Edmund smirked as he decided to take James out of the picture. He had just recruited the beautiful office trainer, and triggered the sales training function.

Monday

That morning, before James went out to work, he saw a notification in his phone. "Eh! Dear?!"

Sara walked over, surprised that her husband suddenly called her. "Yes? What happened?" 

"I'm going to have a sales training in Trip City for the next four days. I need to pack!" James immediately went and started packing some clothes. Sara decided to go over and help her husband pack his materials. 

And just like that, her husband was out for the day, again.

"Oh, you came." Edmund smiled as Sara walked through the door. "I heard that your husband is on training?"

Sara's face widened, realizing that Edmund had a hand in this. "You sent him-"

"It's just helping your husband improve his sales ability. Is there anything wrong?"

The housewife didn't say anything. This was what she wanted. This was also what her husband wanted. Career growth at last! She gulped. "-thank you."

Edmund smirked as he walked to the housewife. "You're welcome. Let's work."

Sara thought Edmund would say something, but strangely, nothing happened. Instead, what happened was work. Photos. Edmund put Sara through more photoshoots, more swimsuits that were all surprisingly modest. It was hard work, and even though her body simmered with sexual frustration, she wasn't going to suggest it if Edmund didn't. 

They just had sex the day before. So Sara didn't feel the craving that strongly.

They worked. And the day soon ended.

"How was your training!" Her husband called that night. Sara said as she ate noodles alone in her home. Edmund vanished after their work, claiming he had things to do. 

"~it~ It's good!" Her husband slurred. "Sorry dear. Trainings here have so much drinking!"

Sara heard the shouts of men and women in the background. She heard a woman call her husband sultrily. "~James~ Come~ Drink some more~"

"I got to go." James said on the phone, and then that was it. Sara didn't know why she felt a twinge of worry and jealousy. "See you soon, darling!"

Sara was alone in her room that night, when her phone vibrated. She was feeling restless, and tried to calm herself down with some tea and watched TV. It came from a number she didn't recognise, but when she clicked it, it was a series of photos. Of her husband in a bar, where there was a beautiful woman dressed in an alluring dress, holding her husband and hugging him. There was even a photo of her kissing her husband's cheeks.

Sara trembled. How should she react? She wasn't a great wife. She knew it. But if her husband also cheated on her, she suddenly felt like shit. It wasn't nice to cheat. If her husband knew she cheated, maybe he would feel like this too. 

She thought about her husband, and tried to believe that her husband would be loyal. Maybe it's just the woman trying to make moves on her man. So, she texted her husband. "Dear, did anything happen in the training that I should know?"

Her husband didn't reply. 

She waited.

And waited.

No reply. 

She slept with her heart in turmoil.

The next day, when she saw Edmund, Edmund just frowned at her. "You look like you didn't sleep, Sara." 

"-yeah. I- Uh. Did you do anything for the training?"

Edmund shrugged. "Why?"

Sara looked at Edmund, and sighed. "-no. Nothing." 

"Alright, then let's just take it easy to day. We'll just do some simple dresses instead of swimsuits."

The photoshoots were fairly relaxed, and Sara's exhausted facial expression didn't affect her body that much. Edmund, once again, didn't bully her further. He knew she would come to him eventually.

That night, her husband didn't call her. Instead, what she got was a video from the random stranger. 

A video of her husband, drunk as hell, dancing with a beautiful woman. The woman laughed and teased him repeatedly, and touched him. Her husband, somehow, touched her back, touching her back, her butt, and then, Sara saw her husband kiss the woman. They kissed passionately, though it looked like the woman was taking the lead.

She felt her heart drop, as her eyes couldn't stop watching the man she called her husband kiss another woman. 

Her husband blushed and said. "~that was a good kiss."

The trainer laughed. "Is that all you can do, James? How can you satisfy your wife like this! You got to be a better kisser. Come. Kiss me again!"

Her husband looked at the woman. "Is that a challenge?'

"Yes!" The woman purred. 

Sara watched as the video showed her husband and the woman kissed again. Sara felt like shit. 

Around this time, Edmund suddenly texted her. "Hey, Sara. Want to go out for a drink with me? We'll drop by the studio and get you a nice dress, and I'll take you to a nice cocktail bar." 

She looked at her husband's video again, and sighed. "Well, since we're both into this game, my dear husband, then let's just keep playing."

She then replied. 

"Sure."
