The campers were around the campfire.

Barry smiled, as Claudette sang a song.

They had had been together for two summers since June of 1956.

'Milk and honey dripping downward. Hang your head, Tom Dooley! Hang your head, you're going to die!'. She gave the guitar to Jon Morse, an African American boy. Claudette grew up in New Jersey. Barry did the same. Both of them grew up during the World War II era, and the Korean War days of the nineteen fifties in Asia. Both of them reached the old barn. The °89F sign was colder as the night wore on; the moon's glow shimmered in the dark sky.

Once the campers went inside the barn, Barry smiled.

He kissed Claudette on the mouth.

Claudette kissed back.

'Does Mary-Ellen kiss better than I do?', Claudette asked.

'How do I know?', Barry answered, off-handedly.

'Oh, you', Claudette innocently said.

~~~
Both of them ran upstairs.
The killer moved the barn door.
In the right hand was a knife.
~~~

The campers kissed again.

'Someone's here', Claudette whispered.

'Hey, we weren't doing anything, really', Barry said.

The killer's knife stabbed him in the chest several times.

His body crashed to the pile of yellow hay.

Blood was around the body.

~~~
Claudette ran.
She screamed.
'No! Please, no!'.
The knife came towards her.
And the darkness consumed Camp Crystal Lake.
