Conditions: soldiers are all humans and requires human environment to summon them.
They will only last for 72 hours and after that they would vanish on their own.
If the surrounding conditions cannot support human life then the chance of usage would be deducted without any effects.
Killed soldiers cannot be revived.
Soldiers will not have any weapons with them.

I see mc getting number 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 as they have best options all round plus she could like computer, get something better such as building a special kit similar to iron man armor, though of mcs design that brainwash the host or something and have similar or better.
as the kit could have super serum like captain American if not better to make them fit as possible, with brain washing and data from the suit to neural link download them Into brain. Though may take time and rnd it should be possible and plus add magitek into spin. I wonder if mc could make mini versions of her were they can shoot bullets of other like she can and what not.
Another is get her hands on something like all spark giving her power to create hidden forces in technology based worlds. Imagine mc adding organ that system made using all spark so it part of her powers.
Remember that bio transformers were female main character in old cartoons or was it anime of transformers unknowingly was transformers her self. And yes their is flesh based transformers. Maybe she gets hands on man maid version of transformers that use cube swarm transformations?
