After relieving my secret to my best friend Jewels, things got pretty normal from there on which is good. But there is something bothering me and I do not know what it is.

 

It feels like I’m missing something, so I feel stuck very stuck.

“ What’s wrong Yasmine, You seem a little scattered, are you having fairy symptoms?”

 

“ Jesus Christ Jewels you can’t be saying that out loud Do want me to die this young”

 

“ Sigh, no need to be grumpy I believe being a fairy is cool and wonderful you can do stuff that no normal human can do which is amazing”

 

“ I never asked to be this way, I know to you it seems all beautiful and cool and what not but in reality I am so scared all this awesomeness comes with a disadvantage and it eats me up every day, goddamit Jewels I want to explode right now, I hate- I hate this so bad,”  I said as I threw my belongings to ground in rage and anger

 

“ O gosh, I'm sorry She didn’t mean that, she's on her period so you know hormonal dysfunction”

Wait why is she apologizing?? And that’s when I realized that I had hit someone and it was Kai. I mean the Kai he is like the epitome of young men in our school, I’m talking about masculine perfection here.

 

“ Help me and get me out of here, “ I said to Jewels in embarrassment as I pulled her to the ground with me

 

“ Omy gosh Yasmine your eyes glowing” Jewels said in a whisper 

 

“ Uh!! it’s ok I  understand, University is stressing and I can’t imagine how she might feel right now ” Kai  said as he picked up my books

 

Oh damn I wish I could look him in the eyes when he said that, but I can’t

 

“ Let me help you up,” He said as he held out his hands 

 

“ Haha yea don’t worry about her she is fine, you can go and do your thing Bye have a good day See you around,” said Jewels as she stepped in front of him to shield him from looking into my eyes

 

Damn what would I do without her, I would’ve just been doomed if he had ever seen me like this in that stage.

 

“ Hey are you crazy You almost looked at him What if I wasn’t here to protect you, Yasmine You have to be more careful,” she said in a miserable tone

 

“ yea-yea so tell me what did his eye look like when he said that “ 

 

“ Girl let's get you home, cause I think you are losing,” said Jewels as she shook her head in disappointment

*Heartbeat raising*

“ Who are you?” 

“ Where are you going?”

“ Wait stop, I said Stop!!!!!!!!!!!!” 

“ Ahh!” 

What was that, I saw someone in my dream, it felt real. I couldn’t figure out the face. The human figure was tall so I’m guessing that it was a he. 

 

I got up and made my way towards the bathroom, to get my medication for my impulsive headaches my vision suddenly went blurry.

 

I started to hear voices in whispers.

“ What are you saying!!!!!!!, Shut up” I screamed with all my might

 

I fell on the counter due to the impact of my headache and the voices in my head. I started to reach for the tap to turn on the pipe to wash my face, but I couldn’t see anything.

 

All I could see was this great thick fog and someone's heartbeat that wasn’t mine.

 

I started panicking and fell to the ground and hit my head hard. I passed out.

“ Yasmine, why is your phone on silent? I tried calling you a hundred times” said Jewels as she opened Yasmine’s dorm door with the spare key 

 

“ I’m starting to believe that I was meant to have this spare key, or else I would never be at ease,” said Jewels as she entered the room

As she walked in, she was surprised to see the state of the room. The bed was unmade clothes were all over the floor and water flowing in the room from the bathroom. One thing that was going through her mind at that moment was, “ Where is Yasmine”

 

“ O my god Yasmine are you ok!” shouted Jewels as she rushed into the bathroom only to see Yasmine lying there with blood coming from her head and water running from the pipe.

“ Yasmine!, Yasmine, Help somebody Help !” she shouted with all her might

 

“ Yasmine please stay with me, please, Help somebody help” she shouted again 

 

Suddenly the dorm keeper rushed in.

 

“ O my gosh what happened in here, I’m calling the ambulance,” she said

 

Before you knew it Yasmine’s room door was crowded with other students looking at what had happened.

*Ambulance Sirens *

 

“ Help me,”  said Yasmine as she opened her eyes 

 

Jewels held her hands tightly as she lay there on the stretcher as the ambulance rushed to the hospital.

 

“ Don’t worry Yasmine I’m here, You will be fine. I’m so sorry” said Jewels as she sat beside Yasmine holding her hands with tears rushing from her eyes

 

What had happened to me, why was I in an ambulance, why were Jewels crying? My head feels weird. And before I knew it I passed out again.
