He was running through the forest carefully, his pace was extremely fast for a normal human, but for Gabriel it was just walking a little faster. This, due to the improvement in his physique, he was able to easily cover long distances in a short time without getting too tired.

This surprised even him considering that only his level was 4, once his level increased to 10 he wouldn't know how strong he would become.

Still there was a little problem.

When Gabriel increased his speed a little more, taking a step forward his mind didn't react fast enough to put a foot forward and avoid falling. Quickly losing balance and falling abruptly to the ground.

It rose from the ground spitting out some dirt. Luckily he had no injuries of any kind, due to the strength of his body.

“I have to get used to this,” I mutter.

His body's biggest problem was that his mind couldn't react fast enough to his movements, so once he increased his speed slightly more, he would end up stampeded to the ground.

At first he thought it would be easy to get used to, but even after a while there were no big changes.

Sighing, he sat down on the ground. "Anyway this place looks decent and it's far from the Kobold corpses," he commented as he put his weapons aside.

It had been just over ten minutes since he had killed the two Kobolds and leveled up.

If he took the time that passed since he came to this world, it could be around three hours or less. Pretty little considering that he took his first life and killed three other individuals and a simple rabbit.

Everything seemed to have happened a long time ago even if not a day had really passed. Both his body and mind weren't tired due to the level up effect, so even with physical exertion he didn't have any kind of fatigue problem.

Even so, he took short breaks from time to time to calm his mind, after all, killing was not an easy action for him, but he was still able to do it without hesitation. He was sure it was because of the status window, but it could also be that his personality was like this from the beginning. Since I had no evidence to prove either of those hypotheses, I just put it aside for now.

It's not like I have the time to try it out either.

“Status window” I mutter.

—Status window—

Name: Gabriel

Level 3

Attributes: [Summoner (General)]

→ Skills: [0]

→ Traits: [0]

His level had quickly gone from level 1 to level 3, which was significant progress.

Other than that there were no significant changes, so I closed the window.
I take a deep breath and exhale. He was somewhat mentally exhausted, and had no desire to practice, so not knowing what to do, he decided to practice his skill.

He first checked the information on it again.

<Skill Information>

[Skill: Summon Weapon]

[Level: 1] [Grade: Elementary]

[Allows you to summon a magic weapon]

[The strength and durability of the weapon will be tied to the level of the skill and the summoner]

"It's still the same," I mutter.

The ability even after using it several times, had not changed. Neither his level nor his Grade had increased in the slightest.

Originally I thought that by using it it should increase, but it seems that this is not the right way or at least not the most optimal way.

He thought for a moment what exactly he should do, so he just tried using the ability and trying to get familiar with it.

He thought to summon. He wasn't short of big guns, so he could summon ranged weapons to use as an alternate means.

Taking advantage of the fact that he used throwing weapons, he tried Throwing Daggers. He had to clearly imagine what they were like to avoid ending up summoning a normal Dagger.

“Summon Weapon” He activated his ability once he clearly had what he wanted.

A small flash of light formed in his hand, and what appeared was a black dagger, roughly the length of his hand with a bandage-wrapped handle and ring-shaped pommel.

What he ended up invoking was the typical Kunai used by the Ninjas in various animated series. It was a weapon that he had seen that could be used as a normal knife for self-defense and mainly as a thrown weapon.

It was a weapon that in his life he had always wanted to obtain, but for various reasons he could not achieve it. He didn't expect one of his childhood dreams to come true in another world.

Sighing, he held the handle, it was comfortable enough to carry and fight, but that's not what mattered to him. I practice throwing weapons by throwing it towards a tree a short distance away.

The Kunai quickly flew in the direction of the tree.
As one might expect, the weapon missed its target by a remarkable distance and was lost among the trees.

Facing the direction the weapon was lost, and without any intention of going looking for it, he simply summons another one from his ability.

"This time let's be more careful" he muttered, he wasn't going to waste his ability in such a foolish way, but he had no other choice since just looking for it would take hours at best.

He again continued his practice until he could to a certain extent, since it was just throwing a weapon there was no need to be an expert either. Obviously it couldn't hit a moving object in any way, but if it was an unsuspecting target it would be possible to take it out before it knew it.

Once he finished practicing with the Kunai, he began to practice summoning a Bow and some Arrows. This made him almost fall over from exhaustion, even with his increased abilities, summoning multiple weapons at once was his limit.

Sighing he got up.

[The accumulated experience has achieved a strengthening of Skill]

[Skill {Summon Weapon} has increased in Level]

[Skill level {Summon Weapon} Has been changed from 1 to 2]

[Due to the level increase of the {Summon Weapon} skill, the {Summon Weapon} skill has increased in Grade]

[{Summon Weapon} skill has been increased from {Elemental} to {Intermediate}]

[Due to the Grade increase of the skill {Summon Weapon} the Attribute {Summoner} has increased in Grade]

[{Summoner} Attribute changed from {General} to {Rare}]

The information that appeared as a surprising chain of notifications was amazing.

Not only the skill he was practicing had been enhanced, but also his main attribute had increased by one grade.

He wasn't sure how to feel about the sudden level increase he hadn't expected at all. So instead of thinking too much, I just mutter "Status Window"

—Status window—

Name: Gabriel

Level 3

Attributes: [Summoner (Rare)]

→ Skills: [0]

→ Traits: [0]

Aside from the name change attached to his attribute name, there were no noticeable changes to his status window. So he went directly to the Attribute information.

<Attribute information>

[Attribute: Summoner] [Grade: Rare]

[Slightly increases information processing ability]

[■Summon Weapon]

[■Summon Minion]

Seeing the new skill listed in his attribute he was happy, but before he got too excited, he checked his Summon Weapon skill first to check the level increase.

<Skill Information>

[Skill: Summon Weapon]

[Level: 2] [Grade: Intermediate]

[Allows you to summon a magic weapon]

[The strength and durability of the weapon will be tied to the level of the skill and the summoner]

[More complex weapons can now be summoned]

There was a new trait in the skill.

More complex weapons? It must refer to weapons that are not as simple as daggers or bows but have more complex mechanisms, such as crossbows.

It was a guess, but he would have to prove it another time.

Other than that, there was no significant change.

When I finish checking the skill, I move on to the main course.

<Skill Information>

[Ability: Summon Minion]

[Level: 1] [Grade: Elementary]

[Allows the summoning of a magical construction]

[The strength of the summon will be tied to the level of the skill and the summoner]

Gabriel couldn't help but be happy. He had finally had the most classic ability of a true summoner, the ability to summon creatures. Luckily, it hadn't taken as long to acquire this ability as he expected.

Excited by this, he directly activated his ability.

"Summon Minion" A whitish glow manifested from the young man, the group of light converged next to his words, taking the form of a humanoid figure.

“So this is…my summoning,” I mumbled.

The summon was an androgynous person with ghostly beauty. His entire body glowed evenly in whitish light, emphasizing that he was clearly not a person but some kind of spiritual being.

She didn't carry any weapons, but she seemed to be able to carry them. So she quickly picked up one of her spears and handed it to him, to which he was able to easily pick it up and swing it with some dexterity.

Fascinated by the summoning prowess, hundreds of ideas came to mind for future combat. Now that he had changed from one to two he would not have to worry about monster problems in the future.

But before that, he had to know the limits of the summon before using it in actual combat. So he took his own spear and directed it towards his summons, while ordering him "Fight against me, use all your power until you defeat me"
