[Upgrading a parameter from E to D will cost 100P. The letters after will cost 2x the previous cost for each jump of a parameter. For example, 100P 200P 400P 800P respectively to D, C, B, and A. There is nothing above A which can be achieved through the Shop.]

Dio knew right away that the biggest weakness his stand had currently was Range. He would only be able to manifest The World up to 10 meters, and only be able to use time stop at most 2 meters away.

His greatest strength currently was the ability to stop time, so he needed to expand the range of the stand to get rid of the annoying weakness. Dio would then have a higher range than Star Platinum, which is said to be equal to or greater than The World in parameters.

[B Range (Purchased)- Limits The World to a medium-range Stand, with a basic reach of only 10 meters from Dio's body to activate a time stop. Effective manifestation range of approximately 50 meters for The World, but without being able to use time stop at that range.]

[Time stop activated will halt all time including gravity for the entire duration.]

Now Dio was down to under five hundred points and felt satisfied already. He already felt this was the most he could do, so he decided to check over his status to see if there was anything he possibly missed in the text boxes.

He knew that he could buy fighting techniques, but that was more of a "cherry on the top" kind of purchase, so he decided to hold back and look if there were any other abilities he could afford.

After searching for an unknown period of time, he finally found something which he completely did not pay attention to. Dio was glad that he pays extra attention to details, especially during important moments like these.

This was the glaring problem Dio found after searching. He did not pay too much attention at first because he knew already that Dio could not reach heaven naturally, like any other Stand user. After all, "heaven" was a concept that brought a massive gift to a Stand that would be too rare just to be born with.

The first person he read about from his original world to reach "heaven" was Enrico Pucci. Pucci managed to upgrade his Stand due to the help of Dio Brando. The problem with that was that there was no guarantee that this Dio would be able to find the same way again when he reincarnated.

Even if the new Dio managed to find the same way, there is no certainty that it would take the same amount of time. If Dio reached it too late, he could just never reach it as Dio Brando did.

The problem of dying early could be solved with immortality, but there were never guarantees that he would manage to recreate it, or even if it was going to be the same JoJo story.

This meant that there might be no resetting the universe or Stands that ever reached "heaven" in the entire timeline. This is why Dio decided to take a safe route and guarantee his ticket to "heaven"

[Path to Obtaining Heaven (400P)- This is a diary made by the original Dio Brando, containing the vague details of a plan to attain "Heaven". There contains 80 chapters of writing which need to be deciphered correctly to be understood. Once all the steps are complete, the user will have the qualifications to have "Heaven" enter. This will give Dio the potential to gain the "Ultimate Stand", The World Over Heaven.]

[Path to Obtaining Heaven (Purchased)- The potential of The World increases automatically due to special conditions. This potential will be dormant until Dio reaches "Heaven"]

[Potential: The Stand's potential to evolve or gain a new ability. Measures the Stand's possible functions, utilization of its abilities and powers, and capacity to improve its overall capabilities. It decreases in rank as the user masters their Stand. (can not be upgraded through the Shop).]

[A Growth- Incredible potential to increase other parameters over time or the ability to stop time. High chance of gaining another ability that outranks time stopping. Has the potential to become The World Over Heaven. A special evolution process must be followed. Potential is high enough that after training a year in stopping, time would be stopped for about 7 seconds.]

This would be all Dio would need to reach "Heaven". Now it would at least take until Part 4 to gain it due to The World being locked until Part 3.

The conditions needed for gaining Over Heaven were also very annoying to him. Still, now he had a high chance to one day gain the Ultimate Stand.

[Spin Knowledge (Purchased): It is a state of perfect or near-perfect rotation which produces a unique form of energy that can be applied for a multitude of uses. Gain beginner knowledge on the Spin.

This was the final purchase he would make in this customization room before he reincarnated. He decided on the Spin for many reasons.

The biggest reason would be there was a high chance of not obtaining the power of it if the universe did not reset. His biggest reasoning was that, and the fact that Spin was easy to learn but hard to master, so only basic knowledge would be needed if he were to ever try to become a pro Spin user.

The only thing in Dio's mind now was that he was fully ready. Everything he had was planned, so all he had to do was survive.

All he had left in his mind were a few words as he thought, 'I am ready.'

[Due to certain conditions fulfilled within the character, changes will be made to connect the abilities more efficiently.]

[Dio will become a Joestar due to his Stand and other abilities being connected to Jonathan Joestar, and Dio's body being from a Joestar offspring. These will only bring benefits to the character's model.]

[You will become a JoJo (50%) due to the change and receive Joestar Intelligence. The Will, Stand, and Body of Jonathan Joestar will be merged more efficiently. The weakness still applies to Dio, along with the way to eliminate the weakness, this change will only allow better body control.]

[DIO's Will- Charismatic, Peerless ambitions, Cunning, Insatiable hunger for power, and Enhanced Stand Talent will become incredibly easier to use and control.]

[Jonathan's Will- Charismatic, Proud, Mischievous, Gentle, and Enhanced Ripple Talent (Locked) will be incredibly easier to use and control.]

After the long text boxes, he noticed nothing negative, so Dio started feeling much better.

This was great for Dio, he was completely ready and had an arsenal of skills he could use. Everything was planned now, with DIO's path being of the Ultimate Stand user and the Ultimate Being, no one would rival him on his path to godhood.
