"Guys, I told you I'm fine," I whined and giggled, watching my friends and lover help me get up from the bed. Today, I finally get to check out of the hospital after 3 days of treatment since the day I woke up but since my leg still needed a few days to heal, I needed to use the wheelchair before they could trust me enough to use the crutches properly. And that's the problem now, all three of them wanted to help me get on the wheelchair even though I could do it on my own because my other leg was fine.

"He's right. I'm more than enough to help my Queen," Rahu agreed, directing his frown to both Kent and Bea which quickly made me laugh because he's acting like a child now even in front of my friends. Before he would still act Princely in front of them but now, I guess he warmed up to them and now they're like real friends that didn't mind their status.

"Hey, Gabby's our friend too. It's unfair that you get to have him just because you're his lover." Bea playfully complained, which only made Rahu puff his chest in a proud stance.

"Gabby's not just my lover. He's going to be my Queen, my wife, and the mother of our children..." Rahu said affectionately, looking at me with his heart-eyes. And listening to him, Bea and Kent couldn't help but playfully grimace as they gave up letting Rahu do what he wanted. They simply win against the overbearing Prince and what he said was indeed true after all.

"Damn. I still can't believe that I'm going to become a godmother soon. It feels like it was just yesterday that Gabby used to cling to me when he's being bullied." Bea reminisced as if she had raised me, making me laugh again.

"Hey, don't say that as if we're not going to see each other again. I might be pregnant but I can still hang out with guys. Right, Rahu?" I said with a pout and then looked at Rahu. However, I don't know if it was imagination or not but I saw a shift on his face before he quickly smiled and nodded.

"Of course, I make sure you'll still be able to enjoy your youth, my Queen," Rahu said before he leaned forward to kiss my forehead and then my cheeks. It was so sweet I couldn't help but feel fluttered and smile.

"You better or else I'll come marching in front of your palace and kidnap Gabby," Bea said and narrowed his eyes towards Rahu to which he laughed at. Probably because I'll become Queen soon and kidnapping a Queen is definitely a criminal offense but Bea was casually saying that in front of the future King.

"I'll keep that in mind. But for now, that is a long way ahead. Gabby and I are still going to keep our relationship hidden from the public even after marriage. Omegas have small stomachs during pregnancy so I'll let Gabby decide what he would do until then. Right, my Love?" Rahu said and I nodded. After the talk with Rahu's parents, we have also come up with our own decision and so far what Rahu had mentioned was the arrangements we agreed upon. Rahu made sure to mention everything that is necessary and we also discuss various situations in case something happens but for now, we're following the one that was most convenient for the both of us.

"Hmm. But anyway, we have to go now. Dad's probably been waiting back home and he might get worried again." I replied and finally, everyone nodded. The ride home was quick and to my surprise, as soon as I stepped inside the dad's house, the whole living room was decorated for a surprise party for my speedy recovery. The people present were just dad's employees and Kent's family who knew my relationship with the Prince as well. We really couldn't keep my relationship with them so instead, in order to keep this a secret, they were asked to sign a contract to protect my identity as Rahu's mate from getting out.

"Surprise!" Everyone shouted in sync before the confetti blasted across the room. Soon the room was filled with so much excitement and congratulations for my speedy recovery and of course, I felt so touched. I had never expected dad would arrange something like this for me especially when I knew that he's still upset that I had gotten pregnant despite his warnings.

"Thank you so much, everyone. I never really thought you'd do something like this for me. I hope this hasn't taken all your precious time." I said with teary eyes while Rahu pushed my wheelchair inside the house, where dad met me and quickly gave me a bear hug. Dad's bakeshop had been closed for a week because he was taking care of me but today he was supposed to finally open again but now he actually arranged this surprise for me.

"As long as it's for my baby. Congratulations on your recovery," Dad said and kissed my cheeks, instantly making me smile because dad called me his baby again. I knew he couldn't resist me when he said he wasn't going to treat me as his baby anymore. I'll always be dad's one and only baby even if I end up marrying and having my own family.

"I love you, dad," I said and hugged dad this time but it was only brief because there are a lot of people who wanted to greet me as well like dad's employees who I had gotten close to and Kent's family who is also a family to me. It was a happy event where we all just enjoyed the food dad prepared and chatted. Eventually, when it was afternoon the visitors started leaving including Kent and Bea.

I sat on the couch, giggling while I watched Rahu help dad clean the table and the dishes. Our living room and kitchen are combined so I could clearly see them from where I was. Of course, Rahu's loyal subject, Baltes, volunteered to do the dishes for his Prince but Rahu wanted to impress me so he was currently washing the dishes with dad's guidance. And to be honest, it's a bit funny because who would believe the Prince of Mizrahill would be at our house washing dishes. If the media get a hold of it, surely false rumors would start to surface.

"Ah, were you kicked out of the kitchen?" I giggled, seeing and hearing dad say that he was going to finish the rest of the dishes before kicking him out of the kitchen.

"Yeah. I broke one of the plates..." Rahu explained, scratching his nape in embarrassment.

"Really? Did you get injured?" Pulling Rahu down, I inspected his hands to see if he was injured but thankfully he wasn't.

"I'm not. That's why your Dad decided to finish the rest. He said he wouldn't be able to sleep peacefully tonight if I was by any chance injured even though I told him that it was fine." Rahu said pouting before sitting next to me and pulling me into his arms as if he wanted to be comforted so I did. I know Rahu's been trying really hard to curry favor from dad especially when he broke his promise about making a child so soon but he really didn't have to do this because dad does like him. He just finds it difficult to show it to Rahu and so he misunderstands it all the time.

"Why are you volunteering to wash the dishes anyway? You don't even know how to do it." I giggled and patted his hair as he buried his face against my neck as if a little child crying because he was scolded.

"Because I wanted to impress you and your dad. I think he's starting to dislike me again because I had gotten you pregnant even though I promised I wouldn't until graduation." Rahu mumbled and I was right, which made me giggle once again.

"Don't worry. I told you many times that Dad likes you a lot. He just finds it difficult to show you because you intimidate him." I assured. I know Dad more than anyone and so I know that him especially preparing Rahu's favorite food was a sign that he approves of him because if he didn't, Dad wouldn't have bothered. He's kind of a bitch as well when he's angry or upset.

"I doubt it... I think he really hates me." Rahu said and he sounded like he was pouting. He's really cute when he does this and I just want to cuddle and comfort him until he feels better.

"Then should we ask Dad?" I suggested, which instantly made Rahu pull away from me and shake his head.

"Don't. Your Dad might be small but the way he stares at people is scary. I don't want to give him reasons to change his mind about us living together tomorrow on." Rahu said a little desperately that made me laugh a little and nod. But I don't think it's that easy to change Dad's decision about us living together because Dad knows how sensitive Omega pregnancy is so it was for the best that I am close to my mate where he could help me anytime than living separately.

"You're overthinking. Dad's not that cruel. He wouldn't separate you from me and our baby just because he didn't like you. Just trust me okay? Dad likes you. Period." I said again, holding his cheeks. Rahu looked at me in the eyes and he had no choice but to nod.

"Okay fine, but just because I trust you, my Queen." Rahu pouted and this time I couldn't help but give him a little peck on his lips because he was too cute. And on cue, Dad called from the kitchen to which instantly made us separate even further with Rahu sitting up straight.

"Prince, can you help Gabby clean up? I still have a lot to do here," Dad said. He wasn't looking in our direction so Rahu and I both breathed a sigh of relief even though there wasn't anything wrong with what he just did.

"Yes sir, I will." Rahu suddenly replied snappily which instantly made me burst into laughter while Dad finally faced us in confusion as to why Rahu was calling him Sir when they already agreed that Rahu will now be also calling his father or uncle if he wanted to.

"I-I mean, yes I will." Rahu corrected himself while Dad only suspiciously nodded and finally urged us to go upstairs for me to rest and tomorrow in the afternoon, I will be moving in with Rahu and finally start living with him.
