Chapter 14: new skills appeared after practicing
Rito was shocked by the bloodline bonus advantage.
If he had only that 0.3 percent then he might not have a chance to gain their benefits.
Today also Rito applied his bonus to his gains in exercising and points adding, that is his stats skill and levels.
Rito remembered that the extra percentage can be improved with enough survival points.
He currently has 8823 survival points.
Originally he only got 7523 survival points but his grandfather gave him 1300 survival points.
So he used 5000 survival points to increase the extra probability to 3 percent.
From 1 percent to 2 percent it took 2 thousand survival points and from 2 percent to 3 percent it took another 3 thousand survival points.
With the improvement Rito started to exercise again.
For the first 7 days the meeting would happen and there will be no big conclusion for till the end of the first month.

Even though he has mastered the yin seal it has to be mastered again.
The already existing seal will not be removed but using the chakra stored in them would require for him to improve the yin seal mastery.
Each level has specified number of levels and after that the skill or seal would reach to higher Grade.
The grades are divided into 5 grades they are basic grade, intermediate grade, high grade, peak grade and master grade.
After these 5 grades the proficiency starts and higher the proficiency the higher the effects of the skill.
As for each grade there are 100 levels.
After completing the 100 levels the skill would jump into next grade.
The techniques and seals directly require proficiency and they each had their own effect.
As the proficiency increase various improvements and benefits can be obtained.
Also the experience points for each skill can be improved using the survival points.
Any experience point from the survival point required 10 survival points gives 1 experience point.
For techniques and seals the proficiency improvement required 1000 survival points multiplied by the required percentage.
If the proficiency is being increased from 8 percent to 9 percent then the survival points required is 9000 survival points.
As for stat he required 100 survival points for improving a single stat point below 100 stat points and 200 below 200 stat points…….
But there are other treasures, fighting monsters and getting monster cores would also be used to improve those stat points….

After spending the 5 thousand points Rito still had 3823 survival points.
He doesn’t want to spend them on anything right now as he can improve his stats through practice for the first week quickly.
With the new skills he started to practice more and more.
Homura went to meeting and returned.
There is no new news other than continuing the previous discussions.
Also the people are assigned to investigate the citizens and ninja on how many survival points they got and how many stat points they had.
While Rito is exercising he saw that might guy and rock lee swimming in the water exercising with youthfulness.
Looking at the scene Rito sighed and noted in his mind that if possible he should save them from having horrible death.
Also these two people are bad at lying.
So they revealed that they gained more than 500 survival points a day during the investigation.
Rito sighed and continued to exercise.
The Hyuga clan people were unable to use their Byakugan and they cannot even activate the caged bird if needed.
So the main family and branch family are currently in a bit of a tensed situation.
