"So Captain, where are we headed next?" asked Thresh as he approached Diana, causing the latter to shake her head.

"I'm not totally sure of that just yet, right now I've got 2 options thought out, but I'm not really sure which one to take," said Diana as she turned her attention to the old man, who had a lot more experience than her being a pirate.

Hearing that, Thresh's eyebrows couldn't help but slightly rise.

"So what are the options?"

Hearing that, Diana placed down the man she was staring at onto the table, before pointing at a certain spot.

"Firstly, we can take advantage of the fact that the navy probably don't have a lot of intel on us right now, and take out the Marine Base on Scorcrew Island, looting it before moving north to Trun Kingdom, which isn't part of the World Government to lay low for an around half a year, and use the money and reputation we've gained to strengthen the crew, before coming down south and to the Grand Line," said Diana as she laid out the first option.

"That seems quite good, if you can give me a casualty rate you are comfortable with, I can transform the cannon fodder that we've got right now into some good pirates in half a year," said Thresh, seemingly satisfied with the plan.

"Secondly, we can ignore the marines entirely and focus ourselves onto pirates, from what I learned, a pretty strong pirate crew, the Heart Pirates are currently in Trun Kingdom, although their captain Trafalgar D. Law has a bounty of 56 Million, I'm confident I can defeat him, while his crew itself is quite weak."

"It would be really beneficial if we can bring these Heart Pirates into the fold, as their captain himself actually seems to be a pretty competent doctor," said Diana with a smile on her face.

As he stared at his captain, who currently had a bloodthirsty smile on her face.

"Heart Pirates huh... If you can defeat their captain, taking care of the rest of the crew should be manageable..." mumbled Thresh as he remembered the bounties of the rest of the Heart Pirates.

"That should also be pretty manageable, both of these options are quite good," mumbled Thresh as he touched his chin, deep into thought.

After a few moments, Thresh finally decided on what to tell his Captain.

"In the end, I'm leaning quite a bit towards the first option, even though we might be able to defeat the Heart Pirates, I have a feeling that their captain won't be one to give in so easily..." said Thresh, causing Diana to become a bit confused.

"Their captain?"

"Ignoring those famous pirates, back in the day, when I was still young, I met a pirate with the name D, you've probably never heard of him, few people have, but If this Trafalgar is anything like that man, he should not be one to admit defeat so easily," said Thresh, causing Diana to fall into thought herself.

"Alright, I need to go talk with Daniel, we'll be setting sail for Scorecrew Island tomorrow or the day after," said Diana, deciding to take the advice of the old man.

Unbeknownst to Law, Thresh's advice had just saved his life.

Three days later,

As she felt a rock suddenly smash onto her shoulder without any warning in the slightest, Diana, who was currently blindfolded, had a bucket of water over her head, and had been doing this for around thirty minutes, couldn't help but faintly frown.

"Thresh you old bastard, are you sure this training is useful? I'm itching to beat you up right now!" said Diana as she suddenly heard the sound of a rock moving through the air, causing her to move.

"Don't worry, although only once, I've seen this sort of training show results once, I even tried it myself back then, maybe I would've succeeded if my injury didn't stop me," said Thresh as he suddenly launched two more rocks towards his captain, only one of which she dodged.

Although Thresh's words slightly soothed Diana, the annoying feeling of a rock smashing against you had still worn down on her for over thirty minutes, causing her to be slightly annoyed.

At that very moment, the door to the room suddenly popped open, causing a loud sound to resound through the room.

"Captain, Uncle Thresh, I've got some great news!!" said a happy voice, which Diana identified as Emily, causing Diana to slightly pause her movement.

Merely a moment later, shrouded by the sound of Emily's voice, a rock, which Diana would've dodged otherwise hit Diana straight in the forehead.

As she stared at the bounties in front of her, which the news bird had just brought, Diana couldn't help but let out a sigh.

"Emily, is this what you consider 'good news'?" asked Diana as she picked up the bounty which had a painted version of herself, which was not particularly accurate, as well as the words 'New Captain of the Storm Pirates written under it'.

22 Million Berries, this was Diana's first bounty, which now towered over Emily's bounty, which had risen from 5 million to 14 million.

As for the rest of the crew's bounties, they didn't rise at all, with Daniel being at 1 million, Tsurumi at 500 thousand and Oro at a pitiful 200 thousand, in fact, Daniel's title, of Daniel the Stick made Diana want to let out a slight chuckle.

Well, all of them except for one.

Thresh the Butcher, 35 Million to 35.5 Million, a rather small increase, most likely sent out to show that he had come out of retirement, but even so this bounty made Diana slightly frown.
