At Fate’s words, the angrily glaring Witch broke into an amused smile, as she began to laugh. The beast, however, seemed far more terrified than entertained, it's whimpering now barely audible as it curled itself into a ball form out of fear.

Fate’s evil eye shifted between looking at the smiling Witch and the cowering best, with his smile unchanging despite the former’s cheerful demeanor. The Witch had soon stopped laughing, now looking upon him with a gentle expression…

Witch of Fate: “I am very well aware of who occupies this corporeal container, but...I don’t believe I’ve had the displeasure of making your acquaintance yet.~”

Her tone may have been gentle, but the words she spoke were littered with contempt. However, Fate did not seem particularly affected, with his sick grin only seeming to stretch even further.

The dark sphere in his hand suddenly vanished in a puff of black smoke, with him now using both hands to clap sarcastically, as his grin morphed into a closed-mouth smile.

Fate: “I was genuinely wondering what you would say...but damn if that isn’t underwhelming!~ You could have said anything, anything at all, but you just chose to take the smug route...I believe that’s a cliché...guess you’re not that original either, huh?”

Fate now stretched out his right hand, snapping his fingers together as a black pillar stretched out from the darkness that stabbed directly through the beast! Below the two hovering figures, the unpleasant howls of the once fearsome creature echoed, but they gradually faded as its form slowly broke down…

Within moments, the beast had become not but a pool of black sludge that began wrapping itself around the pillar, climbing to join Fate. Once it had ascended to meet his hand, Fate promptly dug his fist into it, causing it to be absorbed into his body as the form of a grotesque, nightmarish creature briefly flashed, but almost instantly reverted to Fate’s appearance.

[Belch!]

The young man burped as if he had just had a large meal, as he began repeatedly clenching his fist. From her spot on the stone island, the Witch looked on in interest at the actions of this creature, who had now clearly shown himself to be something inhuman…

Witch of Fate: “I was planning on using that...though I suppose, since the one who should be learning his lesson isn’t here...this should work.”

The creature now began to show signs of irritation at being ignored, snapping his fingers, once more, which caused all of the stone islands, except the one that the Witch occupied, to crumble. The Witch turned her head to look at the falling rubble and didn’t seem to pay much attention to the creature.

Its smile now began to wane…

Creature: “What do you think you’re doing?~ Pay attention, space cadet!~ After all, this is my revenge story!~”

The Witch turned to the creature, causing it to smile viciously, but its joy was almost instantly replaced with disgust, as her smile was unchanged…

Witch of Fate: “Your revenge? Please don’t make me want to laugh, again, it makes me feel disgusted that I could be entertained by you…”

Her face now took on an emotionless expression, as a large crack began to emerge within the dark space, much to the creature’s dissatisfaction. The Witch looked at the crack, studying every detail of it before shaking her head in seeming exasperation.

Suddenly, she stretched both of her hands out, as a large purple rod began to form within the space between them. The creature, now visibly enraged, quickly conjured two spheres of midnight-blue light within its palms, hurling them both at the Witch! However, that wasn’t the end of it, as it kept firing out more of them without stopping!

The Witch remained expressionless while continuing to form the rod in her hands, as it continued to extend and morph, growing various protrusions and decorations. Both of these events were taking place at an incredible speed, as the barrage of midnight-blue spheres quickly reached the Witch, exploding into an ever-growing series of far-reaching blasts!

It appeared as if the Witch had been completely consumed by the attack, but the creature didn’t seem to be letting up, as it continued to throw attack after attack at the space in front of him with an enraged expression!

However, the creature suddenly ceased his barrage, beginning to spin its two index fingers as they were consumed by a pitch-black light and within moments, enormous jet-black tornadoes had formed in the being’s hands!

The being began to smile, once again, as it clenched both of its hands together, causing the twin vortexes to coalesce around them as their ends funneled around the creature’s arms! It raised both of its arms into the air, as the storm intensified, now beginning to crackle with midnight-blue lightning!

Creature: “I said it was my revenge story, so stop treating this like a joke, you damn b*tch!!!~”

The creature swung down its arms, releasing the twin raging storms that spiraled toward the clouded area like a massive drill! As they fiercely dug at each other, nearly instantly closing the gap, the creature madly laughed!

The crackling tornadoes soon penetrated the clouded area, their crackling lightning and intense winds ripping apart the dark smoke that obscured the Witch! However, the creature grimaced as the tornadoes suddenly stopped dead in their tracks, blocked by a faint purple light!

Witch of Fate: “I was honestly planning on taking it easy on you...You are a part of him, after all…”

Creature: [Growl!]

The light grew stronger as the storms began to be consumed by their radiance, gradually vanishing as particles of light, while the remaining clouds were pushed from the creature’s view, exposing the expressionless Witch twirling a purple scepter…

Witch of Fate: “But I believe a part of him that would dare mock my beauty...is one I can surely do without!!!”

The Witch and the creature locked eyes with each other, furiously conjuring their respective auras as the space around them began to distort…
