Here are some ideas that could work and vary to have more drama and retention.
Depending on the NTR you want to implement, I think the focal point of the 3 types that there are in general which would be Netorare, Netori and Netorase, is corruption and discovery, this here is my personal point that I enjoy the most.
Corruption: See how the girl is seduced and deceived in a subtle or direct way (Here you have to be more believable, which many do badly.) This is especially good when you have very concrete things to lose.
Examples of corruption in this story could be:
*Subtle: skip the typical alpha male with big packages, who makes them compare and fall for his typical Netori desires. A love enemy who discovers the hidden potential of Yan Chi's system, here she becomes camouflaged friends with their love interests and convinces them that they should try becoming more desirable women, to convince them that Yan Chi could then tell her his secrets. You move on to how they need to experiment with men to understand men(oh yeah, nothing like unhealthy female advice that ruins relationships and their confidence to their toxic female friends, very real actually) The how you handle the Drama here, aside from the NTR would be that Yan Chi can't believe how feminine their love interests walk and can't believe that their new villain friend is corrupting them(Yan Chi knows her new friend is advising them, this is where you can bring him or his women down) and stay with him.
*Direct: The prota for hiding his powers from the system to Cao Ning, his enemies show him conclusive evidence that he hides from them Devilish and forbidden things that must be reported (here you would argue that even if he becomes strong he will never be more talented than them, the enemies. Then later you can change this to your interest) his love interests believe him, this because his track record is that he had no potential for anything. This would allow the way to protect him without his knowledge. But here the differential play would be that in example Cao Ning asks him if he hides things, Yan chi constantly denies it, this nonsense would allow weapon a justified resolution to protect him because of hiding his system, giving the perfect cycle of sexual corruption of the villain. Keep in mind that a lot of sentimental agony can be put together, his refusal to tell her his system was the prelude to his loss and her no longer being the woman for him (This is all because I'm a little sick of cheap arguments, like bigger d*ck = I fell in love, this are unjustified not believable and not perfectly hard and satisfying because you don't eat the story).
Oh yeah nothing like well-told, sexually corrupt drama, where everyone loses because of silly mistakes. Although you can create one that is like a villain's Idol that he himself is resigned to never be his, because they are enemies, her parents disapprove of her or he doesn't notice her as a woman because she is Tomboy, until Yan Chi attacked haha) so we will have double cuckolds, but well the system needs sexual things, so you can advance there, introducing new FMC and finish character cycles with some of these ideas.
Now the lack of explaining the "Discovery", well then nothing is more satisfying in this kind of themes in the plots, how they slowly experience things out of their comfort and get the taste for it.
Personally I like them.
