The night over the City of Chaos soon passes,

With nary a further incident in sight during the night,

The next day, a certain person reminisces.

~   ~   ~

It is always curious to look over my group when I have the time to do so,

Knowing we are considered a 'gang' by the influential citizens of the City of Chaos,

Though I guess that is expected given we hide a large selection of our members from the flimsy government held in this place.

Those with the ability to produce permanent materials deserve a place where they would not be harmed for their ability,

That was always something you had to be afraid of for having such a power,

Once someone learned that another person's Manifest was Production-based, folk tried to capitalize on it for their greed.

It's one thing when you know someone has a Manifest but not what it is, but once they know for sure... well, there's a reason that info is only shared between those close.

Conquerer looked over its office, a place it had for comfort and business.

Looking over all the projects he had yet to finish,

As he begins to think about the subordinates he has.

Refuge of Cinnamon acted as an enforcer for the gang,

For they had experienced what it was like to be captured and used for their ability,

They trained every day to protect others from suffering the experience they had.

Carved Sunlight acted as one of the main defenders of the workshop when things became serious.

But she otherwise worked as a carpenter in the shop when not on guard duty,

Weaving dead and living wood for the sake of carving and wood for handles of writing tools.

Blacksmith's Grace was the face of the group during the workshop's public hours,

Often took most of the shifts for the front counter, handling many customers throughout the week,

Always gave a brilliant smiling expression to the customers, while behind closed doors she just wanted some quiet wherever possible.

Judging God's Candle acts as one of the enforcers of the gang when she isn't caring for her daughter,

When she is not working as one of the Gang's blades, she also acts as a camerawoman at several places nearby,

All of course owned by the gang 'unofficially'.

Wolf of Hope acts as another enforcer but also as the shop's sculptor with their production ability,

Creating a variety of statues for visitors to come and see whenever they wanted to idle in the workshop,

With some tiles and bricks to be sold off to customers of a certain persuasion.

Though what makes me most joyful at this current time,

Was the arrival of my niece Charity,

Even if it was not the sort of meeting that I would have wished to have had with her,

It is nice to find her arrival at the workshop,

However, now that I have arrived safe and sound for the large part, back home.

I should give my life just a tad more value as well as thought,

And put even greater effort into making sure I live through the trials of life,

Because I have to live and lead my 'Gang',

I have to survive so that the few friends I have will not weep for my death,

and I have to live so my niece has a place she can call 'home'.
