One day has passed since the intrusion incident on Tarvos base. Commander Adric has rounded up a specific group of people in the briefing room. This group includes Ido, and Audrey, along with Lugo and Dutch. Adric runs through his notes and begins speaking to the group.

"I'm sure you probably understand why we're here today, however if you don't this is about the expedition to the Haven colony"

Adric can be seen holding a remote in his hand, the previous one used for the projector in the other briefing

"Lets begin shall we? oh and before I forget please turn off your PDA's during this briefing, this is very important"

Adric presses a button on the remote, the projector shows a diagram of planets in the current solar system, he begins zooming in on an empty area in between Venus and Mars

"This is where the Haven Colony is, we helped build this colony four years ago on side nine after the Gryps conflict ended, the battles were so terrible that survivors needed a place to live and Von Braun wouldn't accept them"

The projector image changes to a technical diagram of the Haven colony

"There's a lot of information ide like to mention about Haven, I will send most of the files directly to your PDA's after this briefing but one thing I can tell you its half the size of a normal Colony, we like to call it a sub-colony as it has the same features as a normal one however it can only hold a maximum of ten thousand people"

Adric stops looking at the projector screen and turns back to the group

"All of you will be boarding our new Alexandria class ship the Waterbear, I will not be taking part in this operation in person but our telecommunications team will be monitoring the situation the entire time, you will also get to meet the captain of the Waterbear soon as she is returning from Von Braun tomorrow"

Adric looks down at his notes and continues talking

"The goal of this operation is to reach the Haven colony and do some civil reconnaissance to figure out what is going on and you will log the information on your PDA, make sure you report back to me with any information as we will need to log it into our database, the mobile suits will be docked onto the Waterbear and all of you will be in a squad with Audrey commanding you as she is a veteran pilot, Lugo you will be second in charge in case there is a problem"

Adric glances over at Ido and Dutch

"Ido and Dutch you will listen and follow orders from the commanding officer at all times, is that understood?"

"Yes sir!" Ido and Dutch say at the same time

"Alright now are there any other questions?" Adric asks the group

Lugo raises his hand

"Will there be anyone else backing us up besides the ship?"

Adric nods in response to the question

"Yes of course, I have discussed this with some of the other pilots and they will be backing your team up with Barzam units"

Adric makes a gesture with both of his hands

"Any further questions?"

Dutch raises his hand

"Is there any update on the sabotage that happened or is there actually a traitor here?"

"I'm not at liberty to say so I do apologize, all I can disclose is that we are heavily monitoring the situation and we will find the perpetrator sooner or later" Adric reply's

He continues

"Alright if there are no further questions you will all have three days until the Operation starts, until then you're free to do anything you'd like; you are all dismissed" Adric says as he puts his papers down, he walks off and heads out through the back door, everyone else gets up out of their seats and heads through the two main entrance doors. The group is huddled together out in the main hallway.

"I have important things to do, later" Lugo heads down the right hallway, he can be seen looking at his PDA

"Not really a people person huh? I can tell it'll be fun working with him..." Dutch mutters softly

A voice can then be heard to the left of the hall, "Don't worry about that guy" everyone turns to look, its Gill

"Oh hey is everything alright? I haven't seen you for a bit" Ido says as he shakes his hand

Gill holds up a big stack of papers in front of the group

"I had to file a lot of paper work because this all stemmed from yesterdays incident, plus I was called to the hangar bay again, I thought ide let you know Ido they added something new to the Gundam, you should ask Spec about the details" Gill can be seen heading into the briefing room "We'll talk later, I'm picking up some documents in here"

Ido looks back at Dutch and Audrey

"I'll go with you Ido, I actually need to head down there myself because they were suppose to assign me a mobile suit" Audrey states

"I may be down there later, if I don't see you there I'm sure we'll bump into each other another time" Dutch exclaims as he heads off down the same hallway Lugo went down. Audrey and Ido give a subtle handwave to him. They head down the front hallway and get into one of the aero elevators together.

"So you mentioned you piloted a mobile suit with the previous titans team, do you remember what it was called? I'm curious" Ido asks

Audrey holds her right arm up showing her PDA to Ido, it shows photographs and a blueprint of a mobile suit

"This is what I used to pilot, it was called the Hazel and there were so many variants of it, mine had the designation of one and it was a set of experimental units"

She continues to move her finger across the screen showing more images

"I see, and I'm guessing they were all destroyed, I did hear the files were recovered though" Ido says

Audrey puts her arm down to her side and looks forward

"That's right, they're in the database now but I don't know what they're going to do with it, oh looks like we've arrived" Audrey says

The elevator stops and both of them get off. They head down the right hallway and open the door lock to the hangar. A lot of the engineers can be seen working on the mobile suits, Spec can be seen in the middle working on the Gundam. Ido and Audrey head on over to greet him.

"Oh hey Mr Ido! who's this you brought along?" Spec asks

"This is Audrey, a veteran titan pilot" Ido says

Audrey shakes Specs hand

"So Gill told me you were guys were uh adding something to the Gundam?" Ido says

Spec points the back of the Gundam, what looks to be a brand new set of Vernier thrusters can be seen on the spine and back skirt areas.

"See those? they're Beam reflectors and thruster addons at the same time" Spec exclaims

"Oh yeah? that's interesting so speed and defense huh?" Ido says

"Yup you got it, you'll see whenever you get to test it out" Spec says

Ido heads up to his office in the Hangar bay "I'll be in my office if anyone needs me, I also have some work to do myself"

After five hours of work Ido heads back to the housing barracks, as he enters the room he finds Gill sitting on a chair in the right corner of the room looking at his PDA. Gill stops looking at his PDA and looks up at Ido.

"Oh hey you're back, get a lot of work done?" Gill says

"Kind of, just standard procedure stuff" Ido replies

Ido brings his arm up to look at his PDA, while going through his messages he sees a new one from Audrey.

"What is it?" Gill asks

"There's a message here from Audrey, she says that Spec helped show her around and they notified her of what mobile suit she will be using, she says she'll tell me about it tomorrow" Ido says

While Ido looks through his messages he gets a sudden message and file attachment, it is from Adric. At the same time Gill's PDA goes off.

"Did you get the same message from Adric? Ido asks

"Yeah looks like he sent me a file attachment... the file is about colloquial mobile suit terminology, looks like some military slang or lingo, says here he wants us to read it over very carefully and comprehend it" Gill exclaims

Ido sits down on his bed "I'll have a good look at this tomorrow morning"

"Same here" Gill says as he sits up straight in the chair

"This might be a random question but how was it living in your country if you don't mind me asking?" Gill asks

"My home country was beautiful but at the same time it wasn't in the best state, the one year war made things even worse than before " Ido states

"I see... part of the reason I'm asking is also because I found this charm, is this yours?"

Gill hands out a crest charm, it has a very decorated old design, it features a shield as well as a shape of Ido's home country, tiny horned rabbits can be see on the sides of the crest.

"Where did you find this?" Ido asks

"Remember that shuttle you were on to get here? I was on that shuttle, you must of dropped it as I found it in the back of the shuttle on the floor" Gill states

"This is my family's heritage crest, my father was the one who gave this to me a long time ago" Ido says

"Where is he now?" Gill asks

"I don't know, I wish I could tell you but um I'm feeling a bit tired so I'm thinking of heading to sleep" Ido says

"That's fine, you know what ide honestly like to hear more about this when you're up to talking about it, how about this maybe during the expedition you can tell me more, we have long range communication so its doable" Gill exclaims

Gill walks over to his bed and lays on his side

"Lets get some rest, you got three days to do whatever you want before the sortie, you can always plan it out tomorrow morning" Gill says

"You're right, that sounds like a good idea, you have a goodnight" Ido says

As Ido is laying in bed he holds the heritage crest in his hand, looking at it he clenches it and puts it under his pillow.
