Two men got out of a car in front of an airport back in San Francisco

After they entered, they went straight to the counter to check their flight

“I’m sorry sir you’ll have to wait your fight has been delayed due to the weather” the women at the counter said after looking up their flights

“What? No, that won’t do, Look I need to catch a flight as soon as I can” he demanded the woman behind the counter

“I’m really sorry sir but there is nothing we can do” she stayed calm and replied back with a smile

Frustrated the man backs off with his large companion following behind him

Since there was nothing to be done, they went ahead to the lounge to wait

“This is not good” he starts talking with his partner as they sat down

But his partner just nods and doesn’t reply

“This is why I don’t like making deals with, how do say big wigs, on whom I have little to no information they always do shit on whims”

But still his partner doesn’t rely

“Go and check on the flight again” he commands the quiet guy and he gets up

“And bring me drink while you’re at it” he shouts before his partner disappears

The guy goes to the counter and shows them his ticket to which he gets the same reply that their flight would still take some time

As he was making his way back after the inquiry he suddenly stopped, something in the conner of his eye had caught his attention

He stopped and focused his gaze to the place he thought he saw something or someone it wasn’t easy since there were a lot of people around but soon, he saw some someone or a glimpse of someone

He went towards the place but he wasn’t there

But again, he saw a glimpse of someone going to the washroom

is it really him he thought and decided to go take a look

When he entered the was no one inside it was empty

It was a normal washroom with urinals on one side and the stalls on the other

He went to the first stall and knocked on it no one answer so he opened it and checked inside

He started going through all the stalls like this one by one

Until the last stall it was locked the only one in there

He knocked but no voice came so he decided to break it open only to find it empty

Maybe he was just imagining think he thought but as he turned to leave, he got surprised as he suddenly saw someone in front of him appear out of no where

“You!” he said out in surprise

But that didn’t last long as soon as he spoke, he was elbowed on the face stooping him from speaking any further

As he was momentarily stunned by the elbow the man quickly hit his knees making him fall down then he grabbed the back of his head and bashed it on the toilet seat breaking it and knocking the big guy out

“So, you can speak” the attacker said to the unconscious guy on the floor and then proceeded to leave him there

In the lounge the other guy was getting impatient with his partners long absence

But that feeling didn’t last too long since a man soon came up and sat down

“What took you so long” he asked but froze just after asking as he realized the man was not his partner

“Oh, he is not going to be able to join us”

No, the guy that came up and took a seat opposite to him was not his partner but someone he did not want to meet right now

He thought of running away but even before he could act on his thoughts the other guy warned him

“If you run it’s just going to hurt more then it has too” that made him stop in stop whatever escape plan he was hatching

He adjusted his seat and decided to talk it out instead

“Look Cain let us not get hasty, how about we just talk we’re both business men, let’s talk it out shall we” he knew running was not an option anymore so he thought that his next best option was to negotiate his way out

“Oh, you want to talk then let’s let me get my facts straight you Mr. Demitri gave me and my friend up to Deathstroke the world’s deadliest fucking assassin and left us to die, now did I miss anything”

“But look your fine aren’t you I knew you would be ok” he said quickly and nervously

“Bullshit” Cain shouted back in anger and punched the table between them

And Demetri backed up fearing that he might just grab him right now in anger

“Ok ok, look it’s not even my fault ok I just did as I was told” he said unknown if he let it slipped by mistake or did, he spilled the bean because he realized it may be the only way to save his hide

“Told? Who?” he got out of his seat and stood over the table as he leaned in as he asked in quick succession as new info started to come out

“I don’t know ok I don’t know ok, I didn’t ask, look I was paid to do what I was told like give you jobs and things like keep you busy anything you got from me came from them, even giving you up was an order that came from the same place that’s all I know, in my line of work people who snoop around don’t live very long”

Cain stopped and sat back down slowly in his seat after finding this out he was trying to digest it

“How much” he finally asked after a long silence

“huh” came back a confused reply from Demitri

“I said how much”

“30, 30 million to do what they said” Cain took a deep breath as he heard the amount and quickly stated to think

“15 you give me half of what you got and I let you walk free or you don’t and I beat you up and take all of it” said Cain as he leaned back in the chair sitting in a relaxed manner “the choice is yours”
