1 month has passed after We started living here in HaH WHaH E, We now both had stable jobs and Itsuki has taught Me about what magic was and how it can be used. He told Me something about accessories, the description sounded awfully close to the one I picked up back at the shipwreck.

 

“Where are You heading Missy?” My younger brother asked while trying to block the exit of Polar Star Inn.

 

     I was preparing for a night out at the town and visit the Ragnivindr Tavern. I dressed up nicely for this only for Itsuki to start interrogating me.

 

“Does it matter where I’m going little brother?” I snarked at this Kid.

 

     I was wearing a maroon colored babydoll dress with My puffy white jacket that just reaches below My waist, and lastly brown loafers. I also had the Fire Insignia on My upper right chest as a badge but it was concealed by My jacket.

 

“As a matter of fact, Yes it does matter! Do You really expect Me to just wait here all night while You’re somewhere only god knows?” Itsuki’s voice was full of annoyed and concern.

 

“Don’t worry little Brother, I have My flintlock pistol concealed inside My jacket.” I assured Itsuki that I will be fine going out at the tavern alone.

 

“. . . . . . . .” Itsuki remained silent and gave up trying to stop me.

 

“Oh don’t worry, I promise that I wont bring home a random stranger.” I joked proudly.

 

“Bitch, Your flat chest ain’t getting any man’s attention.” This brat snapped back.

 

     This comment of His made My blood boil so bad that I started clenching one of My hands into a fist and I felt like blowing a fuse at this kid. 

 

“Are You two love-birds done having a quarrel?” Nagisa asked confidently.

 

“Yes!!!!!” We both yelled as I left.

 

     I ultimately let Him have this and left the inn and headed towards the Tavern.

 

“That kid… I swear to Him… Vengeance will be mine!” I thought to myself. 

 

     While walking to the tavern I saw a tall man, has short golden brown hair with soft brown accents, rose gold eyes. He was wearing what looked like a fancy tuxedo.

 

     He was with 2 people, First was a short girl whom was happily skipping faster than the other 2 was walking. She was dressed in a Maroon Qi Pao dress and beautiful shoes. She had very long hazelnut amber hair with buns on each side of Her head, Her left eye was sapphire colored and Her right was ruby colored.

 

“He looked like the Man that Itsuki had met a while ago, I think  his name was Lugh, and… co-could could that girl be His Daughter?”

 

     The other person next to Him was a slightly taller man with wine-colored hair and gray eyes, He was also wearing a tuxedo and had His arm around His neck and was practically clinging to His neck.

 

     Lugh looked like He was slightly blushing due to His friend having his arm basically wrapping around Him. Was He embarrassed of His hot as fuck boyfriend!?

 

“Awe~!! They looked like such a nice and happy couple! And their Daughter looks so cuteeeeeeee~~~~!!!!!”

 

     I was fantasizing about all the romantic things these 2 handsome men were doing with each other. I wonder what kind of dates they do and what goes on in there bedroom, Oooohhh the idea makes It sounds so hotttttt~~~~!!! 

 

“Come on…. KISS!!! KISS!!! KISS!!!” My heart was yelling this so much.

 

“Hey Lugh, isn’t it about time We head home?” The girl turned around and asked.

 

“W-wait what is She saying?” I couldn't hear properly from the distance.

 

“Yes, You’re correct, but… What do we do with Him?” Lugh asked pointing at His drunk friend.

 

“That’s the problem. OI! Sora wake up!!” The little girl lightly smacked Her dad’s friend’s arm

“There’s no point trying Kianna, Look just head back home I’ll… I’ll take Him over to that nearby motel and I will make sure He rests well.” Lugh assured Kianna.

 

“E-EH~!? ***Ahem*** Um.. Sure, I’ll be waiting back home then?” Kianna snapped before softly agreeing.

 

“Yes. take care.” Lugh assured Kianna before carrying Sora on His shoulders and headed to the motel.

 

“I couldn’t hearrrrrr~~~~ dang ittttttt~~~!!!!” I screamed internally before continuing My walk to Ragnivindr Tavern.

 

     The Cold night walk I had took about 20 minutes before I arrived at the Ragnivindr Tavern. The Building itself looked like a large house with spruce wood base and quartz and or diorite above, The roof had emerald-colored clay tiles, the place was just way, way, wayyyyyy too irresistible for Me to not visit.

 

     I opened the door to the tavern and went in, the interior was simply astonishing

 

“It’s so beautiful!!” Chills went up My spine, the beauty of the place was more than what the expectations In My head was.

 

     The place’s lighting was dimly lit but not enough to where it becomes hard to seem, there were beautiful paintings of landscapes and the walls were painted in a beautiful mahogany shade.

 

There were also stuffed animals that acted as the wall’s decor and large bear rugs similar to the ones back at Silver Moon.

 

“Welcome to the Ragnivindr Tavern little one. How may I help You?” A sassy yet welcoming voice said.

 

     I turned to My right and there was a young lady whom looked like she was in her mid-teens, She was very well endowed, She had very long silver hair with black stripes on them, and lastly had hazel colored eyes.

 

“Ah Yes! I had a reservation for Hotaru!” I quickly answered.

 

“Ah~ Little Hotaru, was it a table for one or are We waiting for Your little boyfriend or girlfriend hehe~!!!” The tone of her voice was full of mischief.

 

“Uh- Um… No. only for one.”

 

“Very well~ follow Me little one.”

 

“Thank You.”

 

     The seat I made reservations for was near the bartender station. The craftsmanship of the furniture was delightful and are up My alley.

 

“Now then Ms Hotaru~ What shall You be ordering? A glass of water? A piece of bread or alone time with Me~?” She handed a menu

 

“Um… I- I’ll have the “Shiiiiizzzaaa Salad,” the mashed potatoes, extra gravy and a bottle of the liquor.” I wasn’t prepared for that response.

 

“Will that be all or~~” 

 

“Yes that will be all.”

 

     Ugh…. are hookers a thing here!!?? I thought this was a more dignified establishment….

 

     While waiting for My dinner I noticed that there was only 1 bartender, which might have meant there’s a separate kitchen.

 

     The bartender looks slightly shorter than Lugh, He had short spiky olive hair,  and had a leaner body type. He had a sleeved white polo shirt, a red burgundy sleeveless vest with a v-cut collar, saturated gray pants, light brown belt and black non-slip shoes. He was a bit attractive but, His face screamed:

 

 “I’m so done with life, It looked like He has been through a divorce, bloodshed, and losing everything and is now just trying to get by~!!!”

 

    That was a huge turned off….. My order arrived but was given by the maid from earlier.

 

“Alright order for Little Hotaru~” Her voice was ever mischievous.

 

“Ah… thanks heh~” I tried to be polite.

 

“Will there be anything else?”

 

“Nope.”

 

“Very well. Call if you need anything~”

 

     The moment she left I decided to enjoy My dinner in peace.

 

Wow! This looks fantastic!!” I couldn’t help but get overjoyed.

 

     I first tried the “Shiiiiizzzaaa Salad” And the moment it met My tastebuds I felt like I was being sent to heaven~~~ I can feel as if the delicious greens made impact on my tastebuds crushing them between my tongue and the delicious salad.

 

“Soooo~~ gooodddd~~”

 

     The mashed potatoes were very smooth and was a good side dish, it was just as good as the wonderful “Shiiiiizzzaaa Salad.” I couldn’t help but enjoy the wonderful dishes!

 

“Now for the liquor~”

 

      I poured some on My glass and took just 1 sip….

4 hours later

 

“M~More…. Li-liquor~~”

 

“Haven’t this girl drank enough?” The bartender was asking someone

 

“I don’t think the person that downs gallons of cheap booze daily should be complaining about a customer’s orders~”

 

     I can faintly hear the voice of the sassy maid from earlier arguing with the bartender.

 

“Zzz~~~~~”

“She fell asleep… How do we wake Her up”

 

“Why don’t You take Her back to Your home?

 

“Are.. you!? Are you kidding Me!? My ex-wife has already made My life a living hell why the hell should I bring a random girl back to My home?”

 

“Well~~ You know why~ Maybe She’s the one~?”

 

“No means no. I don’t wanna get falsely accused of sexual assault, for a 2nd time.”

 

“Fine~ Fine~ I’ll just bring Her back to Kei’s”

 

“Good.”

The next morning

 

“Ugh….. Wh~ where am I?” I feel so drowsy, I think I was having a hangover from what happened….

 

“Good morning sleepyhead” A motherly voice spoked.

 

“G-good morning… Eh? EHHHH!!!?? WHERE AM I!?” I screamed at the top of My lungs.

 

 I suddenly remembered what happened last night after overdrinking. I was now faced to face with a tall lady with soft chestnut hair, amber eyes, and large badonkers.

 

“Please let Me introduce Myself, My name is Kei, My friend Kyoko brought You over to My house because She got very worried of leaving You alone with the bartender.”

 

“O-oh… Um... Thank you… My name is Hotaru. Do you know where the Polar star inn is? I’m not sure how close this is from It” 

 

“Oh, it’s across the street.”

 

“O-oh… That’s where I live and I think my Little brother is gonna be worried sick. His name is Itsuki, He works at the Minci and Megistus scriptomancy.”

 

“Itsuki? Um… I might be His boss hehe” Ms. Kei was being noble.

 

“Wha-” My jaw completely dropped.

 

“Yes.” Kei nodded cutely.

 

“Um… I think I should go now, thanks for everything…” I bowed repeatedly.

 

     I can’t believe I had Itsuki’s boss take care of Me the whole night…. I hurried back home, it was a good thing I left early in the morning which might mean that Itsuki was still asleep.

 

     I quickly entered My room and saw that Itsuki was sleeping beside My bed with Nugget perched on His shoulder.

“Were You waiting all night for Me?” I softly asked and placed my pillow on the side of the bed and laid Itsuki down and Nugget on top of the bed.

 

“I’m sorry, I won’t let this happen again… I’ll be sure to bring you along next time.

 

     I gave him a kiss on the forehead before heading to the bathroom to take a shower.
