Hm, as far as a GACHA goes I'd say FGO dominates.
As far as a game with gacha mechanics however, I'd say Honkai Impact 3rds got at least a foot above most if not all the competition.
I voted for Honkai simply because FGO obviously gonna get the votes anyway just off of popularity.
