"in this morning news,  reports say an anonymous witness said they saw the man who delivered the presents to the apartment of the late female officer and the sketch artist have made a drawing according the description. Following on , the police officers that went to the distress call for the late forensic officer have also given a description of the suspicious person they saw . finally a patient at the hospital say that they saw the face of a suspicious looking doctor. the police are running face ids through advanced technology to find the said culprit or culprits in the national archives and databases. Anonymous sources say although the perpetrator was said to have a mask , a final unmasked sketch will be released in no time ", the tv report came on at the station 

 Of course this wasn’t a formal report because for both the drawings the culprit being Yesang was masked and so was Jinyoung . Somebody leaked this information and although it won't help in any way, it does assure the people that the police are actually doing something with the murders and aren't just lazing around as if nothing is the matter . All in all , before the report was made last night , Chief of the station was already arranging for witness protection which was very challenging to get approved. Reason being that it is exorbitantly expensive and moreover that the police can't point to a single person or people that could be a harm to the witness . However the prosecutor and some other officials danced to Shiyang's name and agreed to the protection . Even then , they made it seem like they were doing Shiyang a favor and that he shouldn't forget it . At one point Shiyang fought the need to tell them to forget the whole idea because it's practically a black market contract .

Anyway the unit didn't go home last night and spent the whole time making a plan and arranging routes . This morning the unit were planning to move the witness to a safe house that just a few miles out of the city boarders . 

The actual place itself is a mystery because no one has been there before . All they have are coordinates from Minjun , who has also never been to the area .

The streets of a city were anticipatedly chaotic and filled to the brim with traffic . The police team had arranged for three police transport cars, three swat and three non-labeled cars for this mission. Basically this means that a well-armed swat team was in the first three , four police officers were in the others and non-dressed police officers were scattered with in the last of the  cars . The witnesses for each case have their own car because they aren't supposed to meet each other which is why there are three swat cars .  Of course they were overreacting to transportation the witness but then again , these people are describing diabolical people that have killed close to a hundred people in the past three months including Gyeongja, Taejon and Gyutae without leaving a trace . Furthermore the police have reason to be that this person or people could be operating internationally because Chaewon said that for the times that people were not dying in the city , international bodies were dying of mysterious situations like Henna the cosmetic mogul and Jacob Muraz whose body was frozen and used for nyotaimoro at his own mansion in Ukraine

 For the latter murder , Yesang was supposed to do it but Hyunsuk told him last minute not to . He didn't include the part that Muraz was already dead which Yesang still doesn't know . it's common practice for some hits to be stopped or canceled midway but the deposit made for the hit won't be returned even if it is a whopping 1,5 million dollars . Nonetheless the hit can still be revived or the target changed and this time around , any deposit wont be made unless the mission has gotten complex . 

Back to the witnesses , for some reason among the people that have been mutilated,  the arcade worker was still alive although she doesn't have fingers since Jinyoung took them . She was recovering in the same hospital that Gyutae was killed because there are still police officers there .

The cars passed through downtown and the police snipers were scanning to make sure that there were nothing on the roads .Chaewon was leading the team of snipers because if there is one thing that his obsession with video games has given that Garam is really proud of , it's his shooting skills. He actually ranked highest in the police academy because during training he has never missive a target and even shot from impossible and awesome angles . He knows more about guns and bullets more than banks about money

They passed over a traffic light and they stopped for a while when an old woman was crossing the road . ChoHee who wasn’t dressed watched the whole scene with from a tablet and she was more anxious than anything because this is her first intense mission and she feels like she is the witness in those cars . her duty was to watch with Minjun and others the traffic situation and report any delays of the sort all the road .

A few minutes later the cars set course once again . Garam maintained communication with Chaewon who was in one of the townes and also used the traffic cameras to look at everything. Of course he was also carrying a sniper for the reason that he was ready to shoot anyone . Shiyang was quiet in the passenger seat of Garam`s car . It was obvious that his mind was miles away which was unlike him but then again he was going through a lot with his father . Commissioner Lee had punished Shiyang in the past few days and asked him to report on all the murders that have happened that were not solved and see how they link to the ones that were going on. Of course , Shiyang can’t even come up with an explanation for all the cases that have happened in his presence and even in the station  where he is working , so he doesn't know how he will generate an explanation for cases older than him that were probably not even investigated properly .

Garam wondered what he should ask him to break the ice but he knows that Shiyang is unlikely to tell him what’s on his mind. He opened the cabinet and he handed him some gummy snacks that Janghee left in his car . 

“If you don't eat it, you will have to tell me what’s on your mind!”,

Shiyang really wanted to talk about it and complain and whine about his father but then again he doesn't think Garam is even the right person for that. Nevertheless it doesn't eliminate the fact that he is the first person in a long time to actually do something about his not-looking-fine even it is with this simple gesture .Others simply acknowledge and ignore it .  He took the snack and he toyed with it a little before he contemplated whether to put it in his mouth!

” I was married once but she ran away with a younger man . Later the man got in a lot of debt and she asked me for help . What do you think i did ?”,

” you helped her !", Shiyang took a safe bet

” I filed a restraining order against her, her boyfriend and her family and all the people she knows “,

Shiyang looked at him with crazy eyes . There had to be a reason for filing an order not because someone wants money 

” I got a pilot`s license because ...",

"You wanted to show someone the stars ?”,Garam interrupted him

“ ..someone i hate hates heights “,

“Who?”,

Shiyang didn't answer him as their car turned over to cross the bridge . the bridge is designed to allow for three cars to go and return . Garam's car was ahead the swat team which was in front of the one they are escorting .

Just as Garam was about to nag him, a swat car behind them went into flames . in seconds human lives were claimed .

Garam tensed and Shiyang panicked . Garam immediately called Chaewon . Chaewon said the witness was fine and in another car . Garam thought something like this might happen so he had one of the witness go in an unlabeled car in a different car driven by Minjun and Taeyang ( the male officer who replaced Gyeongja) .

“did we just lose a witness?”, Shiyang asked fidgeting

" I would say no ", Garam whispered tapping the display of his radio

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?",
