to intercept a bullet fired from point-blank range easily.
C Range- Limits The World to a close-range Stand, with a basic reach of only 2 meters from Dio's body to use a time stop. Effective manifestation range of approximately 10 meters for The World, but without being able to use time stop at that range.
A Stamina- Senses and endurance of the Stand are incredible. Can stop time dozens of times for 5 seconds each after training for only one year using The World. The stamina reserves of the Stand are among the highest ever recorded.
B Precision- Has very high precision. It can surgically remove an object embedded in a person's body without injuring the person. Able to catch a sniper bullet being shop from hundreds of meters away. Able to replicate a semi-realistic drawing of something copied from a picture that was just seen for 10 seconds.
B Growth- Good potential to increase other parameters overtime or the ability to stop time. Does not have the potential to become The World Over Heaven yet. Special evolution process needed. Potential is high enough that after training a year in stopping, time would be stopped for about 5 seconds.]

Dio also looked over the parameters of The Passion and decided it would be better to upgrade The World due to it being his main Stand.
He was also feeling humored since he had the power capacity now to choose which Stand he would use the most. This is the power Dio wanted and know he received it. Still, he knew it was not over and went back to look at The World's parameters.
Fortunately, Dio only took a few seconds to double-check and conclude. He decided his final purchases in this shop were to be concluded without leaving a single point behind.
