Those ranked between 999 and 50 are given 20 additional Tier 1 Stats, and a Tier 1 Iron Grade random weapon.

Those ranked between 49 and 10 will recieve 20 additional Tier 1 Stats, a Tier 1 Silver Grade random weapon, and a random talent.
