The Dark Goddess of Ajudication used her hand to block a sword slashing towards her neck, his sword not even being able to break through the clothes formed from an outrageous amount of Mana.

"Die." The Dark Goddess spoke coldly her sword sword slashed out and unlike herself, he didn't have similar clothes. He was promptly relieved of his head, and his vision darkened.

When he regained his senses, his first action was to upload the video and let the whole world know how sadistic the game developers were!

He couldn't even inflict any damage, what kind of quest was he offered? In the end, he was one of many who shared their experiences of being trampled by the two bosses.

...

December frowned and lifted her sword towards the skies, and icy blue and shadowy gray Mana began inching up the sword blade little by little.

"Vanity's winning..." December wrinkled her eyebrows and after the blade was submerged in Mana, she slammed it down and the ground imploded as a huge shockwave blew everything around her away.

The ground shook and trembled as December lifted her sword, and then looked at the tally with disbelief. Her count was the same as before? Her attack didn't kill anyone?

"Ah, little sister, you're too slow. You let big sis take the prize." Vanity said with a laugh, landing in December's arms and hugging her with a mischievous grin.

"Where did they go?" Up until she brought her sword down, she was sure she would win the bet, leaving Vanity with no way to catch up.

"Is my baby sister curious? Okay I'll tell you, when you were charging up the move, I used my own move before you did. So although you did technically kill a lot, it's technically an assist." Vanity said with a grin that made December stare blankly.

"You mean despite the other side being literal goddesses, they chose to use the same system as a shooting game on Earth?" December looked at Vanity's smiling face and was about to sigh when she continued.

"Guess what? I just did fifty one percent of everyone's health bar in game terms, then you could only deal forty nine, so it would always be an assist." Vanity said and December grabbed her sister and threw her into the sky, Vanity leaving a sonic boom in her wake.

...

Vanity finally managed to return, still smiling and then tidied December's hair and nodded, looking at the destroyed surroundings and the enemies which had been reduced a lot.

"So even with the numbers here, you can't win. Now come, let's fulfill the bet." Vanity said with a smile, making December look at her warily, feeling her sister's excitement.

"I want you..." Vanity paused for dramatic effect, then after feeling December's curiosity, finally spoke with a smile that could be said to be as kind as a saint's.

"To go out with me." December tilted her head and then frowned, looked at Vanity and then at herself, raising a finger and pointing at herself.

"We can go to the movies, and eat good food! We can see all kinds of things, and you lost so you have to!" Vanity could feel December's unwillingness to leave her villa when she spoke, so she quickly reminded December of the bet.

"Fine... Okay, but we still have people here." December sighed and inwardly consoled herself. If she went out, she could wear a jacket, not wanting people to see the two of them at all.

If it was a few people like before, she could pass herself as a cosplayer, but two twins who looked exactly alike? She couldn't help but think of all the looks she'd receive.

"And I get to pick out your outfit." Vanity added with a grin. December looked at Vanity, lifted her sword and without even heeding the restrictions, slammed it down.

The power was incomparable to before and the wave caused the ground to sink inwards several thousand meters and flow away from the impact site, the energy so immense the air crackled and hissed, looking as if it were alive.

"Um December. You broke the rules, but since it's concluded, it's fine." Cearis appeared and looked at the massive hole and felt thankful she foresaw such an event, and chose to host it in the middle of nowhere.

"Cearis. Did you know I'd lose?" December approached Cearis with empty eyes, making Cearis shake her head firmly, denying it without hesitation.

"I didn't look, I also felt it was fun, so I just waited for the outcome." Cearis smiled and patted December's silky hair, inwardly apologizing for not warning her in advance.

"So how was it? Although you broke the rules at the end, it was already decided, so we'll just ignore that bit. Since Vanity's told you her request, you can just tell her no." Lynexia appeared and stroked December's head gently, but December shook her head.

"I lost, I'll go with her." December didn't want Vanity to back out, so she wouldn't back out. Although she wanted to win, losing wasn't that bad, the only thing she regretted was she couldn't tell Vanity to call her big sister a few times.

"You?! My evil little sister!" Vanity half landed on December, her hands shaking December's shoulders, making December's head wobble back and forth.

"You want me to call you big sister? It seems you need to know who's the big sister here!" Vanity flipped December around, and then December realized what she was trying to do and immediately tried to teleport away.

"Big sis, don't?" Every time December would attempt to teleport, Vanity would shift the coordinates of space, making it impossible, so December looked up at her with sad eyes.

"Okay little sister, call me big sis a few more times." December's eyes stared, then she became more cooperative when Vanity raised a hand threateningly.

When Vanity was satisfied December wasn't eyeing the position of older sister anymore, she smiled and let December off her lap, ignoring the glares sent her way by her sister.

"Mom, big sister tried to spank me!" Who knew December would immediately run to Lynexia and complained with tears in her eyes, then Lynexia gave Vanity a warm smile, so warm and gentle, yet Vanity felt it was suddenly very chilly.

"Mom, no, well yes, but it was for a good reason! Wait mom!" Vanity could scramble space and make it near impossible for December to get away, but Lynexia simply looked at Vanity, and the latter simply didn't even try.

"As a big sister, you should to be more understanding." Lynexia rapped on Vanity's head lightly, making the latter hold the area and scowl at December who looked away with a smile.

"And as a little sister, no teasing your older sister." Then it was December's turn to get rapped on the forehead, making Vanity laugh as she felt December's disbelief.

"When you go back to Earth, well it's fine, I was going to say since you have the same appearances as the two bosses in game, it would draw attention, but it's fine." Cearis then looked at Lynexia who looked at the ruined surroundings.

"It's not like this world where you can get attacked, it's still relatively lawful, so nothing should happen on your trip later." Cearis said as Ephy emerged from behind her holding a strangely shaped plant.

"I found this for you." Ephy gave December the plant, her cheeks a bit flushed. December took the plant and then stared at it, then at Ephy who's cheeks became more red.

"Little sister, don't embarrass her! She's just giving you a gift, when we go out, we should buy her a gift too." Vanity said with a smile, her smile widening when Ephy's face turned bright red and she teleported away with wide eyes.

"Big sister, what does this do?" December couldn't feel anything about the plant that was different, instead it was strangely beautiful, a mixture of hues and colors that seemed to blend into a beautiful whole.

"It's just good to look at. Ephy's happy you're still yourself. She's just bad at speaking, like you are." Vanity patted December's head and then smiled when December nodded to herself.

"Do you think she can come as well? I don't really have anything I can to her." December said softly. Ephy was a goddess, she didn't need money, she didn't need anything she could think of, so she just wanted to bring her along with them.

"If she wants too? I don't mind, I just want to go outside with you and eat! Earth has good food, I recall your memories of them." December knew Vanity wanted to go, but the food wasn't the whole reason for it.

But since Vanity wanted to go, she'd accompany her. Vanity would never do anything to hurt herself, and she trusted her, so she didn't need Vanity's true thoughts.

Vanity felt December's feelings and couldn't help but smile, thinking of how Ephy's reaction if she dressed her sister up and made her dazzling. Although Ephy wouldn't outright admit it, Vanity knew this friend of hers liked her sister a bit, so she couldn't help but want to tease her.

"Little sister, I'm heading back. Reina said she was going to make cupcakes." Vanity was already about to leave when December joined her and both left the World of Myths.

Of the people December knew, Reina was a friend, even if she wasn't a part of the supernatural side of things, she enjoyed Reina's company and presence, and she also wanted to apologize for her behavior previously.

When December woke up, her back laying on her soft bed besides Vanity who was stretching, she got up and ran downstairs, the sweet scent of cupcakes hanging in the air.

"Chocolate cupcakes." December mumbled, sitting by the counter, and eating a strawberry from a cold fruit platter resting nearby.

"Hi December." Reina smiled and December smiled back, her face a bit stiff, but she was happy Reina didn't seem upset, instead Reina had her help design the icing on the cupcakes after she finished baking them.

Originally December wandered what her mother was doing. She didn't think she'd accept Lynexia, but it came naturally to her, after suffering alone, she reached out to hold those she cared for even closer.

Thus she didn't feel like she was forcing herself, instead recalling Lynexia's gentleness and Vanity's antics, she couldn't help but feel she was very lucky.
