“Elsa! Elsa!” yelled Anna as she ran through the castle.

“What is it Anna?” Elsa replied from her receiving room.

“Kristoff and I found a guy…. for.... you“ she said breathlessly.

“You both found a guy… for me…” she said mischievously. “You’re both not trying to match-make are you?” she joked.

“No… he’s like you!” Anna said exasperatedly.

“Like me?” Elsa asked, finally being curious.

“Yes your majesty, like you” said an unfamiliar voice as a young looking teenage boy dressed in strange clothing walked in with Kristoff.

“This is my sister Elsa! Elsa, this is our new friend….. erm…..Emperor!” Anna quickly said.

“Greetings, I am Queen Elsa, but you can call me Elsa. Is Emperor your name or your title?” Elsa asked graciously.

“Haha, my father was just very ambitious. My name is actually Emperor. I do not rule over a country or anything like that” Emperor laughed.

“Pleased to meet you Emperor, and how can I help you?” asked Elsa

“I was looking for you. Actually people like you…. And me” Emperor said, creating a bouquet of flowers made of ice for Elsa.

Elsa gasped. “So there are others… like me” she said accepting the flowers.

“Yes I believe so. I travelled all the way here as I heard the rumour of the Ice Queen of Arendalle” he said.

“They… they already have stories about me? Are they good or bad?” Elsa asked

“Well, it depends. It is said you once froze your whole kingdom in a fit of anger. But after that, you returned everything back to the way it was, fending back an invasion from foreign forces” he lied.

“Fending off an invasion” giggled Anna, thinking about the hapless Hans.

“Anyway, I am travelling the dimensions, looking for other people like us. I would like to invite you to join me. But joining me will mean that you will be gone for a long time, maybe forever. So I just wanted to meet you, and tell you that there are others like us. The choice is up to you” he said.

Elsa stood there, stunned in taking it all in. Anna and Kristoff was silent too, and Anna’s eyes were watering up, worried that Elsa might very well follow him.

"Elsa! No!" Anna cried out. 

“I will need some time to think about it. This is a very major decision” Elsa said as she used her hand to signal for Anna to calm down. 

“By all means, I can probably stay a few months, if you’ll have me” he said

“My staff will make arrangements for your stay. Please tell them if you need anything” she said.

A butler entered and led Emperor to a luxurious room. He proceeded to take a bath and relax, cleaning off all the dried sex fluids of himself, Ultear and Tatsumaki off himself.

Meanwhile in another room…

“You can’t Elsa, you have a kingdom to run, you have responsibilities… you have…. Me!” Anna cried in a hysterical tone.

“I was locked in my room for over 12 years! What do I know about ruling? You were with the people the whole time! Maybe you are more suited to rule than I am. You heard him. There are rumors about me in other nations!” Elsa answered.

“And besides…. You have Kristoff now. I…. I need to find out why I’m like this. Maybe there is somewhere else I belong” Elsa continued.

“No Elsa. You belong here with me.” Anna cried.

“Anna…” Elsa hugged her and cried too.

Meanwhile, a knock on his door woke Emperor up from his nap in his bath. He got up and put on a new bath robe and opened the door.

“Kristoff? Please come in. Take a seat. How can I help you?” Emperor smiled

Kristoff walked in awkwardly and sat down in the luxurious living room area.

“What…. What is your true purpose coming here?” Kristoff asked

“True purpose? I thought I was clear enough. I want to recruit Elsa” Emperor answered.

“You… you are not taking the throne? You are not here to do harm to the sisters?” he asked

“Take the throne? No. In fact, if Elsa joins me, maybe you and Anna will be King and Queen. It’s up to her to decide what happens next. Perhaps Arendalle will become a democracy” Emperor answered.

“What’s a democracy?” Kristoff asked.

“Democracy? It’s a system of government where the people vote and decide who will govern the country” Emperor answered.

“The people vote their rulers? That’s crazy” Kristoff said in astonishment.

“Yeah, I know right? But some places I’ve visited indeed have such a system” Emperor answered.

Kristoff stayed for several hours, and Emperor educated him in many things. It became apparent that regardless of his dopey looks, and the fact he talks to his moose, Kristoff was a reasonably intelligent person and took in everything Emperor taught.

“Yes, he would be able to rule with Anna quite capably” Emperor thought. He was going to capture Elsa anyway, but he would rather not leave Arendalle in shambles if he can help it.

“Thank you Emperor and good night. I have much to think about” Kristoff said as he left.

Emperor relaxed in bed and fell asleep. He had all the time in the world. After all, he spent 2 years in the Once Punch Man world. He was in no hurry to leave this Frozen world.

Over the following weeks, he had many talks with Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and even Elsa’s many advisors, impressing them with his knowledge and wisdom.

He only did a little research on his dimensional hopping. As this was a land without modern technology, he decided not to alter their course of history creating his lab and inventing electricity and other forms of power. He did realize however, that each dimension had its own distinct frequency that was more accurate than coordinates he randomly assigned, and he decided to pay attention to that.

He then started teaching Elsa Ice-Make. As it was magic dealing with ice, she took to it very easily. Her natural abilities already gave her impressive ice powers, but with the addition of Ice magic, she seemed to have two reservoirs of ice magic, doubling her previous abilities.

While her own magic ability allowed her to magically create ice objects, change her outfit and even create living ice creatures, her Ice-Make abilities also allowed her to create ice objects and things that could move on her command, like Ultear could.

Their training became more and more intense as he thought her battle techniques and skills, so they had to train deep in the mountains where they wreaked havoc in a now ice filled valley. All the trees were destroyed, and there was only ice everywhere.

She was improving rapidly, and he even instructed her in martial arts and strengthened her body. However, she found that while she used Ice-Make, she seemed to get hot and felt the need to strip. So after a while, Elsa’s training with Emperor became a private affair as she was half naked.

It started with her being reduced to her bra and panties, while Emperor similarly too was in his briefs.

One night, while training, Elsa found herself close to a breakthrough, but she seemed as if she was stuck.

“You are close, but cannot break through right?” Emperor asked. She nodded.

“Remove your underwear. The practitioners of Ice make never wear clothes” he said.

She was hesitant, but after a short while, she removed her bra.

They started sparring again, and Elsa noticed that her abilities improved by a large margin.

“Excellent Elsa! Keep going” he said as he blocked and attacked her with his ice powers.

They rested for a while after training intensely.

“Are you ready for the final step?” Emperor asked

“What do you mean?” Elsa asked nervously.

Emperor removed his underwear, revealing his shaven huge and think penis and threw the underwear to the side.

“Lets go” he said as he vanished in the distance and conjured an Ice creation.

Elsa looked at him from afar, hesitating. Then she finally gave way and removed her panties, revealing a sparse blonde tuft of hair between her legs.

She too conjured her Ice creations and they sparred again. This time their spar was at a level Elsa had never imagined. She was exhilarated, her every cell seemed to be alive with power.

From far away, the winds howled and while the damage seemed to be contained in the valley, from far away, a huge ice tornado seemed to block all entrance to the place.

While sparring back and forth, Emperor suddenly got close to Elsa, startling her.

His now erect penis suddenly entered her, causing her to gasp in pain

The next day, Elsa returned with Emperor and informed Anna and everyone else that she has decided to leave with Emperor.

Emperor excused himself left the sisters alone. He had decided to leave in a month, which gave Elsa some time to settle her affairs.

His slow research in dimensional portals in this primitive world actually rendered results. By marking the frequency of this dimension, he was actually now able to mark this dimension, so he could return at any time.

But he still could not mark or predict any dimension he jumps to, so while he could always return to a dimension he marked, he cannot control where he goes to if he hasn’t been there before.

After a month, Elsa held a grand ceremony as she abdicated her throne and officially gave it to Anna. She also settled her other miscellaneous affairs.

She stood next to Emperor after she said goodbye to Anna, Kristoff and the rest.

With a touch of his wrist device, they both vanished.

Anna hugged Kristoff as she buried her head in his chest, wetting it with tears.
