The three goblins looked at Jack with confident expressions as they realised he was just alone there and with a numbers advantage they could easily defeat him.

“Are they the same as the last world’s goblins?” Jack asked to not face any unknown variables as he forgot how goblins behaved in the original anime.

“Oh, it will be easy then.” Jack, without a second thought, ran towards the right-side goblin which surprised all three goblins and they stood there stunned.

Before the right goblin could even move, he saw Jack standing right in front of him and a few seconds later he felt an immense amount of pain near its pelvis.

“Easy.” Jack kicked the right goblin in its balls and just as it crouched down in front of him due to pain, he slammed the wooden sword on its neck.

“Trash.” He realised that the sword was so bad that it couldn’t even pierced the neck of the goblin but at least it fainted due to impact.

“Kiki…” With a fearful expression both the goblins covered their pelvis which allowed Jack to attack the goblin in the middle which was nearby him.

Without any resistance, the middle goblin fainted after being hit on the back of the neck and realising that the number advantage was not there, the last goblin tried to run away from the human.

For a few seconds, the goblin didn’t feel any pain in his back and realised that the human was not chasing him but just then he heard a voice that felt like coming from death itself, “Die.”

With immense pain in the back of the neck, the goblin's vision slowly started to go darker as it fainted on its spot.

After the battle that lasted a few minutes, what remained was Jack breathing roughly and three goblins who were either dead or unconscious.

“Hey, it’s for the purpose of easier fight time and more rest.” With somewhat stabilised breathing, he picked up the knife carried by the goblin and started to pierce their necks one by one.

“That does it, so which one has a mana crystal?” Jack asked after finishing the goblins off, as he didn’t want to butcher them one by one and hoped that this upgraded system was somewhat helpful with this.

“Pretty low rate but fair enough.” Without a second thought, Jack pierced the knife in the middle goblin’s heart and after that pulled out a purple stone from it’s heart with his hand.

“Pretty meh, but how do I use it to increase my inventory space?” Realising that it was as useful as the last world for him where he didn’t even use magic, he wanted to see its effect on inventory instead.

After following what the system said, Jack saw another blue screen appear in front of him.

Without hesitation, Jack pressed yes and saw that the purple stone in his hand turned to dust and fell to the ground, before opening the inventory he asked something he was curious about, “Does high-rank stone also increase the inventory space by one?”

“Oh, that’s good.” Realising that he didn’t have to waste high-rank mana crystal, he decided to check his inventory and the other items that were present in that.

Opening the inventory, he saw that his slot went from twenty to twenty one which made him happy that the upgrades were not shit at least.

After that, he decided to check the three remaining items which were,

“Truly one contrasting item.” Jack couldn’t help but be amused by the quality of the bread and water he was provided.

Washing his bloody hands with the water, he tried to eat the bread but realised how bad it was but had no other choice as he wasn’t interested in eating goblin meat.

Checking his last item, he realised it was the most useless among all the items but one that he liked the most among all the items and it was,

Without hesitation, he put on those shades, took out the hand mirror and nodded with a smile on his face while looking in the mirror, “Aren’t I looking cool.”

“Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that.” Due to the excitement of looking cooler, he almost delayed getting away from the corpses, following his advice he picked up the other two knives of the goblin and started moving away from it.

“Let’s see if the weapon from the goddess is the best or some worst-ranked goblins.” With a grin on his face, he checked the stats of the knife and wooden sword and realised how shit the wooden sword is.

Jack couldn’t help but laugh while realising how bad the sword was that it was not even worth calling it a weapon and it was even worse when compared to the knife he got from goblins.

After analysing and ignoring the remarks, he decided to dual wield and decided to wield the Wooden sword and jagged knife, and put the other two knives in the inventory.
