Honestly, I don't know if in this world Shirogane likes Kaguya or not. Even if he likes Kaguya, at the moment he won't do anything if I remember what happened in the manga. Then looking at Kaguya's behavior, I don't see any signs or traces that she is interested in Shirogane.
