In the middle of nowhere in a prehistoric ancient forest, Sol suddenly woke up and the first thing he noticed was a game-like hologram appeared in front of him:

Name: Sol Gaseo

‘Huh, where am I? What’s going on? And what's this game-like hologram in front of me?’

Sol was very confused.

Meanwhile, as he was trying to figure out his situation, suddenly:

ROARRRR!!!

ROARRRR!!!

ROARRRR!!!

He heard a loud roar and it seemed to be very close by.

“Holy shit! What was that?!”

Before Sol could figure out where the noise was coming from, suddenly, two massive creatures appeared in front of him.

“What?! A Spinosaurus! And a Humanoid Lion that is as big as a dinosaur?!”

‘Holy fuck! What the hell is this place?! What’s going on?!’

Without delay, Sol immediately began to run away, almost as if his life depended on it.

ROARRRR!!!

ROARRRR!!!

ROARRRR!!!

The Spinosaurus and the Humanoid Lion began fighting each other since they didn’t want to share the same prey together.

‘Shit! I don’t know what’s going on, but I should get out of here first!’

10 minutes later…

Due to exhaustion, Sol had to stop running and take a short break.

Huff!

Huff!

Huff!

Sol was breathing and sweating heavily.

“Phew!”

Just when Sol thought he was safe, out of nowhere, he spotted a group of Goblins ahead of him. And when the Goblins sensed his presence, they immediately chased after him.

RAARRRR!!!

KRAARRRR!!!

GRAARRRR!!!

“Fuck!”

‘You gotta be kidding me!’

Too exhausted to run, Sol chose to climb onto a nearby tree instead, and kicked off any goblins that tried to climb up.

Just like that, his hellish journey of survival began.

‘If only I had a normal system that could function properly…’ Sol sighed.

Up until now, Sol still doesn’t know what his actual level is, let alone even knowing what his current stats are. And he believed the reason why he was stuck in this world was most likely due to his system malfunction.

‘100 years of loneliness… Fuck. I feel like I’m slowly losing my sanity…’ Sol sighed once again.

Even though Sol was strong enough to survive in space, for some reason, he can’t seem to go to space because there was simply no space in this world. To simply put, this world was not a planet, but rather it was actually a Tutorial World created by his stupid system.

In other words, without the system’s approval, there was nothing he could do to escape from this Tutorial World. And his only option right now is to wait patiently and hope one day the system will fix itself, but unfortunately, it has already been a hundred years, and nothing seems to have changed at all.

At this point, he has pretty much given up all hope and accepted the fact that he would never be able to leave this Tutorial World.

Out of frustration, he flicked his finger and accidentally destroyed a mountain.

Thanks to his bug system, he was able to level up infinitely without limit, thus making him a very powerful person. Although it sounds like a good thing, but not for him, since his only wish was to leave the Tutorial World, not get stronger.

10,000 years later…

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The entire Tutorial World crumbles apart.

Sol had grown too strong to the point that even the system couldn't stop him anymore, which was why he could destroy the Tutorial World easily. In fact, he had already surpassed the limit of an ordinary player.

‘Hmm, so it’s possible to get out of this stupid Tutorial World after all…’

Although 10,000 years have passed inside the Tutorial World, but in the outside world, only 10 years have passed.

In the world of Exion…

Up high in the beautiful blue sky above the white clouds, a portal appeared and not too long later, Sol popped out from the portal.

***

Somewhere in the Eon Continent…

“Get to work you, filthy humans!”

A group of demons was seen beating and abusing the players.

“Ahh… I feel like dying…” A male player said in a weak voice. Judging by his extremely skinny appearance, one could tell he hasn’t eaten for days. Of course, he wasn’t the only one, other players suffered the same thing as well.

[World: Exion] [Population: About 1.7 Billion Players]

Throughout the span of 10 years, it was estimated about 300 million players have lost their lives, while the rest managed to escape from the demons.

There are however some players that are still alive and hiding in the Eon Continent, but not all were able to hide successfully, some got caught and became slaves and worked for the demons.

Those roughly about 1.7 billion players that escaped are currently in the Xenon Continent, a continent with all kinds of races together, such as Humans, Elves, Dragons, Beastmen, and many more. All these races hated the demon race and viewed the demons as a threat to this world.

The reason humans from Earth were summoned to this world was to help deal with the demons. According to the inhabitants of this world, if the world of Exion ever collapses, the next world the demons will target is Earth.

At first, many players weren’t happy being forcefully summoned to this world, however, after learning the truth that the demons will soon invade Earth in the future, they figured it was best to work together now and get rid of the demons before it’s too late.

In the past, demons never existed in this world, that was until one day when the mysterious Chaos Tower appeared in the center of this world, that was when the nightmare began. It seemed the Chaos Tower was the main reason why demons suddenly exist in this world. You could say that the Chaos tower was pretty much the gateway for the demons to enter this world.

The only way to end the demons is to get rid of the Chaos Tower, however, it’s easier said than done. In fact, until today, no one has ever come close to the Chaos Tower as it was fully guarded by the powerful demon army.

Speaking of the devil, Sol who was currently descending from the sky was about to land in the Eon Continent, a continent that was already conquered by the demons.

In the Eon Continent, there exist 5 powerful Kingdoms:

  1. Leafen Kingdom - A kingdom where the Elf race used to live before the demons took over.
  2. Furry Kingdom - A kingdom where the Beastmen race used to live before the demons took over.
  3. Aegis Kingdom - A kingdom where the Human race used to live before the demons took over.
  4. Woody Kingdom - A kingdom where the Fairy race used to live before the demons took over.
  5. Nebus Kingdom - A kingdom where the Dwarf race used to live before the demons took over.

[Note: All these races are in humanoid form.]

In the Aegis Kingdom:

THUUUMPP!!!

In the middle of nowhere in an ancient forest, Sol landed on the ground and due to the impact from the fall, it had caused a small crater to form beneath his feet.

After landing, Sol received a notification from the system:

[Welcome to the world of Exion!]

Hearing that, Sol was surprised as this was the first time in 10,000 years that the system had ever interacted with him.

‘What a surprise. Did the system finally fix itself? I wonder.’

Just as Sol was about to make one step with his right foot:

Ding!

A hologram of game screen appeared in front of him:

[Do you wish to play the Game of Trigod?]

[Reward: You will be able to return to Earth.]

“Huh, did I hear correctly, return to Earth? I’m not dreaming, right?”

Sol couldn’t believe what the system had said.

[Yes | No? You can answer the question using your thoughts or press the ‘Yes’ button on the screen in front of you.]

‘I don’t know what’s going on or what’s this Game of Trigod about, but I can’t afford to waste such an opportunity presented to me.’

Even though 10,000 years have passed, Sol couldn’t help but still have the strong desire to return to Earth because he misses home very much. As of right now, he still doesn't know that only 10 years have passed in the outside world.

Using his thoughts, Sol clicked the ‘Yes’ button.

[The Game of Trigod will now begin. There is no turning back now until the game ends.]

‘No turning back? Hmm, why do I have a bad feeling about this? And what’s this Game of Trigod about anyway?’ Sol thought while stroking his chin.

[Note: To play the Game of Trigod, you must complete every main quest that is given to you. Main Quests are compulsory, and cannot be ignored or else you won't be able to clear the game. If you understand, please press ‘Proceed’ to continue.]

Using his thought, he pressed Proceed.

Ding!

[Main Quest: Kill the Demon General, Odeus. Location: Somewhere in the Aegis Kingdom.]

[Reward: 1 Red Crystal.]

[Collect 10 Red Crystals in order to unlock the “System Shop.” If you wish to return to Earth, we suggest collecting as many Red Crystal as possible as it will be a great help in the future for completing the Game of Trigod.]

‘So in short, if I want to return to Earth, I just have to collect many Red Crystals and clear the game? Meh, that’s easy then.’

That’s what Sol thought, but little did he know it’s going to be a very tough journey due to the debuff on him, which he was not aware of yet.
