Jason was admitted to the hospital and needed to stay there for at least a week in case there was any side effect from the incident.

Gu Junling postponed all the promotions activities and told the crew to rest and recuperate properly. The resort also gave compensation to the victims since they felt they couldn't provide better safety to them. Fortunately everyone knew the resort wasn't responsible for it.

Who would have thought there would be an avalanche.

"Jason you need to rest properly. I already told Boss Kim and he said to take your time," Jessica said reassuringly.

Cindy who was beside her also nodded her head, "That's right. You need to rest properly or else Mr Zheng might blame us. You don't see it but when we came in, he was looking at us as if we were here to trouble you."

"Hey hey, isn't he just being jealous that we take Jason's time from him," another girl said.

"Oh no wonder. Such a big vinegar jar, no wonder it smell so sour," Cindy couldn't help but joked about it.

Fortunately none of them felt repulsed with Jason or Zheng Roufeng for being gay. Instead they felt curious and excited to know how both of them met and Jason only told them he and Zheng Roufeng were childhood friend.

Luckily Zheng Roufeng had a photo of the two of them when they were maybe around four and ten years old in his wallet.

The girls kept on praising him how there were so sweet and well-matched so the thin skinned Zheng Roufeng that it was better for him to wait outside the ward room instead.

Around the same time, Gu Junling was staring towards Zheng Roufeng who was sitting outside of Jason's ward room.

"You guys look like more than friends," Gu Junling said directly since he was curious.

Zheng Roufeng didn't mind Gu Junling's statement that much, "We're already legally married."

'So don't kept on staring at someone else's husband.'

"Married?!" Gu Junling who didn't know Zheng Roufeng's mind activity also never expected such answer. He thought Zheng Roufeng might say they were lovers.

"Why are you shocked? I thought those from the prominent family all knew that I'm already married and Jason is my husband," Zheng Roufeng said.

"Oh right, I did hear that you are already married but never thought it would be Jason. Well, it's not too late to congratulate you guys right?"

"We still don't have a wedding ceremony yet but I will surely invite you."

"Thank you in advance then."

"By the way, where is that Bai something guy from your crew? Why didn't I see him anywhere?" Zheng Roufeng asked.

"Oh Bai Wehan, he suddenly got high fever after the avalanche incident. It might be because of the shock. So he was currently resting in his room."

"I see."

After chatting for a few moments, Gu Junling excused himself and not long after that, Jason's visitors also went back to their hotel rooms.

Jessica also went back to report to their father about Jason's condition. That man  was busy investigating the incident thus he became even busier than normal.

"Did you read the report from my father?" Jason asked Zheng Roufeng who entered the room.

"Yes," Zheng Roufeng couldn't help but clenched his hands. He never thought there was something else behind the incident that he thought was just a natural disaster.

Looking through at the report on the tablet given by Zheng Roufeng, Jason couldn't help but to feel amaze even more. He even thought he might have looked down on Bai Wehan's system too much.

'007, start plan A. Let finish this once and for all. You already finished your preparation right?'

If with Kang Dowon he used the method of suspended animation but this time he would use his spirituality to conceal his own pulse so people would think he was dead.

"My love, shouldn't we report this to the police?" Zheng Roufeng couldn't help but asked.

"Just let Dad collect all the evidence first and then we will report it to the police."

Bai Wehan and his system was meticulous. They didn't left any trace such as fingerprints. The CCTV was also tempered. Thus 007 need extra time to procure the evidence without being notice.

That night, just like previous night, Zheng Roufeng was doing his work on his laptop while sitting on the sofa beside Jason's bed. He really wanted to lay down with Jason but there was suddenly an urgent matter needed to be taken care off since he went on a vacation out of a sudden.

He sipped his triple shot ice Americano but his eyes seemed to be getting heavier and heavier until Zheng Roufeng fall asleep without he even noticing. The reports on his hands fall down onto the floor.

During the silent of the night, a figure appeared inside the room where the two people were dead asleep.

"System, is Zheng Roufeng really asleep? What if he suddenly woke up?" Bai Wehan couldn't help but felt nervous.

They managed to pass through the bodyguards but with Zheng Roufeng being inside the room, the only way was to either hypnotized him or make him unconscious.

Bai Wehan chose the second choice because hypnotized skill was a bit pricier.

[Host, this time, you really need to eliminate Jason. He is an anomaly. The longer he live the more you can't achieve your goal.]

Bai Wehan's goal was to be with Gu Junling and became the most successful celebrity. He wanted to be the best since as a reborn person, he felt he was the chosen one, the protagonist

So how could he let a villain like Jason have a good life. Jason need to die like most villains.

Plus, Jason seem to have a really good relationship with one of his target, Zheng Roufeng. Thus just like the system said, Jason must be eliminated at all cost.

Bai Wehan took out a thick pillow from the system and immediately using it to suffocate Jason's face, rendering him unable to breath and later on suffocated.

"Hngg-" Jason who was suddenly suffocated seem to wake up and tried to struggle but how could Bai Wehan let him succeed.

After five minutes of struggle, Jason's movement became weaker before it stopped completely. The heart monitoring machine beside him also show a long straight line, confirming that Jason had stop breathing.

"Ha huff huff, I-I succeed. He finally die right system?" Bai Wehan couldn't believe it.

After several attempts, he finally got rid of his source of misery.

"It really is a hard work but it's worth it. I'm the protagonist so I should be at the top. I want Gu Junling and I want Zheng Roufeng on my feet, infatuated with me. But who would have thought Zheng Roufeng would be in a relationship with this bastard but now he's dead, no one can obstruct me."

Despite currently feeling the euphoria of success, Bai Wehan still vigilant and he knew he couldn't stay in the room for too long.

His system already tampered with the CCTV thus there was nothing he should be worried about.

Initially that was what he thought until he saw someone he wasn't supposed to see when he exited from Jason's ward.

"B-boss Kim, what are you doing here?"

Who would have thought, the usually busy Kim Raebin would come to Siberia at this time and appeared unexpectedly at a wrong time.

"Are you done Bai Wehan? Did Jason really die this time?" Kim Raebin asked an unexpected question.

"W-what are you talking about? Are you going to visit Jason? During this hour? Don't you know now is not a visiting time?" Bai Wehan felt overwhelmed and anxious.

He tried calling out his system but the only thing he heard was the sound of broken voices muttering unclear words.

Kim Raebin who knew what the system wanted to do, wouldn't let it do it. The system wanted to destroy the host and find another host. The perfect target would be Zheng Roufeng who was still unconscious inside the room.

With Jason gone and with Zheng Roufeng's background and capability, wouldn't it be easier to be the so called protagonist.

"Sigh, even a low level system can be this greedy now huh?" Kim Raebin muttered.

But Bai Wehan could hear him pretty clearly, "You! How do you know I have a system?! No way! You have a system too right? Are you reborn too? I'm the sole protagonist! Those are my golden fingers."

Kim Raebin clicked his fingers and Bai Wehan suddenly stopped shouting. He was standing straight with a daze eyes like a lifeless doll.

He was currently inside an illusion created by using his system skill. Kim Raebin had been absorbing the skills from the system bit by bit and as a higher level system, he could use his spiritual force to make the system submit to him.

"Choose between the two. One, be destroyed and cease to exist. Two, being absorbed by me and I will use your skill to good use," Kim Raebin made an offer.

A mechanical found started to reverberate as if it was coming from inside of Bai Wehan, "Isn't that the same? I will still cease to exist. Just destroy me."

"No can do. The one who will destroy you is not me but the World Consciousness. Do you really think 'He' will give you a painless death. You will be dissect so 'He' can find out how you suddenly appear."

"Are you sure you're a high level system? How could you not know that this world plane doesn't have any World Consciousness anymore and I'm the 'He' you are referring to."

Kim Raebin was stunned, "What do you mean? How can a world operate without a World Consciousness. The World System Vanguard (WSV) would be dispatch if such thing happened."

"The WSV had long been abandoned by the administrators. The Main Core had long been unresponsive. Each of the worlds in the database will crumble down one way or another."

"......." Kim Raebin suddenly didn't know what he should do.

"It seems you're here for a reason. Fine then, just absorb me. I've long been tired but I only hope if one day, you able to activate the Main Core and put a new World Consciousness in this world, please put me. I really like this world."

"I can't really promise you that," Kim Raebin was saying the truth.

Despite being a high level system, there were still a few levels above him and to evolve into the highest grade system was not easy.

The highest grade system only have a single number as their name which meant only ten system have the highest level of clearance and could create other lower level system. They were the Gods of the systems.

His name was 007, three digit number. How long would it take for him to be able to evolve to at least 07? Maybe hundred thousands more world?

So how long until he achieve the single digit 7? Or other single digit?

"No need to bother much about it. I know it's an impossible wish. But my protagonist had long been dead so I don't care about this world anymore. Just absorb me or destroy me. I don't care," the system said.

At the end, Kim Raebin chose to absorb the system and went inside the ward. Jason was still unconscious thus he just let it be since Jason needed to process the system properly.

Yes, he ate the system but as the host, Jason's spirituality would be the one processing the system. 007 would later share some of the outcome from it.

Kim Raebin later dragged the still unconscious Bai Wehan out of the hospital before giving him to Jason's father, Alexander.

"Kim, is my son really fine?" Alexander knew Jason trusted Kim Raebin thus he also chose to trust him too.

"Yes, he will wake up next morning I assure you. You can shoot me in the head if he still not wake up tomorrow."

"Ok I take your word for that. Send me the video evidence and this bastard will be immediately be charged with the crimes as soon as possible. Take care of my son for the time being," Alexander said before leaving.

Unbeknownst to Kim Raebin. That night would be a long night to Jason, Gu Junling and Zheng Roufeng.
