As Jason had expected, the shampoo wasn't actually a normal shampoo but a diluted shampoo mixed with sulfuric acid and the acidity could cause human skin to have a second degree burn which means Jason might become disfigured and even blind if he really used the shampoo like usual.

"How do you want to deal with this?" Zheng Roufeng asked while trying to restrain his anger.

If it was according to him, he would just go and grab Bai Wehan by the neck before throwing him off the cliff but he knew Jason wouldn't want him to do that.

Unbeknownst to Zheng Roufeng, Jason would be the first one to gladly do that if it wasn't because of the restriction put on him by the World Consciousness.

"But we can't accuse him without any evidence. The CCTV did show him standing in front of my locker but there was nothing in his hand. He just stood there for a while before walking away. How can we use such video as evidence?"

Jason wasn't actually surprised. Bai Wehan had a system thus the CCTV must have been tampered with and in order to recover the original video might take some time because Bai Wehan's system might notice something amiss if 007 do it too quickly.

"You already knew something was amiss aren't you?" Zheng Roufeng asked since Jason had instructed him before to talk about the nonexistent movie about the two sisters.

Everyone that knew Zheng Roufeng would know that he wasn't into watching movie or drama despite he likes to invest in them.

"Well, he never likes me but even I never thought he would go this far," Jason answered nonchalantly.

"Some people are indeed crazy enough to harm others even without any reason so you need to always be careful."

Listening to the same kind of advice twice, Jason couldn't help but feel that his husband seem to think he was naïve. Well, Jason also didn't mind *pretending to be a pig to eat a tiger.

Today they were free and since Zheng Roufeng was angry, Jason wanted to coax him and they decided to go skiing since Bai Wehan suddenly have a slight fever.

Since the protagonist wouldn't go skiing today, Jason thought maybe the avalanche would happen tomorrow since they all have two extra days to enjoy after all the works have finished.

"You two really have no mercy to a newbie! How can you left me behind?" Jessica who came to visit shouted.

"My bad. Just looking at your posture I thought you were a master but unexpectedly who knew it's your first time skiing," Jason couldn't help but laughed a bit.

"Hey hey, it's not wrong to be a bit confident ok and you pay attention to your image. Where is the aloof and kind hearted Jason that I saw on the media."

"Since I'm kind hearted, I will let you enjoy your time alone then."

After Jason spoke, he slid down the curve in front of him. The action was elegant and looked really swift. After he went down, another figure also followed, it was Zheng Roufeng.

Jessica wasn't even shocked anymore seeing the two scummy men heartlessly leaving her behind.

From behind Jessica, a female suddenly said as if encouraging her, "Come on girl, let's practice together. It's pretty simple and you can learn it soon."

Jessica turned around and saw Cindy and a few other females actresses with her before she showed a wide smile, "Ok let's go. Thanks in advance sisters."

"No biggie. Us girls must support each other. Plus how can we let a beauty like you alone."

"Since you're also Jason's sister, we can hang out together. Let those dense men by themselves," someone said jokingly.

Jessica decided to just went along with the girls.

On the other side, Bai Wehan was sitting inside a car while Gu Junling was focused driving beside him. When he looked outside the window, he could see the the silhouette of the resort not far ahead.

Bai Wehan looked at his reflection on the window and he didn't know what kind of emotion he should be having at the moment.

"Do you feel uncomfortable?" Gu Junling suddenly asked when he noticed Bai Wehan was frowning.

"No, I'm fine. Thank you for taking me to see the doctor Director Gu. Sorry for inconveniencing you."

Gu Junling just nodded his head slightly, "I also don't have anything to do today so you don't really have to feel guilty. If you really want to repay me, then just buy me a meal."

What Gu Junling really meant was, Bai Wehan just needed to order a take out from good restaurant and sent them to him since they are both busy but Bai Wehan seemed to interpret it differently.

"Ok. Then please tell me when you're free Director Gu."

The moment Gu Junling wanted to correct him,  he heard a rumbling sound coming from the resort ahead of them and couldn't help but instinctively stopped the car.

When both of them turned their head, they saw that snow was falling down from the top of the resort mountain's peak.

"It's an avalanche!" Bai Wehan shouted.

Gu Junling was also in shocked. He just saw the picture of his drama crew along with Jason and Zheng Roufeng on the ski range just an hour ago while he was waiting for Bai Wehan to finish his checkup.

He immediately called 911 before he quickly went out from the car.

"Director Gu where do you want to go? It's dangerous there!" Bai Wehan couldn't help but immediately pulled Gu Junling's hand.

"Jason and the others are skiing there. I want to make sure they are fine," Gu Junling was their superior and Jason was his junior so obviously he felt responsible for their safety.

Bai Wehan reluctantly let go of Gu Junling's hand before watching him quickly ran towards the snowy field.

'It's always Jason and Jason again. I hope you really die this time or else...'

The avalanche was something no one expected and the snow field was in a chaotic state for a while. The rescue team arrived quickly.

Looking around, Gu Junling noticed that many people looked anxious while seemingly looking around. Gu Junling was still calm until he saw familiar faces not far from him.

It was his crew makeup artist, Cindy who was leaning on Jessica, crying. The other female actresses that were close to Cindy also sitting nearby them, seemingly shivering either due to cold or because of being frightened or both.

Gu Junling looked at them while walking towards them. He even counted the number of people. Almost everyone in the photo that he saw was there except for Jason and Zheng Roufeng.

Seeing Gu Junling, Cindy who almost calmed down broke down into tears, "D-director Gu. Ja-Jason, h-he..."

Seeing that Cindy was in tears, the girl next to her decided to explain on her behalf, "Jason and Mr Zheng was far ahead of us but when the avalanche happened, they suddenly turned back and dragged us down further away from the avalanche. But when the avalanche had became too near, both Jason and Mr Zheng decided to pushed us away to another side."

The girl explained that because of that, they managed to stir away from the direction of the avalanche and was rolled to other directions. The snow still covered them but those were just debris of the avalanche not the main body thus they managed to dig themselves out of the snow.

Jessica also still feel speechless. She was currently reassuring Cindy that both Jason and Zheng Roufeng was fine although his heart was anxious to death.

Now when Cindy was having a mental breakdown, the others also seemed to be affected and couldn't help but have red eyes.

"It's all my fault. I should've had help Jason but because I fall down, Jason had to stop and drag me up. That's why he....sob sob h-he..." Cindy couldn't finish her sentence due to the crying.

Looking at the situation, Jessica decided to excuse herself to make a phone call.

Gu Junling knew he had to be the calm and rational one at the moment, "Don't blame yourself Cindy. No one knew an avalanche would happened. There's still time, they will definitely find them."

After he said that, there was suddenly a loud shout coming from a certain direction.

"Sir! You need to rest or you might get a frostbite. Sir!" One of the rescuers shouted towards a man who was running towards a certain direction.

"Isn't that Mr Zheng?" One of the girl said hesitantly.

Gu Junling also thought the same thing and when he looked carefully, it was indeed Zheng Roufeng who looked haggard. His knees and hands were scrapped and they were bleeding. His face was as pale as a corpse.

Gu Junling went towards Zheng Roufeng in order to tell him to obey the rescuer but only to see Zheng Roufeng looked like he had lost half of his life.

"Mr Zheng, you're injured. What are you doing around running like this?"

However, Zheng Roufeng didn't seem to hear his voice and kept on looking around.

One of the rescuer couldn't help but asked, "Sir are looking for your friend?"

This time Zheng Roufeng did reply to the question, "Jason, he was around here I'm sure."

The man frowned, "We have been over this whole area. No one here. Did you remember wrong?"

This time, the others also came closer since they also shocked to see Zheng Roufeng looked so anxious to the point his eyes alone seem to be able to kill someone.

"No. He must be here somewhere. Can you please look through again?"

Seeing that Zheng Roufeng really seemed on the verge of breaking down, the rescuer who was already looking exhausted couldn't help but said, "After being buried by an avalanche, the golden time for rescue is the first fifteen minute. Now that time is already over so even if he's found, he might....you need to prepare yourself."

Cindy and a few other girls instantly broke down into tears.

Gu Junling also glanced towards his watch. It has been 17 minutes and Jason was still not found. He couldn't help but felt slightly sad.

Zheng Roufeng on the other hand didn't give any shit about what the rescuer said. He was confident his husband is still alive thus he kept his eyes around the area where he last saw Jason.

As if God was listening to his prayer, he suddenly saw that there was a slight depression of snow more than fifteen meters away from him. It was a really subtle move but due to his good eyesight, he still caught it.

He didn't delay any second and immediately ran towards it. He didn't care if what he saw was caused by the wind or something else but his gut feelings was urging him to hurry.

Zheng Roufeng knelt on the ground, disregarding his injured knee and began to dig at the fallen snow with his hands.

The others soon noticed Zheng Roufeng's actions and their eyes contained a trace of pity and sadness, unable to watch him still unwilling to accept reality.

Even if Zheng Roufeng saw how they looked at him, he wouldn't care and continued digging.

Gu Junling wanted to stop him but didn't do so when he saw a dark beige colored corner of clothes emerged from under the snow, the same color of clothes he saw Jason wore in the picture.

Zheng Roufeng speed up his digging while Gu Junling immediately shouted, "There's someone buried here!"

The rescue team immediately came over. Soon, the person buried in the snow was dug up.

It was Jason.

His situation didn't seem to look good. His face was ghastly pale, his eyes were close.

Zheng Roufeng held Jason in his trembling arms and the people next to him began to perform rescue procedures. After an unknown amount of time that feel like centuries, Jason suddenly took a deep breath and opened his eyes.

The moment he opened his eyes, he saw his lover's face. Jason almost burst into tears but his eyes felt heavy and thus no tears came out.

He thought he might really be dead this time without spending a lifetime with his lover. But that might be the reason why he still alive.

How could he leave before both of them became a pair of ugly old men.

"My dear, thank God you're fine. I thought I might die," Jason chocked out.

At this moment, all the worried in Zheng Roufeng's heart dissipated right away. He couldn't contain the relief and surging love in his heart.

He lowered his head and kissed Jason piously despite many people being present.

"You're killing me. What should I do if you're really gone?" Zheng Roufeng pecked Jason's lips lovingly.

While saying this words, his hearts trembled and his tears fall down even more fiercely. He didn't care how he looked like right now.

No one knew how happy he was when he saw Jason.

Jason smiled weakly but couldn't help but teased his lover, "You're already this big so why are you still being a cry baby?"

"I'm sorry," Zheng Roufeng said sincerely.

If it wasn't because Jason wanted to coax him, they wouldn't go skiing today. Jason already told him he didn't want to ski since the first day they arrived but Zheng Roufeng was stubborn.

Now he felt extremely guilty.

"Shh, its not your fault. I'm fine," Jason said reassuringly.

This is the last time I endure it. I almost died. That's already the limit. Time for counterattack.

Soon after, a private helicopter arrived and transferred Jason immediately to a hospital.
