Just had Dio planned, Tonpetty accepted the proposal but put the proposal of the leader of the Vampire Union, which Dio raised himself to come to the location that they plan. Which Dio denied instantly and after some negotiation, it was decided to be held in the middle of the battlefield.
Dio knows well that this might be a plan for them to kill him. But he was not afraid. It is not that he had grown arrogant, but he has a ton of trump cards hidden that he hasn't shown anyone. Even if his opponent is a stand user, he was sure that as long as he maintains his range, he can win.
Sadly for them, Dio was not there for just a meeting, this will be their burial place.

On the other side, Tonpetty and other Hamon users were enjoying what they considered their last meal. Who knows if they can agree to a truce or not. Usually, the temple didn't allow the disciples to drink alcohol but that day they were allowed to. This experience was enhanced when they drank a high-quality wine bought to them by the new disciples.
The wine bought by them leaves a burning sensation in their throat which makes them feel as if they were normal humans again and were tasting alcohol again. This was a new experience for Hamon users who have never tasted alcohol before. Making teenagers like Moses and other Hamon as well as other Stand users drink literally some huge barrels of these barrels!
Furthermore, Tonpetty was planning to betray the Vampires and kill their leader with everything he could. If this attack fails, they will die but if they won, they will be considered heroes.
Although he had only told his plans to only a few trusted friends. He and the other old guys had agreed to accompany him to defeat The 'Devil' that has arise. They have no information on who the Devil is or what his strength is. It was going on a blind lead, where they don't know what there is for them in the end.

Dio calmly walked toward a small tent that was built in the middle of both sides. He had taken 50 bodyguards, of which there are 20 mutant vampires. Natalia also has been begging him to let her follow him. To her begging, he glared at her coldly but she was determined to give her life if something happened.
So, in the end, Dio had to rearrange some of his plans. Although she had crossed the line a little, he decided to let it go as she had shown her loyalty from her heart and is genuinely worried about him.
The tent was guarded by a lot of Hamon users. They were glaring at them as if they were some filthy creatures.
Glaring back at them, Dio snapped his fingers. Understanding what Dio was trying to say, Natalia rushed to the nearest Hamon user and directly inserted her finger inside his eyes and released a small amount of poison, enough to not turn the person into a vampire but experience more pain while becoming paralyzed.
"AHHHHH!!"
The Hamon user screamed in pain as Natalia burst his eyes and tried to move his body, only to go limp the next second. Natalia then proceeded to drag the Hamon user toward Dio.
Looking at the sudden situation, all the Hamon users were frightened and they started to circulate Hamon and were almost rushed to fight, but suddenly they felt a chill running down their spine as sweat started to form on their body.
Dio was looking at them coldly. The insolence these mere showed toward him was enough to send them to their death. His glare was so effective that all the Hamon took a step back in fear. Some of them hung their head down in fear. For them, Dio's glare felt like that of a predator.
Then with a humph, Dio glared at them and ordered, "I will let this slide for this time, but if I caught you even looking at us with your filthy eyes, I will pluck them down myself. And will torture you so much that you would be wishing to die rather than to continue to live."
Then he examined these puny insects and then looked at Natalia and ordered, "Follow me."
"Yes, Lord Dio."
With that, Dio and his followers entered the tent.
They arrived here earlier than Dio and Tonpetty had agreed on. Dio took the filthy guard who was glaring at him before, but now was crying tears of blood. He ordered one of his goons, "Prepare a drink for me such that the prey feels the maximum pain and cries out loud in pain."
"A-As you command, Lord Dio."
Dio then proceeded to sit on the chair that was prepared. Then he proceeded to examine the tent.
'Just as I had thought, Tonpetty had prepared a trap for me. The tent is actually made up of materials which are good conductors of Hamon energy.'

On the other hand, Tonpetty soon arrived but when he arrived, he saw some of the Hamon users have sad faces while one of them was crying and there was an atmosphere of sorrow surrounding the tent.
With a worried face, Tonpetty had a bad promotion as he walked toward the crying guard and asked, "What happened, child? Why are you crying?"
*Hic* *Hic* *Hic*
"M-Master Tonpetty! They took my brother away! T-They-"
The person whom Tonpetty asked wasn't able to continue as he started to cry. He had grown up in the Hamon temple and his parents died due to a Vampire attack the only survivors of that attack were the two brothers.
Even though he was terrified and wanted to rush and go kill these Vampires when they attacked his brothers but just as he was about to take action, he saw his brother's eyes on him. His brother's eyes looked at him, clearly telling him not to do anything stupid.
When he was taken away and his screams were heard, he rushed toward these filthy Vampires and wanted to kill them but he was stopped by his other friend, who knew that going now will only lead to his death.
When Moses heard this, his face turned cold as a yellowish-orange aura started to emerge around him and he started to rush toward the tent, wanting to kill the mysterious 'Devil' that Master Tonpetty was talking about.
But suddenly someone put her hand around Moses's neck, stopping him while also choking him. Moses wanted to complain about this but the feeling of a certain soft heavenly mountain silenced him. Moses had a little blush but with an angry face asked, "Sister Amala! Why are you stopping me!? They killed our brother!"
Amala was a girl who grew up in the temple and met a two years old Moses when she was 7 years old and had been taking care of him. She has dark brown hair and light brown eyes. But her light tan gave her an exotic look.
She was one of the stand users in the Hamon temple. Her stand is [Lighty Lemon]. Although her stand is weak, her ability is very strong against a fellow human. Once activated, the opponent's taste senses will be overwhelmed with the sour taste that they will faint within half a minute. While fellow Stand users might faint probably around within 3 or 4 minutes because of the Stand Hamon.
With an angry Amala kneaded Moses's head with her other hand and replied, "Why did I stop you!? Little Moses, I am angry too, but instead of directly going in there and attacking the negotiators, we should first look at the situation! What if the opponent has a stand like us? And what if the negotiators present inside are just substitutes that are actually acting as the Leader of the Vampires? Just a single action without a thought will lead to a lot of deaths!"
Listening to Amala, Moses's anger resided a little. With that, he lowered his head down and said, "I'm sorry, sister Amala."
Looking at the sad Moses, an unknown pain appeared in her heart which she quickly ignored, and while ruffling Moses's hairs she consoled him, "It's ok, Moses. You are still young. It's a sign of you reaching your puberty stage. ahahaha!"
Although Moses was dissatisfied with being called young, he could only make a snort and wanted to refute back but Master Tonpetty interrupted them and said, "You guys. Don't waste time anymore. There is something more important to handle.", Tonpetty's voice was cold, probably because of the actions of the Vampires.
With a nod to the other elders who he had planned to attack Dio when they confirm his identity, he started to walk toward the tent with the other elder.
Looking at them, Moses and Amala nodded at each other and rushed toward their masters, while turning themselves more serious.

When they entered the tent, their eyes went wide, looking at the site of gore present there. The Hamon user who Natalia look away from had his throat cut open as blood was gushing out of the wound. And during the whole time, he was twitching continuously, indicating that he was still alive!
What was more gruesome was the blood gushing out of his wound was collected in a barrel.
While on the other hand, Dio was sitting comfortably on a chair while enjoying the blood. Looking at the people who arrived, Dio stirred the blood in the wine glass and said, "You know, for a Vampire, a Hamon user's blood is like alcohol. If it is drunk in high amount, the Vampire will start to feel tipsy as if he had drunk a lot of alcohol as a normal human being..."
Looking at this scene where his friend was suffering gruesomely while Dio was drinking the blood from him, made Moses's mind go into an overdrive of anger. Without thinking about anything, he rushed toward Dio while ready to clap his hands as soon Dio puts his attention on him.
"Bastard!!"
"Moses!"
Amala shouted his name but Moses didn't stop and as soon as he reached a meter within Dio's range and can see Dio's eyes on him, he started to feel paranoid as even now, his stand didn't indicate that Dio was paying attention to him, making him stop in his track.
"Hmm... Why did you stop? Are you perhaps... scared?"
Dio felt amused by this boy's actions. Although he was surprised by the speed of Moses, he was still calm as he could react to his speed. This stand already had a huge limitation, which is that as long as he didn't put his attention completely on Moses, he will not be affected by the Stand of the boy.
Dio currently was doing multiple tasks while looking at Moses who was ready to attack him. When Moses rushed at him, Dio started to think of what will he do after he win the war, and some part of his mind was thinking about his experiments.
Also when he was looking at Moses, he was looking at the whole image that his eyes were seeing and not only at the boy which was attacking him and thus nullifying the effects of his Stand. Although this slows down his nervous processing, he would have been able to still able to defend and attack Moses if he didn't stop his track and killed him as fast as he could.
So when Moses stopped his track, he felt a little disappointed. So he tried to taunt Moses to see if would come to his death.
'Why can't these stand users be as hot-blooded as Jonathan? At least they would have been easy to kill.'
With that, he examined the room and the other Hamon Users that had come to the pre-war conference. He saw Tonpetty, Amala, Akar, and Champo. The last two were adults who were the users of stand [Darknight] and [Shelled Shocked].

Man, I am a little stuck on how to make this fight good. In the end, I just went to the mode that a cautious person like Dio would go to lol... Whep, here are the stats of all the stand users.
