Sophie and I sat in silence in our empty office. We're sipping our coffee while looking out the window. The nighttime city view from the 20th floor was beautiful. The streets were quiet and empty, as most people were already asleep.

I was admiring the nighttime city view before a flash of lightning illuminated the horizon. It came quickly and disappeared soon after. The sound of thunder in the distance grew louder. The storm was getting closer. It seems like it will rain tonight.

Sophie suddenly broke the silence, her voice filled with excitement. "I can't wait for you to meet him, he's such an amazing man," she said, her eyes sparkling with joy.

My mind went back to Sophie. I looked at her in confusion. "What do you mean?" I asked.

She smiled sweetly at me and said, "My fiance, of course!".

I tried to smile, but the thought of Sophie marrying someone else made me feel uneasy. I took another sip of my coffee, trying to mask my emotions.

Sophie looked at me, her eyes reflecting a mix of fear and vulnerability. She looks so helpless that it almost makes me want to hug her. I continue holding her hands firmly.

Another flash of lightning followed by thunder made her jump and scream. She moved closer to me, and I instinctively put my arm around her to comfort her. She was so close to me that I could see her cleavage from her unbuttoned shirt.

The thunder kept coming, and she started to tremble in fear. I held her close to me, feeling the warmth of her body against mine. I could smell her perfume, and it made my heart race.

At that moment, I wished I could be with Sophie. I don't want her to marry some other man. I want her.

Another flash of lightning and thunder followed, and the whole office shook. I held onto her even tighter, making sure she was safe.

Then everything went  ...
