Kazui struggled as much as one who had recently been drugged by an old man could. But it didn't matter how hard he tried, his body just couldn't respond.

There were two things going through Kazui's mind. Fear, and anger. Anger due to the situations they kept finding themselves in, either by the will of some cruel god or spirit, or because they were just consistently unlucky. And fear, because he didn't want to die. He wanted to live. To live to soothe the spirits of his friends, of his family. All who died to this damned outbreak, he wanted to make sure every single person was remembered, and here he sat in a situation where he didn't even know if he'd be able to even make it out.

Struggling Kazui found himself falling over, forcing his arm to move. Which didn't do much in moving or anything of the sort. Rather it earned the attention of one of the men in the room. One who was frail with long stringy black hair that silhouetted a ghostly pale face with skin drawn so taught you could see the bones of the mans facial structure. Where one expected to see the pulse beating through the mans veins, there was nothing but a sickly blue hue to the skin. His eyes were an intense red color that seemed to pierce through whomever his gaze was directed towards. From what Kazui could tell, this man had a thick, evil and dark aura around him.

Kneeling before Kazui, the man would offer him a soft smile. Reaching out a hand placing it upon the side of his neck right upon his veins. Closing his eyes as he seemed to shudder from the sensation. A heartbeat later the man was already standing back over Kazui with a cruel smile.

"Take them all, they will be good candidates to receive my gift. Whether they want it or not." The man spoke, the words flowing off of his tongue soft and gently.

"Yes Kami." One of the Yakuza members spoke bowing their head to the man before gesturing to some of the others in the room. All jumping into action and grabbing Kazui and his friends. Though as they tried to pick up Kazui, he struggled something fierce. Trying all he could to get out of their hold, even if it meant bringing harm to himself.

"Don't fight if you want to live, it is a miracle enough that our Kami wants to make you one of his chosen, even more so that he wants you alive. If you fight it like the others, you will die." One of the men trying to keep a firm hold on Kazui grunted out, trying to keep his grip on the kid who was flopping around like a fish.

Eventually he gave in to his exhaustion and the drugs that were flowing through his system. As everything went black.

Walking through the city streets silently Damien allowed himself to swim through his thoughts, most of them being about the situation at hand. On one hand he was aggravated at the kid for being so brilliant as to throw the best chance he had of surviving this entire mess away. On the other he had to give it to the kid, he had the guts to risk his life to help others. Part of it made Damian want to bring him on as an apprentice. Though whether or not that actually happens, is all up to choices and chance.

The last thing Damian wanted to do was get the kid chained to that kind of life, not if he had any say in the matter. Pulling out his phone he dialed up a contact which was labeled simply with just the number 1.

Holding it up to his ear he waited a few moments before someone picked up on the other end.

"The fuck you want huntsman? I'm in the middle of the Nighthold raid here, it better be important." A harsh male voice spoke up from the other end of the phone.

"If I am calling you at all Katana, it is pretty important. Now I will make this quick especially if you want your internet bill to be paid. I need information on a Doctor Amagi, and I need to know why on earth he would send a Infected to look for his son in the middle of an unprecedented outbreak."  Damian spoke simply standing before a building that had decapitated corpses in and out of it. "I also need you to tell me why the kid has a open contract on him that requires him being dropped off to one of the Four Horsemen."

"That all you asshole?"

"That is all Katana, I'll be on in four days that way we can do Nighthold together then. Sorry I had to miss it for work." Damian spoke apologetically before hanging up the phone and entering the building.

It wasn't long before he was going down the elevator to the buildings sub-levels. Though what he saw next was something he wasn't really prepared for, as the elevator doors opened Damian was greeted by the sight of stainless steel hallways that went as far as the eye could see, with wires lining the walls leading deeper into the facility. Seeing no better option in the matter he pulled out a pistol making his way through the halls until he found what looked like to be a massive central hub with screens mounting every inch of the walls surface, and a single man standing before the control panels that rested just below the monitors.

"Surprised you aren't having a field day killing all the undead walking about the city." The man spoke slowly turning around and looking at Damian with a look that said everything that had been going on took about twenty years off his life.

"If my job was to exterminate all the infected in the town, I would've brought a bit more than two MP40's and two Bersa's. You're Doctor Amagi I assume?" Damian responded rather quickly keeping his finger off the trigger of the pistol in his hand. Watching carefully to see if the doctor would pull some stupid stunt out of his ass.

"The one and only. What is it you need hunter?" He spoke showing his knowledge of what Damian was with just a few words.

This job just kept getting better and better.
