Miles sat there calmly on the cold floor of the abandoned warehouse until his body slowly healed to its peak condition.

"Fuck" She couldn't help but raise a fist and slam down onto her computer table, causing the keyboard to fly off the table.

"Black Spider...Black Spider my ass, who does this bastard think he is after stealing from me, even the whole city is praising him as the new Spiderman?" Doctor Octopus was enraged and a murderous look appeared on her face.

"I'll let you crawl around for a little bit, just a little bit," she said coldly before shutting off her computer and leaving her lab.

The same situation was going on back at The Kingpin's base.

The Kingpin looked towards The prowler who was masked and wearing a purple-green suit as he stood there menacingly.

"if you run into Black Spider, kill him immediately, and any other spider people," The Kingpin said calmly, even so, his stiffened facial features made it seem like he was about to lose his shit any moment now.

"I got it" The Prowler replied before unclenching his fists, showcasing the sharp and metallic Claws of his suit.

Miles woke up early in the morning and took a shower, as he played a video game with Ganke Lee and waited for classes to start, Miles suddenly got a video call.

but it was from an unknown number!

"Yo, who is this?" Miles answered the call and asked.

"Hey, Miles" A charming voice entered Miles' ears as a beautiful blonde-haired girl appeared in the camera.

"Konichiwa, Miles onii-san" Penny Parker who was seated atop the large robot could be seen in the back as well.

All the spider people crowded into the screen and stared at Miles with bright smiles.

"I'm kinda creeped out, someone tells me what is happening" Miles smiled awkwardly and asked.

"hehe, you do know? huh, Black Spider, what a good name, you're pretty famous now" Peter Parker who was lazily lying down on a couch said as he ate some snacks.

"famous?" Miles was confused, but his mind immediately thought back to what had happened last night, the name Black Spider was probably trending by now.

"yes, look at this, you are all over the news, who knew that when you said you had to go, it was really because you wanted to save people," Gwen said with a bright smile and pulled up a newspaper, all while she stared at Miles through the screen, Miles felt like she was staring a little too hard.

Miles looked at the newspaper and couldn't help but grin at the title.

"The new Spiderman, Black spider saving the day" ...

"Haha, this is my city After all, I need to go save people" Miles scratched his head as he forced a light laugh.

He wondered what they would think if he told them he had just randomly ended up in that situation while taking the bus.

But, Miles did notice that the other spider people seemed to gain a sense of respect for him after this situation, especially after seeing the video of him lifting the large bus that weighed over 10 tons with absolute ease.

Even the other spider people knew they wouldn't be able to lift such a large bus with such ease as Miles did, everything he did in the video was done with absolute confidence and straight power.

it was truly inspiring.

"By the way, we finished fixing the chip, so hurry up and come over, if we aren't there then you can stay with Aunt May till then," Gwen said suddenly as a thought came to her mind.

she had nearly forgotten about the real reason for calling.

"I'll come over after school," Miles said calmly before ending the call and saving the number under Gwen's name.

For the rest of the day, Miles enjoyed his school classes for once with Ganke Lee following him everywhere he went.

Sometimes even though being a superhero was fun, stress would be involved.

it was good to relax sometimes.

After a long day of school, Miles changed out of his clothes and immediately headed out once again.
