Bulma was confused, Raditz was looking towards the sky for a long time today, his eyes were melancholy. 

Bulma knew him well enough to understand he way paying his respects to someone.

In fact, Bulma herself was feeling inexplicably sad, she thought maybe Raditz would know the reason. 

"What happened Raditz?"

Bulma whispered, she touched Raditz's shoulder giving a light squeeze.

Raditz silently looked at his wife, touching her cheek he whispered.

"Bulma, the creator of the DragonBall universe has passed away."

"I am thanking him for all he has done, for all he has created."

Bulma was taken aback. Yes, that was it, the was the cause of sadness within her.

The couple quietly held each other's hand, bowing towards the sky.

"Thank you."

DragonBall's author Akira Toriyama has passed away, this post is to pay my respects to him. With this an era has come to an end.
